Nice hotel, good location, clean rooms, very near to the lake, friendly staff and beautiful view. It was a great family trip and a memorable one. The staff make difference here - they are very friendly and helpful. But the food - need improvement.
Though the hotel is very well located at Kodai, room ambience and maintenance are not that great. Hotel staff hospitality and food were great. Though the prices are bit costly you would enjoy the food.
Good budget resort. Forest view deluxe room is excellent. Rooms are very spacious. Room service is good.front desk must improve. Food taste is good. Food variety is limited. No cut fruits,sweets.over all value for money
We weren't really pleased with the services rendered to us by the hotel. We were actually expecting a lot more. Firstly,the food wasn't great. It wasn't cooked completely especially the idly. It was pretty expensive and totally not worth it. Secondly,the staff was friendly but slow. Things kept delaying. We really hope for some noticeable difference the next time we come to you. Thank you.
Comfortable stay with awesome staff and excellent food. As we had the corner room on the first floor we had view of the forests as well as the hills. Kodaikanal is a laid back hill station. You can cover the sights in one day. Remaining days are to chill out.
