I checked into the room for a weekend visit family. I stayed from Friday - Monday. When I returned from visiting family on Sunday, I discovered my room card didn’t work so I went to the front desk where they renewed the key. When I got to my room of my belongings were gone. I asked a maintenance man in the hallway hat happened. He said he didn’t know. I go down to the front desk and they said they needed that floor for a large group. They didn’t try to contact me of the change. or offer any other reasons. At one point they said they called me and I showed them my phone had no calls from them. I’m very disappointed in their treatment.

Billing error. Two calls to CSR, six transfers and 54 minutes ON HOLD ("assistance is just a moment away"). Failure to honor group rate as noted on res confirmation, and utter failure to provide customer service after departure.

The staff is so kind and helpful. Kyan helped me with essentials when the airline lost my luggage. The whole team made sure I had a great experience. At the hotel restaurant I had amazing service from Ben and the rest of the bar team. I appreciate all their efforts to solve my travel issues.

I visited Westin Arlington late 2019 and was impressed by it's location, cleanliness and comfort. Roll on 3 years and the experience was the same. It's an easy walk from Ballston Metro which finally now goes direct to/from Dulles airport. There's a very convenient Target across the street if anything is needed. They have a basic groceries section should anything be needed. There's also a nice, quiet Starbucks behind the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel can't be held accountable for noisy people walking along the corridor which disrupted sleep a couple of times. I'd definitely consider going back when in the DC area.

I thought this was a very clean lovely hotel in the heard of Arlington. Tons of restaurants to walk to. The room was clean - I brought my dog and that was fine too. The staff was very friendly. I will stay here again.

Had an amazing time here! Great location, close to airport, public transportation, and lots of great restaurants walking distance. Starbucks in the lobby, which was *chef kiss*. Staff was fantasticcccc, everyone was so pleasant. Spoke with Rawan who made bringing in our fur baby so easy and accommodating, even giving us recommendations on where to go eat and have drinks. Would 10/10 stay again! :)

Best hotel while visiting family for the holidays. My family didn’t have space this year so I had to stay here. I wasn’t feeling good and called the front desk to have coffee delivered from Starbucks. Not only they don’t do delivery from Starbucks but they made and exception from and also send me a medicine ball tea for me. Super thoughtful and can’t wait to visit for the New Years

I had so much trouble at the airport during my trip to Arlington it was so nice to check into The Westin and finally relax. The staff was so helpful, Rawan helped me get everything I needed when my bags were late and everyone made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!

I travel by myself often and like to review many places to stay whether it's a luxury hotel, a hostel, local inn, or a short term rental like air bnb. When I stayed here a couple years ago for my first trip to DC, I had such a memorable trip that I had to stay again years later. This time around, it was just as great if not better. The location was great and easily accessible, close to nearby eateries, the rooms and hotel itself were clean and comfy. The staff was also a bonus which makes a difference. They all had friendly smiles and were knowledgeable about the area. I think their names were Rawan and Jon that had both helped and made my stay more enjoyable and had great recommendation. I will be booking again and bringing a friend next time!

Excellent customer service! Had a short stop in Arlington and everyone at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was smooth and room was very clean! I definitely recommend and I will return whenever I travel to DC area!
