Luxury hotel with a superb beach front pool. Comfy beds. The biggest buffet breakfast choice ever. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended place to stay in Vung Tau. Upgrade to the heritage rooms if possible.

Great breakfast, amazing room, very polite and friendly and smiling personel. For sure will be back there. Pool area very nice. Pool next to beach also great. To be honest private beach should be cleaned, a lot of plastics and trash, no pleasure to swim there.

Everything was perfect. But in my experience, electricity shut down one time. But it’s fine. Food is good. The room is very nice and the design look like in the Europe. Swimming pool and the beach is good too. Very relaxing spa and nice service.

Beautiful rooms. Lovely people. We will definitely be back. The staff are friendly and there is heaps to do. The pool table is great for the kids and whilst waiting for people. We had a few wins at the casino and the meals at the restaurant was plentiful.

We took a tour of Vietnam major cities and the locals of Ho Chi Minh suggested Vung Tao so we took a side trip and were amazed. The Imperial was way nicer and staff the kindness of any of the other 5 star hotels we stayed at. There is a private beach and quiet safe surroundings and if we ever come back to Asia, we will make sure to stay at the Imperial again.

My family and I often visit VT and often stay at the Imperial Hotel. This time I was quite comfortable because I was away after Tet so I had a lot of time to relax with my family. Everything seems a bit old, the carpet is also faded. I think the hotel should upgrade the carpet and materials. Besides, it's still good because the two-zone swimming pool area is still quite beautiful and relaxing.

The hotel has classic royal architecture but seems a bit old compared to the interior. The pool garden area is quite large and has a long swimming pool. As for the service staff and receptionists, they still retain their hospitality. Hope you can still maintain it like that

The imperial Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The pools are impressive.. Services are relatively up to standard. We have a family room with two huge beds for a family of 4. The room are huge and well cleaned. Breakfast is good. Not much food around so do recommend to purchase the breakfast in the hotel. Not much shopping in Vung Tau.. especially if you come from a big city. Best place I do like to shop was Lotte.. and best meal was the Sotong noodles. Must try this green sauce.. super delicious. Vung Tau is quite a distance from HCMC.It is a quiet town. The beach has been cleaned by the hotel. The best is the restaurant by the beach.. and the pool facing the sea. Unfortunately, we have to use the bridge to reach the bridge. It is a small issue as there is a road separating the main hotel to the beach. Just prepare to walk a distance especially if you have kids. stroller are not convenience on the bridge.. as you need to access stairs. You can cross the road with care though. We did enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as there were very few tourists.. we like quietness but yet prefer slight noise.. it is relative safe to travel around.
