I completed a weekend stay at Le Meridien Arlington and had a pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. Jonathan at the front desk warmly welcomed me, recognized my Titanium Elite status, and upgraded me to a suite. Doug in Amuse restaurant cordially greeted me during breakfast hours. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Rosslyn metro station, offering easy access to Washington, D.C., and is a 15-20 minute walk to Georgetown via the Key Bridge. The room was comfortable with modern amenities. Highly recommended!

The staff is wonderful! Jaime at the front desk was such a doll, there was a mishap with my room and she was able to accommodate me graciously. The bartender Zaheer is a GEM! He is not your average bartender, he is a mixologist/historian. He explains the "why" you like something and how to find the comparison while introducing you to new things. The OWNER and Operations Director need to listen to Zaheer's recommendations he can put the Le Meridian bar on the map. He is the only reason why I would stay at the Le Meridian again. Speaking of the OWNER and Operations Director, the hotel needs to be renovated. The bathroom had chipped tile, the rubber on the shower door is beyond repair and there is not enough bleach to get rid of the mold.

1. No restaurant. If you arrive in the evening you will have no food. The front desk will send you to the bar, which closes at 10. Even if you get to the bar before they close, they will inform you that they are in the process of “changing out their menu” and therefore most offerings are not available. 2. Room is very cold and thermostat doesn’t fix it. I suffered through the first night of freezing temperatures in my room and finally called the mechanic in on the second night. Apparently the temperature is not controlled by the thermostats in the room, even if the numbers change when you try to press the buttons. The mechanic tried to fix it but still no temperature change- still freezing and getting colder as the night wears on. 3. No one to answer the phone. Actively trying to call the front desk to see if I can get the mechanic up again to change the temperature. Called 3 times with no answer. There are more annoyances at this hotel but these are the most frustrating right now. I paid nearly $200 a night to be cold and hungry- could have stayed out on the street and at least people would have given me a few dollars for the trouble! Please stop using COVID as an excuse for poor service and upkeep.

First off the staff were amazing, kind, friendly, professional as good as we have had anywhere. The room was very nice with a nice view. The entire place was clean and well maintained. As to service level it was all good. Closeness to the Metro was a bonus, nearby quick eats within walking distance was good too. So its not with malice I say the following. The parking situation was horrible. No valet service so we self-parked. The parking garage was on one level, elevator to the main floor then an elevator to the reception lobby on the 4th floor then another elevator to out room floor. It just wears you out traveling up to the room or down to the parking garage daily. On tow separate occasions we had been out from 8AM to 4PM only to come back to find out room had not been cleaned or housekeeping done. The inhouse restaurant we did try, it was meh ok.... everything moved at a snails pace, I think the cook could only do one table at a time. Would we stay here again.... not sure again the staff was amazing but, does that sway the other things wrong here.... not sure.. you decide..

My family members stayed for two night, we had 3 rooms rented for The staff were very friendly, especially Douglas stood out the most among all amazing staffs. He provided amazing service at the b’fast bar and made sure hisCourteous youngest guest(9 months old) was taken care of.
