Business brought me to Washington D.C. this past week. For the 5 day stay, this Residence Inn was home away from home. Check in was a breeze. My suite was spacious, and easy to settle into. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will return to stay again!
Welcomed by Brittney upon check in. Couldn’t have been more friendly and professional, sent on my way at check out by Darian. She too was spot on with everything and so friendly. In between I slept well in a comfortable room, worked out in one of the best gyms this side of the Atlantic Ocean and enjoyed my short stay in a big way. I’ll be back soon.
I’d like to thank Dylan who so pleasant, Tom who listened to me vent about my personal frustrations, Adam and Darian who were so accommodating. I love this hotel and always have an amazing stay here even though Covid19! Not to mention, the lobby is beautiful with a 24/7 fireplace.
The hotel was not our ultimate destination—just a stop on a road trip. But it was very clean, check-in was efficient and having two king beds in a standard room worked really well for my family (no had to sleep on a pull-out sofa)! We found parking on the street outside. The front desk was very friendly. Perfect, quick stay.
There are a lot of great performing Marriott, delivering incredible service but this property was selected to its past performance of 4.7 out of 5, but a call to the front desk for just a few questions before making my reservation was part of the slam dunk, the greeting, the listen and it told me everything, so i made a reservation. Upon arriving, the greeting excellence continued, that good a lot of place show it more time versus not at front end, well it continued, the room was awesome, i am like a polar bear, i love cold rooms for sleeping so i slept incredibly well,,,mattress was awesome, cleanliness exceed expectation cause i do look at vents, corners ceiling and under the mattress but facility can be a huge winner which this property has but the real winning is in the culture, how the team from Derick, Dylan, Madeline, Tom and the super star 2/3rd shift lady...wow wow wow wow, it felt like it was better vs St Regis and Ritz ....awesome,wow and exceed....…
