The location is super convenient only being a few minutes walk to the train station and town center. The general property style is country lodge with many details to explore. The rooms are spacious and well maintained with hot water, wifi etc. working very well. Especially the restaurant staff was very friendly and served very tasty food. Overall, very good value for money.

The cabanas are amazing! You wake up to the sounds of the forest! The private entrance, the private hot tub, the fireplace are just a few of the perks that we found in this great hotel. The service was superb, the food was exquisite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Machu Picchu. My recommendation is to extend your stay for before going up and once you are back. Is worth every penny!

Beautiful location with marvelous gardens, room, service and food. Started fire in the lounge for us, and reserved seating on balcony overlooking Urubamba River for us for lunch. Great location for train station and bus stop! Manager Fernando in restaurant shared tons of information with us, Jorge - waiter in the restaurant was a special treat.

What a totally amazing place we were so lucky to visit in this challenging times (and were almost the only people in the hotel) The surroundings are glamorous but with a fantastic ecological spin and the staff are attentive and charming. The food in the restaurant was fabulous with great natural flavours Make sure that you explore the grounds and do seek out a room upgrade to treat yourself - the suites are really worth it. Extra special thanks to Sylvia, David & Carmen for our wonderful stay - we will be back! Until then stay safe!

Beautiful hotel nestled deep in the cloud forest surrounded by stone mountains and rushing rivers in the Peruvian Andes. A true nature lovers delight. Our charming casita with terra cotta tiles and wooden beams was surrounded by jungle greenery and cobblestone walkways. The casitas interior was rustic Andean decor with spacious living rooms, marble bathrooms, open air showers, and a wood burning fire place. Many thoughtful touches gave the casita the feel of a high-end luxury. The 5 star hospitality team, (Italo, Jorge, Carmen, manager, and the chef) were friendly, helpful and eager to make our experience unforgettable. The hotel’s restaurant for breakfast and dinner featured delicious modern Peruvian cuisine with an incredible patio and amazing views of the river. This hotel is a must when visiting Machu Picchu. Make sure you leave yourself enough time to enjoy the magic of this beautiful eco friendly hotel.
