We visited Pondicherry Cafe for our office brunch on Easter sunday. We were around 25 people and the buffet menu catered to the taste buds of each one of us. There were various options for non veg n veg both. They have a variety of desserts to choose from. Overall we had a really nice time. Their service is very poor and too slow you call for something you will get in 30 min you ask for room cleaning that will be done after 1 hr in this covid situation also they don't offer clean rooms there are finger prints of previous guests which stayed in room floor is dirty spread at breakfast in not upto mark as per the brand all in one it's a mental harassment staying here

Had a great stay.Ms Urvi' at the front desk was very hospitable and warming.we had a great experience.she was very helpful and approachable.She gave us an upgrade and made our stay more memorable. Highly recommended for a stay and the staff is helpful and kind.they maintained all the social norms.

We recently stayed here for a day. Had a suite on 8th floor ...got a good deal at an online site . BKC is the new ,upscale Corporate hub of Mumbai ...so many big Companies ,Banks and MNCs are located here . Several popular restaurants and many celebrity homes are nearby.Bandra is great for street shopping also . It was decently crowded on Saturday afternoon when we checked in. As we entered 8th floor there was faint dampness odour emnating from the carpet . Other than that ,everything was quite good,our room was spacious . However lunch buffet @INR 2000 per head was steep in my opinion. It had a limited spread ...no Sushi or cold cuts or live grills etc . The rasmalai got over and we had to wait for about 45 mins for it ,however they did serve us even packed a portion. They offered complimentary artisan chocolates and fruits in evening . A comfortable stay overall,but nothing outstanding.…
