I booked a reservation directly with their website on Wednesday and received an emailed confirmation number. Friday morning I saw an email stating the payment did not go through due to a "glitch' in their system. I called the hotel directly and spoke with Bridgette. She stated that she would need to speak to a manager if they were to honor the Wednesday price. Today's price for the same period and the same room was now a FEW hundred dollars more. She came back after a brief hold on the line and said there is nothing they can do and hung up on me. I immediately called back and I asked to speak to the manager. She said the manager Valerie, was not available for another 30 minutes. I asked why she hung up on me and she said didn't remember dong that....

What a gem near everything. And with a really great pool which was a very nice bonus. Cold A/C. Lovely staff. Refrigerator in room. It appeared all rooms were poolside so it can get a little loud late in the evening but our experience wasn't too bad (this is COVID afterall). We even stayed an extra night. We have nothing to complain about here and we'll be back!

Stayed for 4 nights -- room was quite small, but clean. The pool area was okay, but wasn't cleaned for the entire time we were there -- a bit disconcerting since COVID hit. Staff was nice, towels were available to be changed out at the front desk because of COVID restrictions. Easy walking distance to restaurants and water taxis. Overall, an okay stay -- the price was right!

While working with Floating Doctors I would stay over the weekends at this hotel to get ablittle bit of luxury before heading back into the jungle. I tried a number of hotwls in the area and it was by far my favorite. When available, I always upgraded to the larger rooms upstairs with the balcony as they are indeed nicer than the smaller rooms. Big plus was the pool. It also included a great breakfast at the sushi place next door. Overall very friendly people and a great place to stay.

The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. The people from front desk are nice, friendly and helpful with everything u need. They give u a information about the town and tours. My girlfriend and I booked the tour with them and it was soooo nice, and the deepboard was amazing. The pool is great to chill after the full day tour. The best option in town, would stay again!!! I recommend it 100%

There are many cool places in Bocas, but Swans is the best hotel with the best staff in Bocas! We keep coming back every year for the super friendly & very helpful staff, clean rooms, great advice for sightseeing & activities, security of the hotel and its central location. All in all, best service in town! Hasta la proxima! Todo iba bien!

Intense street noise and no hot water made me leave before spending the night. Most of the rooms are great but I was given one facing street side with a gap between the door and the wall, and I could hear everything outside. I was polite and easygoing when I raised the issue and the front desk guy refused to say anything, only “we have never had complaints about the room,” and not even being willing to check if someone else didn’t show up for a reservation to let me move rooms. No apology, no concern. I hoped they wouldn’t charge me for the room and let me leave, but I was charged. I ended up leaving and moving to casa max hotel, which was much more comfortable for 20$ less.

Beautiful brand new hotel near the heart of Bocas Town. Very clean, secure and air conditioned. Nice pool. Excellent complementary breakfast buffet. Would stay here again anytime! On one of the main streets in Bocas, yet very quiet at night.

Very nice and clean hotel, location is center on Main Street to walk to all shops and restaurants, lots of restaurants cafes and shops around the hotel, also there are tons of Supermarkets, great wifi, good AC in the rooms and lobby, buffet breakfast with delicious fresh fruits, there are mini fridge in the room, clean room with shampoo, soap. There is a small pool in the back outdoor if you like to use.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We spent 2 nights here in December as part of our Panama trip to a few cities. The hotel was clean, had a great pool and the staff were very friendly. It is also well located to all the bars and restaurants. An added benefit is if you have minimal luggage, the hotel is walkable from the airport. Highly recommend!
