The Lemon Tree Hotel was great. It had all the comforts one could need, a great ethos, 30% of their staff are mute, so our group all at least learned the signing for “thank you”, the service was great and the food superb. The rooms were well proportioned and squeaky clean, but more than that this hotel from the interesting place mats, admonishments that smokes were sold “reluctantly”, to the calls to try the gym and return feeling “fresh as a lemon” managed to be comfortable, cute and quirky all in one go. I think my very favourite thing was that when I mentioned to reception the WiFi was a little slow there was an actual IT person by my side within 5 minutes!!!! Perhaps fitting for one of the worlds IT capital of India but still what I would call service beyond expectation. Well done Lemon Tree.

Lemon Tree has always been amongst the best in Chennai for their comfortable stay and well spread buffet. I had a reservation with Lemon Tree this March 30th till April 2nd. The stay was very comfort and I was upgraded to next level when early check-in. Staffs were very cooperative and polite enough. The sanitized rooms were well maintained and the lobby, restaurant were kept with hand sanitizers and on each floors too. The breakfast buffet was tasty and felt like home cooked food. Udesh and Ashwin, both ensured that my stay was comfortable enough and had constant communication with me throughout ensuring everything went smooth. Special Thanks to Udesh and my best wishes to him for the future.

I was travelling during the covid time and it was quite stressful and as a customer I had my apprehensions. However, all my apprehensions were quickly put to rest with the great service rendered by every staff from the hotel. The staff who facilitated with my booking, the driver at the airport pick up, housekeeping staff, room service staff were extremely courteous and humble in providing a seamless service. It is noteworthy to mention about the in-room dinning service, the staff displayed good listening skills and were prompt with the service request esp ensuring that all my meals were provided on time. The reservation staff, the front desk team were extremely polite, professional and were always eager to help. Santosh from the front desk team was extremely helpful and he went out of his way to help me with my request. The hotel has great staff working for them.... they made my stay homely, safe and comfortable.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel can be give a 1 star at the max. How can a 4 star provide hot water shower once a day just in the morning. The service is very nice at the hotel. They have airport pickup at a reasonable charge and is very reliable. The buffet breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Podi dosa and filter coffee is just awesome. We were being served by Lakshmi, who did the traditional mixing of filter coffee right at our table. Staff is very helpful. The room view is very peaceful facing Guindy National Park 😃.

I personally wanted to thank to these lovely staffs who were so perfect , kind and dedicated in their work. It all matters abut the staff and their service to their customer without hesitating to hv that decorum towards their guest .thanx a lot Vidhya, lakshmi, Bidya, vinutha,susan, buvanesh,p alex, navin,praveen, manoj,meena, chef vijay, chef sathiya,chef sasi, prem, kesavan, Area GM rajesh and GM Athuvan suresh And also maintenance of the room - house keeping they did an xclnt wrk in keeping rooms clean everyday. In room dinning provides the best service overall and the Receptionist who always answer ur queries at any time. I hvnt find any negatives or dislikes in my overall stay in Lemon tree. My stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Guindy was an exotic and rejuvenating stay. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the hospitality provided to me by the staff.
I would like to begin with the accommodative nature of the hospitality team, Ms. Lakshmi, the Citrus cafe staff came up to me seeing my hesitation to eat different kinds of food (I am on a specialized diet which restricts my appetite) and helped me to get customized dishes in a buffet!. She also went to the painstaking work of getting to know my details in regards with the stay and ensured that all my dishes are tailor fitted.
I would also like to mention about the multitasking attitude of Ms. Vinutha. She, too, helped me in providing assistance to make my stay as pleasant as possible. She gave me the feeling of a homely atmosphere. She was a friendly person who showed no hesitation in approaching the customers.
I could not forget the role played by Mr. Ashok. His timely thinking made me awestruck. His skills in room service are to be applauded. He provided me with a makeshift footrest because I feel uncomfortable working in a tall chair due to my height.
Mr. Rajashekar, the assistant manager, on hearing my diet needs from various staff approached me personally and ensured that my meals were up to par. He provided me with details in regards with my professional needs and wants which includes hiring the training room. He made sure I was not short of comfort until my departure.
In conclusion, I would say that the Lemon Tree Hotel serves you above and beyond what you have paid for. I wish them such good luck in the upcoming year.
