Thank you for your feedback. Actually our elevators are beginning a $500,000 renovation this month to upgrade the cabs, equipment and indicator lights. Per your feedback I have ordered the lights replaced until the cabs are updated later this month.
The staff was wonderful. The location is great for visiting the surrounding area. Rooms and property were clean. The bathrooms are dated. Pool is split indoor/outdoor. Even with all the families present for the Space Center, our stay was relatively quiet.
