my room did not have a tv remote and they got me one after I had gone to bed and the smoke arlam device di not work I don recomend this hotel due to bad service and mgt did not want to do any thing to solve the it.
Saw the employees at check in; okay. Called down from room a few minutes after getting there to ask about a package I had delivered. They told me immediately that they didn’t have it. Didn’t take any time to look for it. I was unable to locate another employee during my stay. That includes check out. I looked into the delivery and found confirmation that it was signed for by their employee. They still adamantly refused that it was ever delivered. Was told that it wasn’t their problem. So rude! Hung up on multiple times as I tried to follow up.
What an epic failure of a hotel. First the the night manager was condescending and slow. Then our room had a roach and sometype of black stuff in the bathtub. When we bolted and told the manager about the bug he said. Oh yay we know.
Very inexpensive hotel centrally located in Arlington. Shuttle service to metro is great. They try really hard to make a good breakfast. The place seems scary and the rooms are outdated and could stand a cleaning, but actually pretty good
Hotel was clean but out dated. Wasn't thrilled with the breakfast, it was cold every morning. I didn't have a microwave or refrigerator, in which they said I have to request it, but my co workers rooms had both items and they didn't requested them. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear the conversations of other guest very clearly.
