The front door handle turned 360° so did not close nor open
The room cupboard pull handle was broken. The TV only had 1 channel out of 30+ blank (english translated to german). We had to ask for extra pillies (flat) and extra towels (only 2) - no hand towels etc. Only 1 miniature gel (double room) & wall gel dispensers empty. Bathroom light went off within minutes. Hairdryer broken had to go to reception to replace-

We were stuck because of snow and flood on the way to Marrakesh and found this hotel. The hotel itself is nice and spacious but needs TLC and feels that time has stopped since it was built, and nothing has happened since then. Rooms are spacious and decorated nicely but need looking after and proper cleaning. The AC doesn't work and if starts full of dust which is enough to give you allergy or chest infection. The water in the taps when started was completely yellow and muddy probably not being used in long time. No lift, so if you have luggage then it is hard.It was freezing and the heating didn't work. Although there were extra blankets, they were full of dust. Breakfast was good with fresh bread and omelette to order. Staff seems overwhelmed and not always responsive but they were nice and professional. Overall nice building but needs overhaul and update of facilities

Luckily we had only booked for one night. Dilapidated structure both in the common areas and in the rooms. To begin with, the pool, eye-catching in the photos was dirty, as were the common areas. To go up to the room, plates with leftovers placed under the stairs probably by the cleaning staff. The corridor leading to the rooms is dirty. Be aware that dinner and breakfast are buffet style and flies were king around and inside the bread basket. The staff is not very courteous and certainly not attentive to hygiene. In the bed, my daughter found some hair. In my bathroom the toilet had urine stains on the rim. There's no need to dwell on it here. I'm just saying that the photos you will find do not correspond to reality.

On our trip through Morocco, this was by farthe worst of 9 hotels. The only one where we did not get a welcome drink neither water on the room. (In all the other hotels we got at least one of these things and most of the time even both.
Prices in restaurant were much to high; even our bill was not correct. Afterwards, we even saw that the prices on the tables were not the same as the prices the barkeepers use. Is the management treating?
We gave our traveling agent the advice not to work with this hotel any more.

The hotel has a bar (with alcohol) at the pool.
Don't be impressed by the common areas, the hotel is literally a SHAME: sheets and towels worn and with a color that nothing seemed white; no water pressure in the bathrooms, impossible to shower; decoration TV; mini-bar refrigerator without any function; poor lighting; no plugs in the rooms; toilets and taps from the beginning of the last century and the amenities consisted of two envelopes, we went to ask for toilet paper and after going to the reception, they left us two started rolls on the floor of the room door. The only place where it wasn't disgusting to stand was the balcony.
Regarding the buffet, the worst in the entire country, it was scarce since you had the same thing for breakfast and dinner.

Very warm welcome, staff taking care of everyone during the stay, close to the main activities of Ouarzazate. Bar, swimming pool, spa/massage, traditional music, all in a local cultural spirit. I recommend if you are passing through the city

Awesome stay!!! The hotel is very well located for visiting the city, about 10 minutes walk from the souk.
A pleasant swimming pool, and an ideal bar for aperitifs with friends…very nice, simple and authentic discovery…A great chef with delicious tagines and couscous!!!! A hammam and an exceptionally traditional massage…

Very warm welcome, typical hotel with beautiful common areas, very pleasant, with swimming pool area, very cozy outdoor lounge. Very smiling and attentive staff. Quality of meals with choice of different typical dishes of good flavor.

Fantastic hotel located nearby Ouarzazate center and 5 minutes away from the airport. The suite is spacious, clean and has a nice traditional Moroccan decoration. Enjoyable sitting by the pool area where the restaurant and a nice bar are located. Breakfast was very satisfying with a variety of choices. The overall staff is extremely respectful, professional and very welcoming. Thanks to Aicha at the reservations and to all employees and managers. I will definitely recommend and hopefully come back soon.
