We’ve been on a staycation for 3 consecutive New Year’s Eve Celebration at Hive. They have nice rooms (and glass windows.. perfect lighting for pictures during daytime and nice city view at night) The staff were really friendly and accommodating, from the concierge, guest relation staff and housekeeping they always make sure we’re enjoying our stay.👌🏼

This is my second time attending a party at this hotel and it never disappointment. The Hotel itself has this cozy, homey feel from the lobby to the corridor and to the rooms. The main ballroom at the top floor was very modern in design and big enough to accommodate a large scale party. During the party, you can see how dedicated the staff are. The waiters are very attentive and the food was equally good. They even allowed us to extend our party for 30 mins. Really looking forward to a stay-cation this year!

I've had a great time staying at this Hotel during the quarantine period. From the very professional team to the finer details needed and personal touches. The team here are the best of the best and I especially want to thank Jason and Mr. Matthew Kho for looking after me & always greeting me and making me feel like I am the only one at the hotel. It is lucky to have an amazing team of staff who want guests to feel welcome and enjoy their stay. It was a pleasure to stay I hope to stay again, thank you.

The service is exceptional. Matthew Ko and the team there were very accommodating.
I would highly recommend staying here for our fellow balikbayans who are looking for a place to stay for their mandatory quarantine.

Very good venue for small group workshops (less than 50) but they do have an option to make the function room bigger. They have cozy and clean rooms. The elevators are fast but quite small. The location is highly accesible to public transportation. However, there are some establishments around that might be inappropriate for some.

What is excellent here is the customer service. They greet you upon entry, whenever they see you, ask you if you need anything, clean rest room, accommodate special requests. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

1. The function hall on the 8th floor was suitable for accommodating up to 60 people provided to us on the first and last batch of our training. However, the function provided on the 2nd to 5th batch was insufficient for larger group activities.
2. The room is generally satisfactory, but there is room for improvement, especially with regards to the air conditioning which didn't provide sufficient cooling.
3. I want to commend the excellent service provided by Sir Ian, Sir Chan, Sir Marce, and Sir Leo from the F&B team during our training. Their proactive and accommodating approach was truly remarkable.
4. The front desk staff and the personnel responsible for providing complimentary amenities in each room were exceptionally kind and helpful in fulfilling our requests.
5. The quality of the food was good and met our expectations.

Great location, very accessible. Nice rooms, comfy bed, average sized bathrooms. Missed on a few details: 1. Hand soap refill request went unfulfilled for 2 days. But seriously, housekeeping should have filled it when they prepared the room 2. Breakfast orders kept getting messed up. First day they put it out too early so when I complained it was cold they microwaved everything including the watermelon. Then my son kept asking for hot tea but kept getting coffee instead. On our last day the night duty did not convey our orders properly. But the breakfasts were delicious. 3. Bedside light switch plate was detached so was unable to use the bedside light 4. Elevator down touch glass in the 5th floor was so inoperative- it took an average of 35 presses to get it to engage so we can go down. Buttons are better. 5. Do not go to folk bar on Tuesday night. Singers were horrible.

As an events place (debut) - I had an image of what I wanted my debut to be and they were very eager to fulfill my plans, they found ways to make then happen - communicated the limitations of the company well - provided good suppliers and coordinators - generous to waive fees, give discounts, and upgrade the venue and cake - food was generally good but some of my guests said that the mango sago (a requested item; not in the original menu) was too sweet - parking is good enough for the amount of guests I had (80-90 guests)
As a hotel (party suite) - staff are very accommodating - beds were nice - there's enough space for 7-8 people - not that much places to hang clothes, towels, etc. - lacked sanitary kits - the food was good at breakfast

Maybe you can arrange that with the Hotel Front Desk Personnel-in-Charge... I think hotels can extend their check-out time for only an hour, otherwise you will be charged with half the price of the room...
