One of the unpleasant service i would say. We had to wait for about 4 hours to check in. It seems they don't follow up their tenants if it's already time to check out. They need to step up. I'm sorry but I'm not pleased at all plus it seems their staff doesn't care at all!!

I'd like to be very objective for this hotel. The location is excellent as it is walking distance to some key bus stations to the northern part of the Philippines. It is located in a typical urban Filipino neighborhood. One might be able to see men drinking by the road side at night and children playing in the streets during the afternoon. But there is nothing to worry about because that is just normal and it is safe. They have a restaurant in the first floor that serves reasonably priced foods. However I don't like it that the published price in booking.com is 3591.00 but zen rooms charged me 4380.00 to be paid in the property. Another thing to note is that. Don't be fooled by the pictures. THERE IS NO MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM. It's just a bed, a table, some chairs, slippers, toiletries, and decent sized bathroom. For its location and quality the price is reasonable. However, you don't get what you see online. So don't expect too much. Some redeeming factors are their WiFi which is really strong and their staff who were kind enough.

Checked in without any docs needed. Stayed for 2 days. Staff are not attentive and seems to be careless. They talk loud in the hallway.. They did not clean the room. Bathroom is dirty And small. Room is small too. Aircon is noisy. And location is not so good. There are people drinking on the stores around. It might not be safe.

Best NEW YEAR celebration ever! --NOT! :P Location was near GMA but we decided to take Grab going there. It can easily be found if you use that option. Staff were not welcoming, maybe they thought we were one of the tenants. No one bothered to say good afternoon or welcome or whatever greeting they want. They kept on talking to each other while the other one was cleaning. Receptionist asked do you have a booking/reservation with us? I said yes, and just showed her a screenshot of my booking confirmation. No IDs required. lol Then she handed me the key card and the little paper with the lobby's phone number and the wifi password. The wifi connection was fast. We stayed on the 4th floor (4I). No elevators. However, for a quadruple room, we were given one with a double deck option, it wasn't what I was expecting. I was hoping for at least 2 double beds. Lights were gloomy. Air conditioning was fine as it should be. I thought my reservation didn't have any microwave option but it did so I was wondering if the room given was correct. There were also a sink and some plates and glass included. Luckily, we also brought our own utensils. Their restaurant wasn't open as well as it was a holiday and they didn't have a cook. Overall, I'd say it was one of the poorest rooms I've ever been in. Felt sorry for myself and my cousins as I should have chosen somewhere else in Timog. If I were you, save yourselves. Look for another budget room, don't get this one. Or at least look for another ZEN room in a different location. Lesson learned folks.

The allowed me to check in early. Thank you for front desk ( chubby girls ) . Very fast check in no deposit and no passport copy or registration form. The room ok but the cleanliness very bad. Many mosquito inside the room.Afternoon staff ( look like Filipino Chinese) not friendly and helpful. She busy doing her paperwork when I’m asking the question about the location.very bad customer service. The location located in residential area near to GMA network and you must walk 10 to 15 minute to LRT station. The nearest mall is SM north edsa. I’m not recommend !
