A wonderful place to take your family, people are helpful, friendly and the diving was fantastic, we were lucky to see Turtle, Sting Ray and a variety of beautiful fish. I highly recommend it. The rooms are also clean and spacious!

We got room upgrades and the room were spacious and had everything we needed. It's clean and they provide daily cleaning service to mop and change our towel as we go out for diving. We were very happy with our stay and will come back again.

Highly recommended! Was there last year for the COT cleanup event in Sept. The room was clean and really huge! We booked the triple room. They are more eco-conscious so they provide large refillable glass bottles to refill water. The rooms were very near the dive centre so it was convenient. This was our first time at ABC and the feel was very different from Kg. Paya. Much more laid back and quiet. There were a few food stalls along the street. Staff were friendly so wouldn't mind coming back again!

Our stay at Tioman Dive Resort was definitely an excellent choice for our diving trip with B&J dive center. We arranged this via email with Martin, who has been helpful assisting us with the arrangement of the dive package, which includes the accommodation as well. We stay at the triple room and the rooms are clean, well maintained and equipped with ac, tv, hot water, soap and even hair dryer. The location is about 5 mins walk from the ABC jetty and close to all dive center, their bar, beach and restaurants. There is no duty free here though but we manage to rent bicycles to go to the next village, about 10 mins away (nearest duty free is about 25 mins) while enjoying the wonderful scenery along the way and passing by the local bats colony of tioman. Ben, P’Gell and team really makes us feel like family and ensure we have a great time during our stay here. We love it so much to the extent that some of us decided to dive lesser and spent more time resting away in the room (their bed is really comfortable) or hanging out at the resort bar at night. Highly recommended whether you are diving trip or just enjoying a simple vacation with friends in tioman.

This is probably one of the best stays you can find in Kampung ABC. Booked a triple room while doing my OWD course and though nothing fancy, here are what I like about my stay: - Clean & neat - Daily housekeeping - No bottled water provided, but the water dispensing machine is available (Good job for being environmentally friendly!) - Friendly and courteous staff - Lots of eateries around

This is the 4th time I've been to B&J Diving Centre in the last many years - and wonderful to get to finally stay at Tioman Dive Centre (It has always been fully booked in the past). Great to have it open after MCO. Great service, incredibly helpful and truly professional 5-star dive centre. Thanks!

B&J TDR was just the BEST! We recently travelled as a couple (in our 30s) to B&J Diver Resort to do the PADI OWD accreditation and some fun diving. When looking at places to go we were deciding between Blue Heaven diving and B&J, we ended up going with B&J because of the accomodation and I'm so so happy we did. Not that Blue Heaven didn't seem good, but B&J has great accomodation and a lovely vibe. All the staff (from receptionist to dive masters to cleaners) were really friendly, helpful and caring. The accomodation was basic but clean, neat, well-maintained and very comfortable. The divemasters and other staff operate a simple bar on the premises in the evenings and it's the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a can of Tiger after a big day of diving - listening to some good tunes and hanging out with your divemaster and fellow dive buddies. You can hire their kayak or canoe, use your mask & fins from diving to go snorkelling and go for walks in the jungle. There are multiple good simple restaurants all along ABC within 1-15 min walk from B&Js. Apart from being good value, the diving itself was fantastic in terms of locations and different types/levels of difficulty being catered to, and I have to say our divemasters were all fantastic. Really lovely people, very patient and with a good focus on safety and fun! I think the word 'resort' in the title may give people the wrong idea though, this place is basic in terms of services (ie/ no pool for casual swimming - except for the pool used for the confined water dive courses, no fancy things). Some people come to dive and then go to a fancier resort for a place to relax on a sandy beach or by a pool. This place is best for those people who don't want to spend their holiday in their hotel room or beside a pool - somewhere affordable, cheerful and fun. I would highly recommend B&J TDR to everyone looking for this kind of holiday.

Had an amazing stay here for 4D3N while completing my Open Water Diving Course at B&J Dive Centre right in front of the resort. Location: 5 mins walk from ABC jetty, a few steps from the beach, dive centre and bar. There's no big roads and cars here. Only motorbikes and bicycles which makes it a very peaceful escape. Room: Really cozy and spacious. The beds are very comfy (which is very important especially after a long day of dive training). The room has all the important amenities like hot showers, soap, towels, safe box, tv, aircond and ceiling fan, mini bar, closets, places to dry your swimwear and decent wifi connection. Didn't expect the daily room cleaning too. It was simply amazing! Service: Everyone here is really friendly and helpful. Big smiles all the time. Martin helped us with the arrangements of the room and ferry. The whole process was easy and simple. Tips: The beach in front is rocky and it's suitable for snorkeling and diving as the corals are just right there. Sandy beaches can be found on the other side of ABC at the marine park (about 15-20 mins walk). In terms of places to eat, there's plenty of eateries nearby that serves a variety of dishes from local to western cuisines in a quaint kampung setting. You can always ask anyone of the B&J team for recommendations. Conclusion: I had a wonderful time and I'm already thinking of coming back again real soon!

Friendly, clean and well located - just a stones throw from a bar, restaurant, several trails and of a short wade into the sea to the house reef. It's the perfect detox from city life! We keep returning (several times per year). The staff are great and always up for sharing a beer in the evening.

This is how they call this stretch of beach - "ABC". TDR is no doubt the best place to stay at ABC. It is a family run dive center with proper room facilities. Do not expect it to be a hotel. It is meant more for divers. It does not have a kitchen but it has a wonderful bar where the divers gather to admire the sunset with good musics. The rooms which my family stayed in were clean. Towels provided could match the five star hotel standard. It does not have a sandy beach. If you love foot massage, perhaps this could be an alternative. Hence, if you are looking for a beach where you can spend some time with your toddler to build sand castles - you will have to walk about 20 mins to reach the marine park which is the next bay or two small areas at the two ends of ABC. B&J Dive Center (also run by the same owner) is just outside TDR. It has very good instructors and diving facilities. It has a pool which is used to teach divers. My kids and I took the Padi Open Water Dive course here. Kudos to their multinational diving instructors. I like ABC which is a Kampung where you will be away from the noisy crowds - even on holidays. It is not commercialize and it does not have a big resort here. It has a few small kitchens which are run by the locals. B&J bar (the only alcohol place in ABC), the sunset bar (south of ABC) and Ketapang Roof (next to the jetty) are good. Generally people over here are very nice. I would recommend TDR if you are a diver or would like to become one. Otherwise, I would suggest that you choose other bays, for example, Paya.
