This is actually our 2nd time staying at Privato Hotel QC. The concierge, staff, guards, and other personnel were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful especially during our wedding day. They were also kind enough to extend their services when mostly needed.

the front desk is very accommodating. the room I stayed is very clean and smells good! pool area is clean and kids friendly as it was not too deep! Kuya Lourize is also very nice and asked how was my stay while having my morning coffee. politely told me that I am not allowed to smoke within the premises and advised me where the designated smoking area. will surely recommend to family and friends! will defenitely go back!☺️

The rooms are clean. The blanket is so cozy and the air-conditioning unit in my room was working just fine. their pastries are good. The staff are very accommodating with our requests. Also, sir Lourize was very prompt when I needed immediate assistance. All the other hotel staff that helped us in the function rooms were very helpful.

Privato is one of my favorite hotels in the QC area. It's very clean and well-maintained. And the staff is very helpful and will help comes immediately when called upon. Shout out to Lourize from housekeeping for doing a great job with the room!

Everything is great. It's very comfortable to stay. The staffs are very accomodating. The pool is good for the kids. The rooms are clean and comfy. The view is nice from the windows. The cr is clean too. Free slippers and wifi per room. The bed and pillow is soft. Overall no regrets in staying in this hotel.

Overall, the hotel is great. It is worth the price. Rooms are spacious enough and has complete basic amenities. They also provide drinking water to all floors, free of charge. The only thing I was disappointed about was the curfew of the penthouse.

Privato Hotel is one of the nicest place to stay here in Quezon City. In our case, we had so much fun, we felt very comfortable and secured while having our seminar. Rooms are very clean and all the facilities are functional. We highly recommend this hotel. Also, the staffs and managers are approachable, respectful, prompt in all our requests and attentive. Kudos po sa inyong lahat! Suggestion: Please do improve po the sound system in the function room. Much better po sana if may equalizer.
