Room rates are very economical, and we got a suite room at a vety less rate. The (suite) rooms were very big, with a hall, a kitchen, a bedroom, a closet area and bathroom. The room had 2 TVs. The rooms were also very clean.
The food at the in-house restaurant was also very good and light as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would happily recommend it.
The only problem would be that the entrance is via a very small lift, that might not be convenient to everyone.
Cons: Front office staffs need to be more customer friendly. Restaurant staffs are average, could be better. Restaurant pricing bit heavier on pocket. Revision requested.
Comment: I am satisfied and happy with my stay in the property. I will come back.
A positive brand image and reputation is vital for the success of your hotel, and for your personal integrity as a manager and hospitality professional. This means staff that can represent your values fully, helping to make a great impression and keep guests coming back again and again.
Staff doesn't know English well and they don't understand what you want to communicate. They give us one drinking glass on day one and they never changed it almost for a week. Bathroom has water logging and they don't even clean bathroom properly.. The hotel looks big but it just has two floors. There was construction going on and we complained about it then they stopped but staff doesn't mind any problem with customers.. They don't even apologies or ask for feedback.. Totally waste of money and time
The Suite room is very big, Better than suite room at branded hotel chains.
It was a five star experience to us. Bathroom had a jacuzzi too.
Food served in restaurant was also good. Ala Carte option is better than buffet.
Staff and room service was also good. I had appointment to US consulate. This hotel provided good proximity to US Consulate, Marina Beach, etc. My family enjoyed stay in Suite room.
Only drawback, the room was not equipped with a refrigerator.
No fridge ion the room, only a tiny window in my room and it did not open, no fridge, a 4* hotel but expensive for India I think. Breakfast was too ‘Indian’ and not very good. I got sick one morning after eating eggs which looked strange. I reported a broken toilet seat 4 times and it was not fixed the entire week I was there. No safe box, a school right outside my window which got noisy at times. This hotel is not soundproof at all, lots of noise from the hallways and guests slamming their doors. Paper thin walls, flying insects in room, noisy guests. Prayers from a nearby temple or mosque, no big windows.
]in spite of comparatively reasonable tariff.
However a breakfast is shortage of variety and there a little choice to take.
