This hotel was pretty good. The lobby and my room had been recently renovated, so that was nice. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner - sulfate free! And they use refillable pumps for the shampoo/lotion/etc, which is a big plus for the environment. The bed was clean and comfortable. The heat worked well and was fairly quiet. The room had quite a few stray hairs when I checked in in the shower and a bunch stuck to one of the towels (I think it just hadn't gotten washed very well) but that was the only big downside. I didn't eat the breakfast there because it wasn't free and the continental breakfast was like $15. I went to Starbucks instead. The rooms have a fridge and microwave and there is a CVS nearby that sells snacks so you can stock up on room snacks too.

We loved our stay my son and I very friendly staff sorry I don't remember the names but a very kind woman in the breakfast area she was Ukrainian..She was very kind and gave a great advice with curative PCR testing site that u book online and the best part about it it was 4-5 min walk away from hotel! Plus Fred of charge which this was a huge weight off of me.Also I very kind man in the Breakfast area He gave us advice for DC.He had a Turkish back ground he and the lady I mentioned ( I wish I knew their names) we super friendly and helpful ! Everyone I met at the front desk was very kind and welcoming! Neil Celis the manager was exceptional! Always kind and very helpful..We had a lovely experience the parking was so convenient and we loved Arlington so many restaurants and very near to DC...metro was super close too.... Breakfast was very good, our room was nice and quite and very comfortable ( I loved the chair & ottoman)We loved the fact that we were so close to DC! All in all a great experience I would recommend staying here... Thanks to all the staff..Thank u Neil for everything u did and your kindness..We hope to return..xx…

Clean and tidy. Really great front-desk personnel. The location is very convenient. Easy to walk to Clarenden, catch an uber to DC, etc. Be aware that overnight parking is significantly higher in the building than surrounding lots.

We've stayed in this HGI a number of times as our son lives in the area. The rooms are very nice and we have always found the accommodations satisfactory. More than anything, we've always thought the staff was exceptional. This visit was a huge disappointment. While the rooms and general accommodations were, as always, satisfactory, the front desk person was awful. This is shocking as we are gold members and also Hilton Vacation Club members and have always found the Hilton staff members to be wonderful. Never said hello, welcome, or good-bye. Never even lifted her head. Disgraceful. Shame on the Hilton organization. You are charging a relatively healthy rate for your rooms. You really should be able to do better.

My son and new daughter-in-law were married New Year's Eve and decided months ago that the Hilton Garden Inn Arlington Courthouse Plaza would be the choice for out of town guests. In addition to giving us a great wedding right even though it was New Year's weekend, the staff was just wonderful especially all the front desk workers. They gave us the storage we needed for the welcome bags for all the guests and were responsive to everyone's needs. The newly renovated rooms look and function great and as a plus the hotel is within walking distance to the Marine Corps Memorial and Arlington Cemetery. I have stayed at this property numerous times and highly recommend !!

My family and I came down from Pittsburgh for an emotional visit after the passing of a loved one. Upon arrival we were greeted by a warm friendly hello and smile from the young lady behind the front desk. She engaged with my children and had me checked in and ready for my room before I even sat my bag down. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and sincerely interested in our comfort and needs. Definitely a pleasant experience for a very difficult emotional trip. Highly recommend.

Back in town with the misses who was experiencing the DMV for the first time, Check-in on NYE 2022, easy. Info for anything, handled with great customer service. Ragtime restaurant next door was honestly really good. Breakfast was way above average. Everything about the experience here was top-notch for my first time back in town along with my ladies first time in the DMV. S/o to all the staff and team. Our visit and stay was excellent. AND the metro is a quick block away so you can enjoy all that DC, MD, and VA have to offer. I appreciate everyone on the staff and team at The Hilton Garden Inn Arlignton, Couthouse!!!! Definitely made out New Year's 2022 amazing & fun!

Clean environment, courteous and friendly personnel, clean big rooms. Check-in and check-out was very easy. WiFi all over. Very close to train station and assorted restaurants. Close to DC (museums and attractions) via Uber. Highly recommended it.
