This place is fantastic. The staff are amongst the friendliest people on the planet! Nothing was too much trouble and always smiling and saying "bula!" Food was awesome, room was clean (and cleaned daily), weather was perfect & staff are brilliant. A bit pricey but you get that when everything has to be bought in by boat. Only down side - snorkeling should be included on the the free non-motorised activities schedule like other resorts.

My partner and I, like many, were keen to get away and have our first overseas trip post-COVID. We loved a number of the staff, shout outs to Dan, Irri, Villi, Ani, Lai and Joe - a wonderful team and you made us feel like you'd known us both for years! Vinaka!! Room: We stayed in an Oceanfront Villa and overall the room was quite tired, the bed was 2 single beds pushed together which was very uncomfortable, especially for the dollar value you are paying for the room. There was a huge bush/plant right in front, which honestly removed the majority of the view, all other rooms nearby to us at expansive views ocean viewes Drinks / Meals: Food Package: We were on the Food package including Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. (DO THIS!) Drink Orders: Were repeatedly forgotten and drinks were not brought to us... We often got so over waiting and asking that we just stopped trying and would leave without the drink. We never wanted to whinge, as we seemed like we were 'those' people. Drinks: On the first evening we viewed the wine list and to our true dismay we were greeted by highway robbery. A perfect example is the wine list, which truly put a bad taste in our mouth on night one! A Yellowtail - AU bottle of wine that would retail in Australia for $7.90 AUD // $11.96 FJD was on the menu for $318 FJD which converts $210 AUD - I am sorry but this is COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS even for a wine of that quality! We headed to reception to see if we could purchase the beverage package - we had only purchased all meals. We were swiftly told we could not and that we would need to pay for all drinks. No if's, but's maybe's or ability to help find us some sort of solution... This isn't how you ensure people are happy. The trip was booked through Luxury Escapes and they didn't provide any guidance on the costs of wine, beer, cocktails in Fiji. We were aware that would be a bit higher due to being imported but even the local beers were $14 or so.. Aus/NZ Wines were all grossingly over priced - just corporate money grabbing at its finest. Please Note: On Sheraton's website, TripAdvisor or anywhere Online there are NO MENUS for food or drink that allow you to have insight into the costs associated. Had we known we would have reconsidered a.) this island altogether b.) signing up to the package. Checking Out: We headed to reception over 3 hours early. So we could check out and enjoy our last few hours! We waited a long period of time our bill was incorrect by over $400 dollars, two members of the management saw we had been in the reception area with a local staff member by this point for well over an hour and simple looked at us they did not check-in or ask if we were okay or try to escalate the situation. In the end the checkout process took over 1 hour and 30 minutes... We were deeply frustrated and it has painted a cloud over our whole experience. We felt ignored and as if they had not seen us when it was impossible as he was standing in front of us! Interesting Point: Tokoriki Island Resort This is all culminated by the fact we went next door to Tokoriki Island Resort for sunset drinks, scuba diving and dinner. Our names were learnt immediately, and their duty manager welcomed us openly and was available if we needed anything. We went multiple times and the staff never missed a beat! The drinks menu and A La Carte menu pricing are all available online and honestly, it is exactly what we expected to pay $40-60AUD for wine by the bottle and Cocktails at $25 for AMAZING cocktails - that did not all have pineapple juice in them!! Unlike the Sheraton. Honestly, if you can we would recommend staying here, we plan to come back for a trip! You wouldn't be disappointed. Overall: We left quite disheartened in our experience with the Sheraton brand. The amenities and facilities are not 5-Star. The was only 1 pool option, nothing for adults only or areas for adults to enjoy a quiet atmosphere, other than the beach or your own balconies - our room had children staying next door and directly behind us so that wasn't even an option. We expected a few kids, but both agreed we thought there would be an adult-only pool or an adults-only area somewhere within the Sheraton. We can't fault the Fijian locals, after two years of lockdowns, some were out of practice but always had a smile on their and were trying their hardest - some language barriers made small requests challenging - however that's life, we didn't mind that! We don't know if we would be likely to book a trip again through a Sheraton/Marriott hotel as it truly felt like a money-grabbing holiday.

It was my first time visiting Fiji and I was so glad that we had decided to stay at Sheraton Resort & Spa in Tokoriki Island. It was awesome!!! From the staff to the managers, they all are amazing. They are very friendly, attentive, courteous, ...they are the best of the best. They made my family and I felt very special and at home. I could not come up with a single complain. A big shout out for Esa, Berky, Ase, Eva, Aseri, Adi, Vaca, Lsaia, Ana, Alacia....and Kasa & Oni at the front desk and last but not least Lai. Thank you for our amazing three days in Tokoriki.

Friendly, helpful & courteous staff made our stay enjoyable and the best. Thank you Esa, Iva, Ana, Ani, Dean just to name a few. Breakfast pastries, pancakes etc excellent varieties with excellent gluten free options. A massage whilst on Tokoriki island is a must. Laite & Senimili will give you the best relaxation during an hour massage. Definitely a must. On our arrival, there was only 1 restaurant out of 3 restaurants operating for our 5 night stay. After 2 nights, the same menu was becoming very boring. Fiji Lovo was 3rd night menu but as we don't like lovo, the 3 alternate dishes again was disappointing - bacon carbonara, chicken carbonara or market catch with veggies. Another night they did offer Lobster which was delicious but for those non seafood people again disappointing. Breakfast could have more variations for hot food. No kids club operational but babysitting services available. All water sports had to be paid for, no freebies for snorkeling. No diving or fishing available. It was evident lack of organising by Management for grand opening, maybe should have deferred until all equipment and procedures were in place. Alternatively, ask returning staff how things used to be done prior to COVID. Lastly, I was disappointed at the lack of organising for a romantic dinner for my daughter & son-in-law. Same menu as restaurant only a bit finessed. I wish I had taken control of the event. Feedback my daughter did enjoy the service by Esa and ambiance. Sadly lots of promises but not delivered and failed to deliver on the Sheraton reputation. We paid top dollar but lacked 5 star rating.

Paradise!! Just returned from 4 nights at the Sheraton Tokoriki island it by far surpassed my expectations. We travelled out there by sun sea ferry and were met by the hotel boat to transfer us to the island. Once we were on the hotel boat we could hear music playing, however the closer we got we realised it was the hotel staff singing for our arrival, it was honestly the most amazing experience and actually quite emotional. We were given drinks and a very speedy check-in. I stayed in a garden villa, there are ocean view villas which were connected to my villa but honestly, I didn’t see the value in paying extra for those when you don’t spend much time in your room and the beach is on your doorstep. I stayed 4 nights and was very fortunate to be the first arrival after the pandemic. The staff at this hotel were by far some of the best staff I have come across, I love to travel and prepandemic would regularly take 2-3 holidays a year so I have stayed in many hotels. Why were they the best? There attentiveness, friendly, warm nature. Ana and Iva from the poolside bar were so lovely, such a joy to be around, regularly checking in with us each day and throughout the day, nothing was too much trouble for these ladies. Lots of laughs were had with them, lovely people and a credit to the hotel. There are activities going on throughout the day and lev and vila the activity team were just wonderful as were all the other members, there’s something for everyone, water aerobics, coconut demonstrations, making coconut ice cream, guided walks around the island. These two are such fun guys, lovely people with lots of island knowledge and Vila coming from the local village on the corresponding island has so many interesting stories to tell. We took the JetSki safari which was 1.5 hours on the JetSki, so worth it. Travelling across the bay passing some of the islands our guides were so knowledgeable pointing out each of the islands and giving us some background, we stopped for snorkelling at one of the reefs and a second spot for swimming. Highly worth doing, considering your out for 1.5 hours the price is actually worth it. Recommend you buy the non motorised package from the water sports team if you intend to snorkel or kayak here if you are staying for a few days, it’s $165 but includes all equipment as many times as you like, get down early for the shallower waters and to secure your gear. I loved every minute of my stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki, that is all down to the immaculate rooms, the wonderful staff and the Fiji Local Buffet dinner which takes place on a Friday. Mitchell and his team at Tokoriki were outstanding, it feels like your home at this hotel, lovely people who go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights in between staying at hotels on the mainland. We were the first gets to return after covid and it was worth every second of the wait. On arrival we were met by the resort boat from the ferry, we could hear what sounded like music coming from the island, as we got closer to the island we realised it was actually every member of staff standing on the stairs, singing to greet our arrival. As we made our way up to reception surrounded by beaming smiles, we were greeted with welcome drinks and a super quick check in. The rooms are individual villas and were immaculate on arrival and throughout the stay the housekeeping was exceptional. Only downside to the rooms, the water pressure in the shower is very average. The hotel pool is small but doesn’t need to be any bigger when you have crystal clear shallow ocean on the doorstep. There were ample sun beds and seating area, the “egg beds” are super comfy and the activity staff will move the umbrellas to wherever you need. There were activities throughout the day and night, only downside is that we were not given an activity timetable on arrival which would have been handy. The activity team of Lei and Vili were fantastic, providing local knowledge and activities across the island not just at the resort. The wait staff were fantastic, cannot speak highly enough of Iva and Ana, they consistently went out of their way to help us, so attentive and always greeting you with those big smiles. Just really excellent service and a credit to the team at Sheraton. They made our stay so memorable. There is jet skis, snorkels, kayaking available on the beach at extra cost. Jet ski safari is pricey but was good fun. Recommend buying the $165 stay pass which gives unlimited access to snorkels and kayaks. This hotel is unbelievable and set in actual paradise. The thing that makes it stand out is the staff, Mitch has created an excellent atmosphere at a hotel that is just coming back to life after covid. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks team for making my holiday perfect!

We went to the Sheraton to have a look at the new renovations - the staff were very accommodating and organised a buggy to take us to see a room. We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Motinesh Mohit and he was absolutely fantastic! He was hilarious but professional! Told us all about the resort and he made us feel like we were already guests! Motinesh is a credit to the Sheraton and we look forward to staying there later this year Top job Motinesh!!

We had an ocean front room with plunge pool. The is an awesome resort that was well worth the ferry trip. The staff were amazing and the full board plan was a great mix of Polynesian and Western fare. The jet ski trip touring other close by islands was a great birthday present for me. Please tour the local village on the neighboring island. It's a great trip into the local culture.

We loved our short stay here, would have loved more time. Beautiful spot for snorkelling and other water activities. Away from the chaotic world, this is an amazingly peaceful spot. They have good bars and a few restaurants as well. Food is a bit expensive but overall it was a great experience.
