The stay was best. Our previous hotel was cancelled due to some app technical issue. In rush we booked Al Noor palace. We were traveling with family booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms here our not so spacious but the in room amenities, ac , tv, cleaning everything was perfectly managed and maintained. The staff was so polite, Mr. Rehman and night staff, the housekeeping, the restaurant person everyone was so helpful. Only one suggestion just try to increase the staff in breakfast timings. Rest We all loved the place and definitely would recommend to our friends and also would come again whenever we visit Chennai. Thanks all for this wonderful stay. Keep up the good work.

This is a very nice hotel to stay at while visiting Chennai. The restaurant is excellent and you can also eat outdoors! The room was clean. The front desk staff is very helpful, they even booked us Ola rides to get around the city and to the airport! You should definitely stay here while visiting Chennai!

I happened to book this hotel situated in triplicane ,chennai along with my family for two days .For this hotel rating by booking.com was 4.4 /5. Positive's 1.Neat and clean 2.Staff support Negatives 1.Except the above ,balance all 2.The rooms at this orbident prices are terrible 3.The rooms are very small. Imagine from side of the bed the walls are having only one feet area in three sides .A man can only walk shrinking himself .(Photos attached ). 4.They say they have restaurant which serves only break fast. 5.Further ,if you ask any thing from outside ,they will say simply ,there is no room service . 6.No hot water. They say there is .So we waited for two hours ,after opening the taps . Simply they should change the name to Lodge .

Very small rooms . Room service not available. Misleading photographs online . Dirty bathroom , and room . Morning Food was good . We asked to clean our room many times, but they didnot clean our room.

Best budget hotel in Triplicane, Chennai. We stayed 2 nights for US visa interview. Hotel staff are very cordial. The room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. We are satisfied with this hotel and their services. Very close to Marina beach and US visa interview locations as well.
