I have visited ACD hotel in Meljine twice since the opening in 2017 and I hope it's not going to be the last :-) It is a cute hotel not far from Herceg-Novi. But, don't get distracted by the fact that it belongs to the group of smaller hotels, in fact, it has everything that one

Stayed here for a week in October 18 , although its also a spa I didn't have time to try any of the treatments on offer. The room was described as a comfort room and was very clean and quite roomy. It did have a balcony but very small although you could sit out there if you

Spent one week from 29th September at this small friendly hotel. Our driver from the hotel was waiting for us at Dubrovnik airport and drove across the border to the hotel. First impression was 'sparkling new' as it was extensively modernised a year ago. Very welcoming at

I would take beach towels. The rooftop pool supplies larger white towels but didn't see any beach towels at reception or in rooms

Hi, the hotel does have a small car park at the front and if you cannot park in it you should be able to park along the road. The reception staff will find you a place as they are helpful We didn't see many parking spot at beauty spots. We used transfers, Kompas Travel in Budva for airport and local companies between towns. It cost us about 1 euro per km (rough average) but we didn't use taxi companies and the buses / coaches are pretty good if you are short of cash. Please note that the locals are impatient drivers with a tendancy to overtake in the wrong place and the EU has tightened border controls, it took us over 3 hours to get back into Croatia. the transfer companies know quick ways and can get you on planes if you arrive at the airport late.

It is 31 km., but due to the fact that you need to cross the boarder I would recommend that you cross it a day before your departure. You can easily get stuck in a line at the boarder crossing. Regarding transfer companies; the hotel can assist you with transfer or help you finding a company. Otherwise you can go to the local bus station, where you also can get help. Hope this answer helps you.

"We asked for a room with twin beds and got a larger side room on the top (3rd) floor. balcony facing west so good sunsets."
"Choose an upper floor room"
"Had a good room at the front of the hotel (sea view in the distance) with a balcony - good sun trap"
"The front of the hotel will overlook the bay but will be noisier than the side or rear rooms because of the busy road at the front"
"we preferred the rear of hotel overlooking the hillside"
