Poor customer service. They dont respond to mail after numerous follow up. When you call, and provide your feedback on how unsatisfactory their support is because they stop responding after getting the payment (that made me question if this is legit, and If I just got scammed), they sound arrogant and ask you to cancel. Not sure if this just an isolated case, but this is really the worst customer service i have experienced.
The Wi-Fi was slow, my fridge was broken, and it was difficult to find transportation. Taxis and cars in grab did not want to come to the property and the staff was I’ll equipped to help with transportation. I moved to a much cheaper hotel in Quezon City after a few days, and it was far better!
Especially the staff working in the Millie restaurant. Quiet location. A bit difficult to get Grab cars on weekdays, but manageable. Suitable for medium-long term stay for business travelers. Recommend.
Microtel is perfect if you want to save on travel time to work. Checkin is until 10pm and staff will accommodate your instructions. I specially requested my breakfast to be prepared earlier than their breakfast service and they accommodated my request. Much thanks to the staff. Will stay here again.
The writeshop that i attended at Microtel by Wyndham UP Technohub, Quezon City was one for the books. The sessions were augmented with an accessible venue that is conducive for learning, with adequate air conditioning system, tables that adhere to social distancing and clean restrooms. The hotel staff were attentive to the needs of the participants and provided service that was beyond compare. In particular, Vhon, Jude and Clyde were always ready to assist us attendees with our coffee, snacks, lunch and dinner needs. They even facilitated so that food packs for the participants who skipped early dinner. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and relatives.
I has a good time staying at Microtel because of their good customer service. They really assure that you are always comfortable. Shout out kay Kuya Clyde, thank you sa pag serve samin! Will surely choose Microtel again next time
Had a good work event and stay at Microtel UP Technohub, thank you the extremely attentive, polite, and caring waiters and waitresses during our event. Vhon, Mac, Jude, MJ, Clyde, Genny and the others on our June9-10 event at the Diliman Hall made sure all our needs were taken care of. They would greet us everytime we walked by. They did their best to grant our requests on 2 very long days and did not show any signs of tiredness even if they were assisting us nonstop. Rooms were of a decent size. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good water pressure, perfect for a hot shower. Good food and decent variety during breakfast buffet. Towels were not smelling too good. The hallways could really use airconditioning. Pool was under maintenance during our stay. Millie’s took an hour to serve our dinner on June 11 night, when we were told of a 15-25min wait. And the front desk staff can also be a lot warmer relative to have the wait staff were :) Else, would definitely recommed for QC hotel needs!…
Best coffee, serve by professional friendly staff. Unlimited refill. Capt. Jenny, Kiel, Jane, and MJ, THANK YOU, for your 5-star service. I feel at home during my four breakfasts. The set-up is fantastic.
