Located at the heart of the city (near SIMS, Vadapalani),the hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. At front desk Mrs. Ashwini was very helpful and ensured a comfortable stay for my family. The hospitality offered was really great and any concerns were immediately rectified. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret, just be there:)

I'm the bride where we had our engagement party happened in this hotel. The total ambience was great. Special mention and I'm thankful to Kodi Arasi Madam who was there from the start to the end. She was very polite and handled things in a polite way. And the most important thing was the Food. We had the buffet system of Mutton biryani with other varieties of menu.The food was so good and great. Thankyou for the good hospitality.

I had a engagement yesterday and booked Maple tree hotels - Silver Maple Hall. The overall experience is very delightful and well arranged by the team. Especially I would like to thank Jaya mam for taking caring of each and every things. I will prefer this hotel for Jaya mam itself. Food was good. Only thing to note when you planned to book this hotel - Silver Maple is, please ask for any table chair/ air cooler for stage. The hall is well air conditioned and best at morning time too but there is no vent near the stage. This is the only fault I could see yesterday. Hotel staffs are well mannered and doing good service. You can opt this hotel for any of your family functions mainly for Jaya mam.

The front desk person said we are giving you a good room. Ac make horrible noise. Breakfast is cold and tasteless. Ask them for towel and they say they don't have it. So hotel have poor maintenance, finally i called bellboy for check out he came to me asking 100 rupess directly unprofessional people. Our experience was not good and we will avoid this hotel in future.

I stayed this hotel for more than a week when I was travelling for business . I have been warmly welcomed by Ms.Ashwini and took care of my checkin process perfectly. Room services were prompt and WiFi signals are very good for me to work. I will highly recommend this place for a stay. All the best to management team and special thanks to Ashwini !!!

I was Celebrated my Sister engagement @ Red Maple is located at 1st floor on 13th March. Excellent ambience of air conditioned and well maintained.we planned for 150-170 pax but its more sufficient then we expected.Excellent support and kind by Ms. Suganya and their team members. The Decoration also well maintained and punctual. Food taste was so good my guest all are appraised with that food. Rooms also provided by their members are well decent and maintained. Totally everyone will happy with their support and awesome food. Please everyone try one function in Mapple Tree Hotel and you people also will enjoy with that teams.

Wedding went on well as planned, food was really a treat for your taste buds, received lot of compliments from guests that the food was very good. Rooms were neat and well maintained, hotel staffs are polite and even ready to do last minute arrangements to make your day best. Special mention to suganya and ganesh sir who helped us throughout to make the event great. Last but not least Wedding stage decors were also awesome.

Did my sister anniversary function here .. good service and friendly staffs . Food is good .. last minute we asked for a hall they arranged the place according to our need .. but outside decoration and camera is not allowed from outside.

Last month, we approached mapple tree for hall booking. My request was attended by mrs. Jayalakshmi, her approach in handing the customer impressed me and gave confidence to proceed with the booking. Staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. Food is tasty and services are excellent. Located in city center and Easily reachable through any kind of public transport. Special thanks to Jaya, for making our special event successful.

On 3rd March we chose Maple Tree for our brother in law engagement. It was really good experience and enjoyed a lot. The food was good and We really felt happy the way Madam Jaya supported during the event and it was a nice experience.
