As part of a large group, I stayed at the Lemon Tree Shimona in Chennai for a few days.
It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The service in the restaurant was also amazing. The wait staff was always present to provide quick service. Especially friendly was Surya, who always made sure we had what we needed.
The floor of room 216’s shower was not pitched towards the drain at all, so water built up during each shower, making for a slippery and uncomfortable bathing experience.
Here’s a shout-out to Lokhi from Housekeeping, who took good care of us!
The counter staff, while competent and friendly, were reluctant to provide more than one room key, even though three of us were sharing a room. Eventually, with a little coaxing, they provided a second key.
Otherwise, their service was excellent. During part of the stay, I needed a wheelchair, and they readily provided one and accommodated my every need. They also coordinated many rides for us — quickly and efficiently.

Excellent food, high quality hygiene followed, humble manager(RAJA), cost effective, properly managed COVID-19 procedures, lemon tree staffs were so humble like our family members, lemon tree made our day so memorable, future functions are planned in lemon tree without any second thoughts, satisfying every people in food is real challenge but lemon tree did it, whole crowd enjoyed the food, ambience, quality. Manager stayed with us for the entire function took real good care of all personnel’s individually, good hearted, suggested to improve our function, took part in discussions, made us so comfortable.

My family and I had come to Chennai for family medical emergency and found the Lemon tree hotel in the last minute and didn't expect to stay there for almost 2 weeks. But our stay did NOT disappoint! The rooms were more than adequate, with room service available 24×7 and high speed Wifi. Every morning, housekeeping would change the linens and clean the room in a jiffy and also provided an excellent laundry service, which for us, was at a discounted rate due to the length of our stay and the amount of clothes we had at the time, courtesy of the staff, Boopesh Kumar and Ramesh (thank you so much!). All in all we enjoyed our stay and we're thankful to the staff at Lemon Tree hotel Shimona for they're amazing service and hospitality!

The hotel stay was really a pleasent one. I stayed for a week exactly. Overall, the ambience and cleanliness was maintained. Generally the house keeping and laundry service was spontaneous in their actions, off course there were gaps but understandable due to situational crisis. I would like to endorse Mr. Mohan Raj for his excellent and consistent room service.
Also the Managers and staffs in the hotel showed good hospitality.

LEMON TREE Chennai was selected as the venue for my nephew's Engagement Ceremony on 27 Jan 2022. At the end of the day, i am extremely happy with my decision of selectibg Lemon Tree as the venue. The staff of Lemon Tree Banquet led by Mr. Raj was very responsive to even our unreasonable requests and accommodated our needs. The food was of very high standard and hygienically presented. The guests to the event gave me excellent feedback about the quality and taste of the food and ambience of the venue. Lemon Tree was strictly following covid protocol. I have no hesitation in recommending Lemon Tree for such events.

We choose lemon tree shimona for our conference. Everything was perfectly arranged, seating, projector, sound system etc. Dinner buffet was amazing,food was to it's perfection. Service staff's were polite,caring and very helpful. Thanks to Mr.Raja who noted down all our requirements and perfectly organized. We had 11 days training program at Lemon Tree Shimona. We had conducted the same kind of trainings in multiple cities earlier. Excellent service provided by the staffs. Mr. Raja coordinated with us for the entire event. We also took one room for two weeks, neat and spacious. Food was good, tasty and served as per our preference. Hall arrangements were perfectly as per needs, every day after session it was refreshed perfectly kept for next day to start. We had a hassle free training. Main think to mention in Lemon Tree was their consistency in providing services. Thanks to Mr. Raja and his team for the courteous service. Finally, for our next training program in Chennai, we are left with no other options other than Lemon Tree.
