This is a comfortably 3 star hotel with helpful staff a 2 lifts. We chose this after our original choice turned out to be effectively a 1 star hotel, which we abandoned for Le Grande. Everywhere is beautifully and tastefully tiled. We were on the 6th floor, Executive room. I would stay here again without question. (Maybe the rooms on the other floors are different).

The room was very large with large desk/mirror (brilliant!), bed was comfortable, but duvet had the odd stains. There was a safe but didn't use. Tea/coffee/kettle/bottles of water. The bathroom was ok; not as plush and the walk in shower didn't have a curtain (broken rail) or a glass shield (as in the official pictures) - please install to prevent the whole floor from being wet.

Also I would recommend that wall liquid soap dispensers are installed to save on soap wastage and on small plastic bottles.

Breakfast was a disappointment: 2 or 3 hot spicy Indian dishes (varied daily), omelette with chillies, bread, butter, jam (only on one day), papaya chunks, watermelon juice, tea/coffee to order. No cereals/pastries/cakes. I don't like to have lunch/dinner as breakfast so I avoided all spicy dishes and asked for plain omelettes each day, and had bread and juice. Not having cereals was a MAJOR disappointment - but strangely it WAS available for extra on room service!

Had dinner a couple of times and they were great. Dinning room is great, the foyer is large and 2 people at reception.

We also needed to have PCR test done. The hotel arranged for someone to come to the room (Rs 800). Got the result in about 24hrs. There was an anomaly on one of the results which the hotel contacted the lab to have it corrected. Funnily the hotel got the PDF results and not on our phone. Providers were TruTest Laboratories in association with IGenetic Diagnostics.

Hotel is on a quiet road, so no noise from nearby main road. A park with exercising machines is directly opposite.

One final note to the management: Please clean the AC filters.

One of the best hotel if you a want a decent budget hotel near T2 International Airport. I stayed for a night and I liked it. They do have buffet dinner at 500 rupees per person and buffet breakfast. Food was fresh and good. They are provide Airport transfer (pickup & drop off) for additional cost but I think its awesome service if you want piece of mind when heading towards airport.
Overall I think is a good hotel for one night.

I stayed here for over a month on a long business trip so I think I can provide a comprehensive and objective review. I’ve seen some previous pretty negative reviews which do not resonate at all with my experience. So first of all is it’s close proximity to BOM airport, just 5 minutes. The hotel will provide shuttle pick-up or if you prefer just hop on an auto Ric for less than Rs100. So the hotel is situated on a relatively quiet back street next to a school and residential buildings. If you’re lucky you’ll get a room at the rear on 6th or 7th floor overlooking an undeveloped expansive green area with palm trees looking toward the BOM terminal in the distance, what’s great is to sit and watch the birds, form the crows to the numerous kits gliding on the air currents to the noisy parrots at different times of the day. As a westerner If you want to experience India and not stay in a colony with a majority of other westerners then this place is ideal, 99. % of clientele are Indian, I think i saw just 2 other Europeans in a month. The hotel provides great value for the service and costs just 25% of the major international hotels in the airport catchment area, ok it doesn’t have a pool so if that is one of your requirements look elsewhere. Food is good and great value, with a few western dishes available. The have no alcohol license because next door is a school so according to Indian law they can’t , however there is a work around. Each room has a nice cold fridge and either the hotel can arrange delivery via room service or you go out for a stroll to one of the local liquor stores and stock up on a few bottles for the fridge for when you get back from work. The staff were all helpful and polite, In particular I’d like to mention Parmesh Pillay, he’ll sort out your airport pickup, tours, alcohol delivery and he was so kind that when he heard I’d had a stomach upset he purchased a bottle of fruit syrup you mix with water to help settle. Another guy to note is Ranjit who is one of the restaurant waiters, really helpful and friendly, we watched many IPL games on the big screen over dinner, admittedly he could improve his English a little but he tries hard and it’s part of his charm. Oh and I forgot to mention pretty decent WiFi connectivity

I booked this hotel as we were only going to be staying for a few hours after our flight from London to Mumbai. We would then be travelling to our next destination early in the morning. Firstly the hotel driver was not there when we collected our luggage at 4.30 am bearing in mind the time. Then with no advanced notice he took us to a very dodgy hotel and threw our luggage on the ground and said Hotel Le grand is overbooked, we gave your room away so you're staying here. The place they took us was dilapidated, had no proper hotel sign. When I tried to complain they paid no attention and there was no accountability.

Left with no choice as our driver was not coming until 8 am we took the room, which had no key to the room. They were about 5 men standing around making both my elderly mum and I (a young woman) feel incredibly vulnerable and at risk.

Please think twice before booking this hotel. The dodgy room they sent us to was not clean, unlocked and as female travellers simply not safe.

Though a decent hotel with its price range, but location-wise is not an ideal environment (though close to the Airport). We had booked this hotel for a superior deluxe room on 5&6 December; yet in the first place the room allotted was a small room, with sitting arrangement for one person only. The AC of the room being leaking, we complained and asked for a better room- then only the room we deserved with the booking was allotted.
The room 711 was spacious with good outside view. The breakfast spread was okay. But the staff at the dinning were very hospitable - that made our stay pleaseant.

Average kind of hotel, but not like a shabby one. For a night or two it is ok. Staff are very loud & noisy on the living floors.

They won't clean your room until you ask for. Breakfast was served to the room due to C19 I believe. Not great breakfast. You get oily stuff for morning breakfast like Indian Puri sabzi & Parathas.

Tea coffee available in the rooms. Wifi was not great.

Front office staff were friendly.
