Our experience here in this hotel is a nightmare.Me and my family was quarrantined at microtel up technohub in quezon city.we checked in on october 20 and checked out on october 28 and was very surprised of the huge bill PHP12,800 for 6 bedsheets,4 pillow cases and alcove cover of the reason that my daughter drew something in the sheet and have stained to some chocolates biscuits and alcove cover has a blade cutted which is already there when we checked in and it's just happend that we weren't aware that we will pay whatever the damage we may cause inside the room so we haven't took a picture on it.the pillow cases just had a very small line of ballpen but they let us pay each on it into brand new prices especially the alcove cover(leatherette cover)..for me the 2 bedsheets is ok to pay it but the rest not fair especially the alcove cover that we really didn't do it..😢😢😢and how we may cut it? In the airport we cant go board if we have sharp things in the bag the screening police wont allow it in the first place..they even said that they don't serve broken and dirty things but there are some defects in the room like the lavatory and the floor drainage are not draining right away it takes time before it will drain..the hot shower in my room is not working..we just didn't complain from the time when we checked in because we are under repatriation so our accomodation is free from the government so that's the reason we didn't complain because we are shy enough for complaints if ever..i just complain for the over pricing i was trying best to ask them calmly for the payment to give us a fair price if possible since we were jobless for almost 6months in vietnam that's why we applied for the repatriation but still didn't cosiderate my mercy begging asking..they have no heart..so guys i am sharing this to all of you to be aware wherever you are going to check in please be alert to some defects in your room then take an action maybe they will be surprisely charging you on check out time..FYI guys i know the rules but it wasn't fair because there's no information ahead and the price over pricing for the hotel quality..just beware guys..hope this could help

We are sad to know that we did not meet your expectations in your room condition. We refer to the hot shower and water drain of the room you occupied. Our maintenance team has checked and implemented required preventive maintenance. We are committed to provide the best service to our guests and has always taken pride to ensure guest satisfaction and quality delivery. As for the damaged linens and window seat, we regret that the hotel has to apply the appropriate charges accordingly. We understand your concern and of every person who had experienced hardship brought by the Covid-19 pandemic. We too are not spared of these hardships. The hotel continues to operate to provide employment despite financial loss for the past 2 years. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel is refunding 50% of the payment made through the mobile wallet application. We had this processed and received an acknowledgement that the amount had been reversed. Kindly check your account to verify. Thank you for your kind understanding. The thought of being quaranteed in a hotel for 10 days would be terrifying for many. Not for me. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the warmth of the employees from the doorman/bell service, front desk, housekeeping and F&B (Millie's) - everyone and I'd say everyone just made me feel at home and provided me with every comfort possible. They were friendly, accommodating, and sensitive to my needs. I could feel how motivated they were and resulted to passion for their work. As a result, I was happy and enjoyed the short 10 days. Again, Service was excellent, the room and bathroom was clean and had the amenities you would need, no crawling insects, excellent view from my room, efficient front desk who made me feel very important, F&B (Millie's) who delivered to the minute I requested for my meal and the rice bowls were affordable and delicious, Housekeeping who made sure I was provided everyhting I needed to give me comfort.
