The highlight of the stay is the location. There is exclusive access going to the mall (Robinson's Magnolia). For the price of the room there are not enough amenities - such as room slippers and bath mat. The prices are similar to that of Megaworld's Savoy and Belmont but amenities are not at par. We had to request for a bath mat. They also wouldn't provide a bathrobe because it is only for "suite" guests. I find this unacceptable especially if guests ask this upon request. Maybe add a charge for it if they really can't provide it for non-suite guests. The breakfast selection was okay considering the rate but the location - the basement access to parking - is quite shady. Some other issues encountered: Aircon was leaking, the bathroom was smelly, and there was also a weird smell in the ground floor lobby - could it be the disinfectant? There was still hair on the bathroom floor and sink.

Always one of my fave hotels, since it is not only connected to the plush Robinsons mall , it has its own access entrance. It has been several years since the pandemic outbreak when we last stayed at this hotel. But it seems the facilities were much dated. Staying at their Fabulous Suite , had a hard time using their cable Sky Tv. Lack channel options. They have 2 AC units , but only one emits cool air while the one in the main bedroom seems to need a technician follow up. Wifi seems fast but erratic . Appreciation goes to the eco friendly efforts , particularly with shampoo/ body wash and water dispensers. Breakfast is buffet— in a basement. Limited food choices, but hey , it is still a buffet, and cuisine tastes great. . Mixed reactions here however considering the venue. Staff is ok , that is one they are consistent on , which is polite and non intrusive service.

I was staying here around Holy Week due to its proximity to the church I was attending. It was fairly easy to book and pay online, so everything was ready when I arrived. I was also able to get a room change on the day nearby relatives who were also staying in the hotel. The main entrance is located beside the mall, although there is an entrance that leads directly into the mall. There is parking, but you need to see reception on the day to get it. It is in the same parking area as the mall. The rooms were quite comfortable and fairly spacious. The rooms didn't have bottled water, but there was a water dispenser by the elevator. There were toiletries in the bathrooms. It is connected to Robinsons Magnolia Mall so it was easy to get around, and there were quite a few places to eat around the area. Aurora Boulevard is also quite a big road, so you are able to get to other places (like SM Santa Mesa) along it too. I was only there for three nights and thought it was quite a nice and convenient place to stay.

The frontline officers are very kind. The hotel staff are very much approachable and the facility and amenities are good. Meanwhile, location is good as it is attached in a shopping Mall. Commuter will surely have an advantage in the location of the hotel

Stayed here for the night. Here are my thoughts: THINGS I LIKED: 1. We got the Deluxe King and the room was spacious. 2. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. 3. Bathroom was clean. 4. Couch was comfortable and the living area was a good place to eat. 5. Aircon was cool though it needed some time until it really cools the entire room. 6. Room has a mini refrigerator where you can put your drinks. 7. There is a water cooler near our room so we can refill cold water all the time. 8. Has an exclusive entrance going to Robinsons Magnolia Mall. 9. Free parking but you share it with the mall goers. THINGS I LEAST LIKED: 1. No room service. 2. Front Desk is only available until 10pm. If there will be an emergency or anything you need assistance, I don't know where you can direct it to. Though there is a guard on duty. 3. Breakfast is served to your room in a bento box style. Really tacky for a hotel service. 4. They didn't ask you what time you want your breakfast to be delivered. They rang our doorbell at 6AM and we're still asleep. 5. For the price of almost 4k a night, our breakfast was hotdog, rice, egg, and an apple. No brewed coffee. If you want one, either order from grab or make your own coffee using their complimentary instant coffee. Not what I expected. 6. No bedroom slippers. We need to buy from the mall. 7. Internet gets disconnected multiple times. 8. Furniture needs maintenance. A lot of chipped paint on drawers, cabinets, and tables. I also notice rust on some parts inside the bathroom. Overall, I don't think I can recommend this place unless they lower their rate. Summit Hotel Greenhills is way much better. Room rate comes with breakfast buffet and it's cheaper than Magnolia.

The hotel is excellent location. Grocery and lots of food choices. But it is an aging hotel. It needs a massive reno. There is an awful sewer smell. We could not take it! We checked out early. Staff is apologetic and nice however. The sewer smell is a health hazard.

The Good 1. Staff - Thanks Ms. Erika for the pleasant check in experience and for the quick assistance on our bathroom issue, and Ms. Meek for the swift check out. 2. Room is HUGE - Got plenty of space to sleep, eat, work, exercise, relax, etc. 3. Great sleep - We loved the massive and comfortable mattress. 4. It's situated on top of one of the best malls in Quezon City. Accessibility and convenience is definitely not an issue. The Bad 1. Room smells bad, foul odor is coming from bathroom - Definitely not a great welcoming touch. Managed to report this right away. Air freshener was able to somehow mask the smell but sadly, it's not the best solution to a favorable outcome. 2. Corridors are in dire need of deep cleaning. There were paper bits and other kinds of dirt on the carpets. Neither Good Nor Bad 1. PARKING. - complimentary parking is offered to hotel guests. - hotel guests share parking area with mall goers, so there will not be a shortage of parking spaces. - there is no direct access / lift from parking to hotel lobby and vice versa, so this might be a slight inconvenience. 2. No food and beverage outlets in the hotel - but do you really need one? I mean, hotel is located on top of a mall. There are plenty of food establishments in Robinsons Magnolia. The Verdict The hotel needs to improve on its cleanliness issues to attract more quarantine and leisure guests. It would be a waste if they are not able to capitalize on their strengths (staff, room size, location, rates, etc), just because CLEANLINESS is pulling them back.

The room is quite big but i was not satisfied with the cleanliness especially the restroom. As a quarantine hotel, you know that yout clients are coming from abroad and we are limited with our 100ml alcohol/sanitation liquid. Amenities of the room should contain: alcohol, dishwashing soap or liquid, slippers is a must. I was glad that i have a friend in manila who sent me those items i mentioned. I was able to clean (again) the restroom, and wash all things brought to my room. Now, I have enough alcohol for the entire stay and i have a slipper so I don’t feel icky with the floor. Electric kettle is another essential. It didn’t came with the room but the staff willingly gave me one when i asked for it. In these 5 quarantine days, you expect the guest to keep her/his space clean. So I hope you will provide those i mentioned above. The good side of it, i was able to order my foodpanda and efficiently brought to my room to compensate those bad meals. On the good side, the front desk personnels were very accommodating during my entire stay.

First of all please do not be deceived with the ad pictures. This hotel is purely a quarantine hotel Right now and if anyone of you have high expectations for probably a stellar experience - you should forget daydreaming. The hotel is in the middle of Quezon City which is perfect for my choice of accessibility since I am A QC resident. But the hotel really suffered from Quarantine . The food is “carinderia style”- recycled food from one kind to another ( that is how I look at it) and housekeeping sucks. I mean I understand people cannot change bed linens, towels, clean / refresh room and toilets - but please make sure the toilets a t least smell clean and look clean. The musty smell in my bathroom stinks and gets to my guts, 2 baby roaches seem to have an orchestra in the bathroom, the towels seem to be from a thousand years old that looks like it has darkened and changed its colors from white to light beige? I did not bother closing the bathroom lights because if you do you have to wait awhile to have it on. It first flickers like you are in a haunted house and the bulbs are not bright at all. The room which is a twin bedroom only has sheets in one and does not have one in the other - I mean cmon I should at least have a choice to sleep on alternately in 5 days since I eat and sleep in just one bed! Mind you being in quarantine sucks but all the more when the place you choose based on the pictures of the hotel you choose does not reflect the reality of what you actually see. I just believe the price you pay should Not compromise the experience because the hotel still would ask you to review them anyway so why not make everyone happy by being consistently acceptable in all areas. The front desk is what it is. Nothing over the top . Helpful but that is just it. Just be warned pictures of hotels you see in ads (particularly this one) lie sometimes.

Stayed for a five-day quarantine. Friendly and accommodating staff, but computer acted up so did not get the reservation on time - was held up at transit because dates of stay cannot be verified until reservation was finally received. Front desk is open up to 9 PM only. Food was acceptable, but can be cold at times. Found a few small roaches.
