A big NO to this hotel. Definitely not worth even a cent. No housekeeping and maintenance. Front desk will call you at the middle of the night to remind or collect incurred charges (meals, etc.). Not well ventilated hallways. Rooms have no windows. We paid for another person to join in our room at 500 and they only gave us a very thin blanket. Staff not friendly and considerate except for the two front desk ladies I forgot their names. All in all -0.

This hotel should not be named nice hotel.. staff are annoying. They will call you in the middle of your sleep to collect fees and ask about food for breakfast that you have ordered previously. They will call you continously 1 hour before checkout time to remind you of your checkout time kahit naglalakad kana sa hallway tumatawag pa sila.
Blankets are thin, towels are old, not working water heater in our room.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it's near SM North EDSA - the main reason why we checked-in for us to be easily picked-up by our service vehicle at 1AM for a travel to Northern Luzon.
The lobby is warm because the air-conditioning is not sufficient.
Ventilation: The family room that we stayed in has no windows. It should be fine if the two air-conditioning units are properly working but they are not! The one is not working while the other one is set to automatically adjust but the lowest temperature it can give is 26 degrees. That's warm.
Noise: Since it is located along EDSA, expect the traffic noise all the time. Plus the noise of guests from the adjacent room can be heard.
Bed and Bath: Towels which are supposedly white have become gray due to oldness. Bathroom has a shower, low-pressure water from the faucet at the sink, and the shower drain is clogged so the water doesn't drain fast.
Amenities: A single socket for the TV only. We requested for an extension cord so we can charge our cellphones but they charge additional P50 for that. No water is provided so we bought from the convenience store. We tried borrowing some glass for drinking and they sold us ice cubes for P10.
We had a chance to wait at the lobby and as expected this hotel mostly caters short-timers.

It is more of a short time kind of hotel but the staff are nice and the price is okay...good if you are looking just a place to sleep for few days. You can also include breakfast and food is okay. Also I like the location since you can just walk to the SM North Edda mall annex.

They charged us for their incompetence!!
We had a visitor who stayed with us for only 2hrs and exited with us upon check out to pick us up. Now, their ruse front desk officer is very stupid enough that she did not tell us that viaitors are only allowed to stay for 15mins. Like what kind of policy is that?!
Upon check out they’re charging us worth 365 php! The nerve to charge us for their mistake!!
I talked to the manager and he keep on insisting that we need to pay even of it’s their mistake despite of their incompetence and neglect. He even asked us that if we don’t pay he will call the authorities! What a nerve!
To avoid the hassle, we just paid. This hotel is very unprofessional and not nice at all! The worst!
This is my first time to their hotel and will never ever visit this worst hotel ever!

its our monthsary of my bf on that day when we do check in to this '' Nice Hotel''.which very wrongly named by that coz it is not really nice..its sucks actually..after of 2 hours we check out then suddenly the staff(a guy) told us to stay for awhile to make a check from the room after we use,,so for us, its ok..meanwhile this idiot guy told us that their ashrey was not there then we told them that actually when we use that room no ashrey,,even remote for the AC wasnt provided...but still they insist,,so they decide to check our bags,,so its ok for us coz we know that we didnt steal anything,,but the staff attitude was very sucks,,they dont know how to approach the guest,,they dont have the nice manners,,in the first place we didnt complain how hot the room,,how dusty inside,,even the blanket and the towel so dirty,...ive been check in so many times from other hotels but this kind of hotel are worst,,,even 1 star we cannot rate...very poor in serving the guest..
