Ideal for what we needed

We arrive into Delhi and wanted somewhere pretty average to stay and this hotel delivered. However the restaurant was not available to dine in and the breakfast is pretty poor and served in not a great place as it is downstairs in the other hotel up the road. Shower wasn’t hot…

Hotel cancelled my reservation

I booked this hotel few months ago I asked for pick up from airport and I had to pay in advance fee for this transport. Two days before my trip to Delhi hotel cancelled my reservation. I didn’t receive any refund. I sent email when the hotel give me back my money. No response

My flight arrives 11:35pm(close to midnight). If I book for that night will i be able to check in on arrival ...which might be around 1:00 am in the morning.

Our reception is operational 24*7 and our check in time starts at 12 Noon. That being said, if your flight is arriving on 15 Nov at 11:35 PM and you want to check in around 1 AM on 16 Nov, your booking should be from 15 Nov. We hope this clarifies your doubt. Regards, General Manager
