My family likes very much to stay at Ibis. Whenever we travel we look forward to stay at a Ibis hotel that is located near our destination. Breakfast is really good as well as the bedrooms. The only aspect that I think can be improved is the check-in. The last two experiences took more time than we expected.

Awesome! We decided to stay for a night at this place thanks to the staff at the front desk. He is a dark skin with breaded long hair tall handsome man, very friendly and super helpful in assisting us during the late afternoon near evening. We love this place, simple and comfortable and most important very clean. Thank you for having such a professional and friendly staff that welcome us. Great staff ! Great property! Great stay!

Very simple room, better for going alone. It has got warm water in the faucet in the sink, a good shower, comfortable bed, table and chair, TV, air conditiong. It hasn't got hair dryer, the space is very little.

I loved the hotel and my trip was fantastic. Very good service, especially Mr. Rafael because it gave us many hiking tips and always ready to meet us. I hope to return to ibis morumbi sao paulo or maybe ibis host at ibis international.

fair price for the accommodations and services offered.the three-person room caters well to a family of three on short stays.the breakfast is very good and has the best cheese bread in the world!the location is great being close to several shopping malls.

Very simple, small, but compatible with price and proposal. Excellent location, in front of the also excelent Morumbi Shopping Center. Insulation of rooms are not so good, at least the Hotel is not in front of Avenue, however, the noise of other rooms and its doors closing are annoying.

This was my first time in Ibis Budget (have been before in Ibis). Price seemed OK, so decided to give it a try. From the begin it looked like a good experience. Check in was good.... And then it changed... Room was very small, toilet looked like a solitaire cell, room was very noisy (I was in 6th floor). As I was very tired, just went to sleep. Following day tried to have a nice bath, but water was too hot, no matter how I changed controls. After a “burning” experience, checked out to breakfast. This last piece was OK, with a reasonable price for a good variety of offers. Not coming back...

We stayed from Saturday (September 1st) to Sunday (September 2nd). Fast check-in. We had no phone in our room, which was awful. Every little thing had to be discussed at the lobby, so we had to go down there a few times, most of them at quite incovenient hours. The room was silent enough for us. We slept well, but the mattress wasn't very good. I had been at another Ibis hotel (not a budget one, though) some years before and was expecting superior quality. Breakfast was good. Coffee machine with options for all tastes. There were some kinds of bread, also cheese, cheese bread (Brazilian "pão de queijo") ham, jelly, butter, croissants, cereal, juice, milk, yoghurt and sliced fruit. Every staff member we talked to was efficient and willing to help, they were all very polite. No complaints about the service. All in all, it wasn't a such a bad experience, but we don't think we would book another stay there.…

We got a room just for 1 night, since is very well located , but we could not stay more than that. Starting on the check in that took forever( and it was after 10pm) . The room is so tiny that you can only turn around the bed one by one . If you are claustrophobic, you cannot use the bathroom . The TV is so old and small that makes noise all the time. I turned off the AC fan to be able to sleep due the high level of noise. There is no phone on the room, so to ask anything or complain you need to go to the lobby.Need ironing? only 2 in a small space on the 6 floor to be shared in the building ( you can imagine situation) . Breakfast was not so bad, but if you want to eat cereal for example, you need to ask a bowl. Attention to Check out : they cannot print you a copy of receipt if you haven't booked directly.…

The air conditioner gave me allergies, I snezzed all night long. The elevator scared me, made a loud metal noise while I was in it, something went wrong with it. Breakfast was ok, but the pizza was the worst I ever had in all my life.
