We stayed at Baan View Villa for 3 nights every thing was amazing.
The villa was very clean, AC working good and they have coffee shop with nice coffee and breakfast.
You can go to the village by 10 minutes walking to access 7/11 shop, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy and the beach.
From the start I was contacting with Julanee she is nice, kind and helpful with everything, and all the rest of the staff were kind.
I will come back again for sure.

Beautiful small villas / rooms with private pool Clean and tasteful The owner Julanee is extremely friendly and helpful. Very good European style breakfast but also a delicious fruit plate. Try the croissants too. We had 2 wonderful nights. 2 beaches are close and especially the eastern one is charming with nice barbecue on the beach.

We stayed for a week with the family early August. We had an amazing time. The bungalows are fantastic. Spacious, nicely decorated. Plenty of privacy with no neighbours in sight, a private pool and an outstanding view. Julanee was an exceptional host and offered us lifts to and from the local beaches whenever we wanted to go. I was unfortunately v ill and had to go to hospital for a few days, Julanee was brilliant. She really looked after the family and also offered lifts to and from the hospital. The complimentary breakfasts were amazing, kids loved the pancakes and shakes, as well as the amazing fruit and coffee. We would love to come back at some point.

The house kipper is the best, she is so nice and took us to the beach and restaurant!! The villa was so beautiful and big and very comfortable. Breakfast so good. The perfect place in a quiet and wonderful location.

We have the best holiday in Thailand in these beautiful villas surrounded in bush with our own private plunge pool. The breakfast is sensational and the coffee is perfect, a great start to the day! Julanee, the owner made our stay very special by spoiling the family we went with and ourselves on my birthday with freshly cooked prawns and chocolate almonds, what a treat. A truely thoughtful lady! We also rented their cars and motorbikes which was a great way to see the island. The villas were cleaned to a high standard each day, towels replaced, plenty of fresh water bottles replaced etc and the staff are helpful and friendly. We will be back!

We are a family of 2 adults, 2 kids (12 & 14yrs), we stayed here for one week. Our villa was just lovely with a great view over the bay and a decent size infinity swimming pool which we used every day, in fact the kids would have been happy to stay there all day! The villa is one of 5 (I think) in a calm, quiet spot but only 10 min walk to two different very nice beaches. They offer a free shuttle service car ride to the beaches/local shops/restaurants which takes a couple of minutes if you prefer which is available at all times (within reason). I was really glad we stayed slightly away from the main resorts and the beach as it was so convenient still but quieter. On site is a lovely cafe. Breakfast was included and the breakfast was huge and of amazingly good quality. My husband was also delighted how great the coffee was - and he's very picky about his coffee! Julianee and her team could not have been more helpful if we had any questions. She even gave us an impromptu Thai cooking lesson and when my daughter lost her shoe on the last day going to the airport, she later found it and had it sent to the airport for us.
We loved our stay here, and were quite happy relaxing on the beaches, at the villa's pool. We did one day snorkelling which was fun and and tried out going to the Full Moon Party just to take a look. I'm glad we went and left early before it got too crazy!
I was worried that we'd booked for the rainy season, but actually bar two downpours where we stayed in the pool, it wasn't a problem at all and it's always hot.
We also ate at Julanees cousin restaurant and had food delivered to us from there one night. It was the best Thai food we ate all holiday - lovely.
I can't recommend staying here enough.

We are a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children aged 13, 11 and 8 - and we stayed in the smallest pool villa for 4 nights at the end of August.
Despite being the smallest villa it was perfect for us. We had two bedrooms each with their own bathroom and they’d put in an extra bed for our son. The kitchen was fine (although we only made a cup of tea in it!), the fridge was well stocked and mini bar prices were very fair. Our swimming pool was small but perfectly formed and the children loved going in it especially after a day on the beach. The view over Thong Nai Pan Yai is lovely. Julanee was a perfect host and always happy to take us and pick us up from whichever beach we went to (both were lovely although in the evening we tended to favour Noi.) Breakfast was lovely and the coffee was the nicest we had in Thailand!!
On our last day the big villa with the big swimming pool was empty so Julanee suggested we could use that... we did and the view was even nicer if possible!!
The area is really lovely - down in Noi we tended to eat at the Food Center and ordered food from what turned out to be Julanee’s cousin. The food was amazing - and the pad Thai the best we had on all our travels. Also down on Noi there is the beach club that has entertainment (we watched the fire show) so worth heading down there in the evening. Towards Yai there is a mini golf... not cheap but the children loved doing that for an hour one day. We also did a boat trip by organising our own boat and driver for the day (we did this through a shop down on Yai) ... we went snorkelling around Koh Phangan, has lunch at Malibu beach and then spent some time on Bottle Beach. There were 9 of us (2 families) in total so it worked out much better doing it this way. The snorkelling was great!

Baan View Talay villa’s is a perfect place in paradise. The comfortable villa’s offer you 100% privacy. It contains 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms and a nice swimming pool just for yourself. The fridge is filled with drinks, various beers and water (last is for free). Do you want to eat in your villa? Thai and Italian food can be ordered. But that is not what makes this location so great. It is the owner Julanee and her family. They are so friendly and supportive. Do you want to go to the village? They will bring you and pick you up (for free). The breakfast is amazing and you can order all kind of fresh fruits, shakes and different type of eggs. Their coffee is the best in Thailand, really! They also offer motorbikes and can help you with booking snorkling trips. Nice and good restaurants are in walking distance. The hospitality from Julanee and her family is coming from their hearts (and not to make more money) and that is making this place so nice.
