Amazing resort, extremely attentive staff. Good at Alyla Resturant, Mediterranean meets Costa Rica… we ate there multiple times. The views of Arenal are incredible. I will be back with my family. Although family friendly, there are quiet no children areas. The golf cart drivers are the friendliest… they want to get to know you and have you know them. Bring plenty of small bills and tip everyone well. They make very little, need very little, smile all the time, and welcome you with open arms…

Sloths, tropical flowers, stunning pools complete with swim up bars, hot springs, luxurious beds and exceptional service from check in to check out. Ayala restaurant is a must visit. Looking to stay in a quieter environment...they have an adults only section.

This place is a special oasis! Stayed 3 nights and it wasn't enough. Outdoor showers, private bungalows and wonderful restaurants ! Plus very close to lots of cool places to explore. Expensive but worth it! We'd stay here again in a heart beat if we return.

This is undoubtedly a special place. We rarely stay in resorts but this one is as good as it gets. I could not find one negative over the 4 days we were there. The food was fantastic in all restaurants although the Asian was our particular favourite. All the staff buy into the ethos of the hotel being helpful and courteous without the sense of overbearing. We absolutely loved the place and would definitely return if we ever came back to Costa Rica

If you are considering staying here my advice is make a reservation as you will have a wonderful, magical & memorable stay. We have been fortunate enough to stay in amazing hotels all over the world and Nayara really stands out as the best. The Gardens, Springs & Tented camp are all beautiful and you are free to explore all 3 sites but Springs is adults only if you prefer a child free space. Everywhere is well maintained & spotlessly clean. All levels of accommodation have everything you need for a luxurious stay. There are multiple restaurants on site serving a variety of cuisines. All are of an exceptionally high standard. This was our fourth stay at Nayara (we don’t normally make return stays to hotels, why would you with so many wonderful options in the world. We make an exception for Nayara as it is so special) As beautiful as the resort is what really makes it so special is the staff. Exceptional levels of service, constant smiles and hello’s from everyone you meet. The staff here truly care that you have an amazing stay. You want to see a sloth they will take you round the resort in a golf cart and show you one. Any request you have the staff will try their hardest to fulfill it for you. We are looking forward to many more return visits & seeing all our Nayara friends again.…

Our stay at the Nayara resorts was even more amazing than I expected! From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, Kennan greeted us with a smile, a couple of drinks and the perfect Pura Vida state of mind! Fabian took us to our room and even stopped to show us a sloth on the way. He explained everything about our room and everything was perfect. Each time we stepped out onto the grounds, everything was immaculate - it was obvious that the grounds staff was dedicated to their job. We saw so much wildlife while we were there (both flora and fauna)! Every single thing that we ate was absolutely delicious and each staff member that we encountered was so kind and went above and beyond! The resort offered tours on grounds and we took the early morning nature hike as well as an evening private frog tour. Hazel from our morning nature walk was so knowledgeable about everything that we saw! Blanco knew the best place to take us to see the frogs - they were both amazing tour guides! Every single thing and person that we encountered was perfect and the most Pura Vida attitude to make our amazing experience even more unforgettable! Everything about Nayara is perfect - from the food, to the rooms, to the Volcano views, to the staff's high level of service and professionalism. I highly recommend eating at each restaurant on property and spending time in each hot spring. Nayara also offers programming throughout the day, like hikes, cooking classes and morning yoga.

Just a beautiful hotel and property to match. We had a lovely casita with its own spacious hot tub which we enjoyed while watching the birds flit through the gardens. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Each and every one went out of their way to be accommodating and make our stay more pleasurable. We had dinner which was delicious and the breakfast the next day was equally as good. The property was so well kept and we enjoyed walking the grounds and saw many colorful birds and a sloth. We hope to return and stay longer the next time.
