Privato Hotel located in Quezon city ,Sct. Castor Street Barangay Laging Handa,Manila..To start with reception Ayie and Anna they are both accommodating with a very friendly approach thanks for all help during our stay, And big thumps up to the housekeeping team especially to Almer very friendly and efficient and willing to help, to Vincent & Llyod .. thanks everyone ☺️
Room is spacious, clean and tidy, and most important is comfy beds,
Breakfast will be delivered to the room ( in a takeaway boxes ) it’s odd that they packed it that way because it feels like Im being served in a quarantine hotel 😄
Location wise if you’re in a business trip and all you’re appointments nearby Quezon city this is a must stay hotel- pretty good locations , easy to find a cab, and plenty of restaurants to dine in , cafes, and mini stores..and nearby attractions to visit ~ Surrounded with trees and bushes, this Eco park is a sanctuary when you want to feel nature amidst the noise of the city. Things to do here: swimming, hiking, biking, horseback-riding, bird watching or simply be with nature. You can bring food and cook barbecue on designated picnic areas. And Quezon city memorial Circle park - The park is ideal for exercise enthusiast, friends, families, and even pets. There are lots of affordable food establishments especially during weekends as there are tiangge stalls and more food kiosk.
Over all experienced was pretty good 😊

The room is very spacious as well as the shower. Quality materials we're used to- furnish the interior of the room. The lobby is also spacious and comfortable. You can also expect the water dispensers always available for the people staying.
Thank you to Lourize who also helped us a lot. We met the OM and she was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we look forward to staying again.

The best hotel staff I have ever encountered. Everyone greets you whenever you see them and always helpful when asked for something. Rooms are clean and cozy. Drinking water is unlimitedly free, you can refill the decanter provided in the rooms from the dispensers near the elevators. Will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Immaculate rooms is the only four-star aspect of this hotel. We were visiting the Philippines from USA for family visits and vacation and found this hotel lacking many amenities. Most inconvenient for us was the requirement of payment by cash only, especially once we came to the understanding that it was actually a prepayment for room service and not a deposit on account. Service by staff is annoyingly determined by hierarchy of the staff. From a guest perspective, no one provided exceptional service for fear of overstapping their job title/responsibilities. Every question was met with, 'let me check with my supervisor.' When an answer was finally provided, it started with, 'I'm sorry but we don't...'. Frustrating. The breakfast buffet is adequate but far from outstanding, especially given the consistently cool coffee. Room service was surprisingly good, delivering our food relatively quickly and arriving at a good temperature, correct presentation, and having good flavor. Dining in the lobby restaurant, however, was another disaster. Service was very slow (one meal took 45 minutes just to get our waters and menus) and many items were not available every day of our five-day stay. Wi-fi in the rooms was intermittent at best so working while in the room was impractical. All that being said, the room was kept very clean and linens were replaced appropriately. Air conditioning and plumbing worked well, too.

The space of the room we availed is just right. It is also squeaky clean complete with room inclusions. The ambiance of the room is very relaxing, with heavy curtains covering its big windows to ensure that guests can feel safe. Ian Garcia, our designated housekeeping personnel was also very helpful and accommodating during our stay! Good job, Privato!

This is a simple hotel but still decent, and clean and offers good value for money. The thing I like most is the fact that they have water stations which avoids the use of single use plastic bottles. The place is close to a lot of restaurants so it's not a big deal that they don't serve any meals besides breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel and the service itself was great! I can attest as to how hands-on the staff were since my friend and I were first given a room which had a faulty double lock and the staff made sure to check it immediately, but we were ultimately given a new room because the lock would take a lot of time to be fixed. Nevertheless, it just shows how prepared the hotel is for instances as such.
We weren’t able to visit the pool or restaurant because of the current health situation but the stay was pleasant overall.

I booked this stay in agoda for my sister’s birthday prep . Apparently i looked for the most affordable hotel and events place in the metro and found this hotel ,just a few step away in our venue.
Upon arriving at tue hotel , the desk staff Ana (im not sure) explained the rules and i was shocked that our photographers and make up artists are not allowed 😱 she asked me to book another room plus photoshoot fee . But my budget is on the lune so i tried to ask a lil consideration nicely . Luckily ! She is nice and reconsidered! What a relief . Life saviour!
The room is very spacious with good city view , they have nice penthouse with overlooking infinity pool . And the lobby is empty perfect if you will have photoshoot !
All the staff are very helpful! While we were shooting in lobby my sister asked the Desk staff Hazel if there are any other good spots to take and she is really nice and very accomodating ! She opened the whole lobby just for us and even recommended a shot near the elevator haha ! Usually the desk officers will just say that’s it or not help you at all but here they are all impeccable ! Thanks a lot!
For just less than 10k for 2 nights in deluxe room with slaying photoshoot and private place ? Choose privato . Bonus is their staff ! 5star in a budget ,really worth it.
Recommended with my friends and families!

I had to undergo an unexpected quarantine. I chose Privato, even though it was to be my first time there, for its location, near to where my final destination was. I wasn't in a good mood from the airport due to this unforeseen delay. At the reception at Privato, I experienced a solicitous welcome, which lightened my mood. Staff went the extra mile in giving me helpful contacts in case I needed further help from the quarantine authorities. Though food couldn't be brought from outside, staff made an exception for me just for dinner that evening; I appreciated that. The room was modern, cozy, clean; the amenities were complete for my needs. The next days' meals were of good quality and on time. At checkout, staff was gracious, and even offered vouchers for an unused portion of my paid stay; but in my eagerness to go home, I let it go. I should have taken them and enjoyed Privato as a non-quarantine guest next time. Hopefully by then, the hotel restaurant and its other facilities would be in full operation. Thanks again for turning an unwanted experience into a pleasurable one.

I’ve stayed in several hotels here and abroad and Privato Hotel Quezon City is still one of my go-to hotels. It’s one of the best affordable hotels in the metro not just because of the comfort and convenience it offers but also because of its friendly and hard-working staff, one of which is Ms. Hazelle Elago. She was there all the time, very attentive and never failed to address my concerns in quick fashion. Will definitely come back to this hotel again.
