Had non - veg tasting menu at Raintree. was served by Arpita , Venky, Robert, Chef Vinoth and Pratibha . food was excellent, service was also very excellent. Staff were all very helpful and attentive .

It was very nice experience, ambiance, friendliness of all the staff including Arpita, Venky, Roberto, Chef Vinoth & Pratibha. The food was exceptional & the tastes of South Indian food will always be fondly remembered. We will certainly be back. Our stay at the Taj has also been fantastic. Fantastic service and well cooked foods. I ordered seafood set menu. Appetizers and curries were a must. Also, decorations of the restaurant was also fantastic. Especially, teams consists of Appita, Venky, Robert, Chef Vinoth and Pratibha are really professional and make my dinner unforgettable one! Was a very special last three days of our month-long tour of south India. We loved our high teas, the spirit of the staff, and the charm of the environment. Breakfasts were off the scale. But our most special moments were in the bar and ante room. Savouring the savoury and sweet delights of Chef Sharma, and the fine attention of the bar team Stefan and Chandra. The management team should be so proud. And all of this whilst experiencing the worst cyclone in decades. The entire team kept us safe and had customers right at their heart at all times.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. From our greeting at reception from Prodyot to the restaurant staff, special mention to Reshab and Chandra, Stephan and chef Sharma who made the High Tea and Cocktail hour so special. Highly recommend upgrading room/high tea/cocktails such an amazing experience. We visited during a Cyclone but the staff worked tirelessly and always with a smile to mop up. A truly first class experience.
