The hotel was very cautious about cleaning and taking necessary steps for the pandemic. Before entering the hotel, each one were completely sanitized and temperature checked. The decoration and arrangements for Christmas and the reception were beautiful. The highlight was the staffs humble behaviour and their amazing buffet. The staffs and the manager were very considerate towards each and every guest and it made the evening more meaningful. Thanks for the great service provided with a smile on everyone's face.

Hospitality excellent by everyone in their hotel treated very well. Our event was from 19th night till 20th evening. We took 20 rooms,it were so clean and neat, room service was excellent service, if you call the service it will be at your doorsteps exactly in 5 mins. From the starting till end of the event banquet sales person prabhu, easwaran were along with us. They did wat ever we requested for. Each and every one of our family member and people who came to the event appreciating the hotel hospitality, food, banquet hall, hotel decoration, cleanliness. Turyaa is just amazing. If you have a plan to do a wedding at 5 star hotel. I suggest turya will be the best. We cant match our price we gave with the service this hotel guys provided to us.
Special thanks to prabhu, easwaran, vijay, vinod and banquet managers and hotel boys. And everyone at the hotel were welcoming with smile.

I booked Turyaa reading all the good reviews but it didn’t meet my expectations. At first the good things: The hotel is very clean and tidy, their food is top notch, breakfast has a lot of variety. The best part is a waiter named Pritam, who helped us out of his way to get us comfortable. The downside are: this place is quite far away from the main city, it took about 35-45 mins, so a lot of time was spent just for commuting. The room service and housekeeping could have been more attentive. The first night we arrived, we asked the room service to clear away the dishes we ordered through room service and also requested the housekeeping for extra blankets as my mother was very cold. But neither of them bothered to show up. There was one another time when we requested for making up the rooms through calling (the sign through which you can put up for cleaning rooms does not work), they didn't come. The place is good but has a lot of drawbacks to which if they pay attention to, will be a better stay. Wishing them good luck.

Excellent safety precaution measures were taken, at the entrance hand wash sink and shoe sanitizers were kept for customers. Guided by the staffs till the restaurant at roof top and being welcomed by the shift manager along with service staffs.Cozy breezy ambience, excellent food and fantastic service by two service shift staffs who were also were proper PPE. IPL match was on th big screen and offers to enjoy the IPL too.. Will definitely recommend to friends and family..

The reunion was planned during the ongoing covid pandemic and they had made sure there was social distancing , wore masks, sanitised and outdoor arrangements on the terrace was perfect ..
The food was slightly sweeter but that’s how people and kids enjoyed it..
The dessert was the highlight which was perfect and an absolute beautiful end to a great evening

Lighting brightness is slightly soft but I once I moved the curtains, natural brightness is just great for me to continue reading n work. Having mosquitoes bites and I filing this to the staffs. They did the double cleanup for the room with extract insect repellent tools provided.

Food and hall arrangement was great. Taste was awesome they were amazing the food they prepared. Especially ellaneer payasam,briyani and soup made with coconut milk dasing experince.
The cake prepared by Chef Anand andTeam Chef Neelamagan Chef Jabaseelan and Mr Eswaran was Excellent.

I am giving 1 star just because there is no option to give 0 stars!
I arranged my engagement function in the banquet hall, and here are my experiences. Do read these if you really care about having a good experience! Or if you just want a an affordable place to conduct your event, but if you are okay to go through these bad experiences, the choice is yours!
Credits to Mr. Prakash who was the only person who helped me out!
Everyone else just care about billing you and getting your money!
1. The food counter was closed in the middle of the event! I had booked the lunch for 220 people and just after 100, the food was over and the counter was closed. Literally my guests were waiting for food! This manager himself said that the counters were closed! What the hell?
2. I did not get 1 of the rooms on time (The banquet hall comes with 2 rooms, which will be used by the braid and the groom to get dressed), because of which I had to adjust our accommodations of the previous night accordingly, and the hotel had ZERO responsibility or interest in making it better / smoother for me! POINT BEING: If you are the host of an event, you take up responsibility and do things to make the lives of the guests easier, and not the other way around!
3. Access cards did not work, and almost all guests were stranded! As usual, every room has a key card which has access to that specific floor. I had booked 3 rooms and all the access cards did not work, and we couldn’t go to our rooms when we wanted. The reception folks gave access, and that did not work either!
I was taught a very valuable lesson (like I didn’t know already) that I should keep the phone with the access card. Well, I didn’t even have my phone with me!
The technology just didn’t work! but they had all excuses that it’s not their fault! Come on, take up responsibility!
Overall, pathetic experience! You should definitely expect better with a “5 star hotel”
4. I was cornered to pay the money for the extra plates when the event was still going on!
There were 25 plates additionally used in the lunch, and I had to pay for them. I was in a photo shoot, and I was cornered by a manager to pay for the extra plates on the spot. I told him I will pay when I checkout. He kept asking me in front of everyone! Wait, I am not just walking in to conduct the event!
Of course, there will be extra plates used in the event, and I’ll have to pay for the extra plates. But I had booked 3 rooms, and still haven’t checked out. Why don’t you deal with me later?
You are a star hotel for reason, and live upto basic expectations!
5. Pathetic room service! We had to pay for the food and even water every time we get to the room! They don’t add the bill to the room! And the wait time is 1 hour for a bottle of water.
Overall, a bad experience! You don’t get the experience you can expect with a 5 star hotel! If you are ok to spend a little more; please go for a superior 5 star hotel! Definitely not this! These people are not even sorry for their mistakes! Pathetic management and poor poor responsibility!

POINT BEING: If you are the host of an event, you take up responsibility and do things to make the lives of the guests easier, and not the other way around!
3. Access cards did not work, and almost all guests were stranded! As usual, every room has a key card which has access to that specific floor. I had booked 3 rooms and all the access cards did not work, and we couldn’t go to our rooms when we wanted. The reception folks gave access, and that did not work either!
I was taught a very valuable lesson (like I didn’t know already) that I should keep the phone with the access card. Well, I didn’t even have my phone with me!
The technology just didn’t work! but they had all excuses that it’s not their fault! Come on, take up responsibility!
Overall, pathetic experience! You should definitely expect better with a “5 star hotel”
4. I was cornered to pay the money for the extra plates when the event was still going on!
There were 25 plates additionally used in the lunch, and I had to pay for them. I was in a photo shoot, and I was cornered by a manager to pay for the extra plates on the spot. I told him I will pay when I checkout. He kept asking me in front of everyone! Wait, I am not just walking in to conduct the event!
Of course, there will be extra plates used in the event, and I’ll have to pay for the extra plates. But I had booked 3 rooms, and still haven’t checked out. Why don’t you deal with me later?
You are a star hotel for reason, and live upto basic expectations!
5. Pathetic room service! We had to pay for the food and even water every time we get to the room! They don’t add the bill to the room! And the wait time is 1 hour for a bottle of water.
Overall, a bad experience! You don’t get the experience you can expect with a 5 star hotel! If you are ok to spend a little more; please go for a superior 5 star hotel! Definitely not this! These people are not even sorry for their mistakes! Pathetic management and poor poor responsibility!

Valid ID of people who checks-in should be produced. No problem with Unmarried Couple.
Beach is there within 5km distance but driving distance could be around 8-9km. As there are no immediate U turn from hotel to beach side.
I can not give exact depth. I would guess about 5ft deep, about 30 feet long, 15 wide. There is also small shallow section built into it for sitting. Nice wide pool stairs going into pool. Website turyaahotels has pictures and 10% off code.
