If you’re looking for an affordable hotel with a cozy environment, then this hotel is highly recommended.
I love the choice of food for its breakfast buffet and the comfort of their bed is something to look forward to.

I will definitely go back and stay in this Hotel.

The place is nice but does not have enough parking. It’s close to some amenities like malls. The room itself is very nice and clean but no pets allowed. It served for what I need to do in Manila. Dry expensive for an average hotel.
We left early instead of staying extra day because we ended up getting a puppy that was given to us unexpectedly and they would not allow us to bring it to our room for at least the night since we’re leaving the next day. They would not budge so we left and paid for an extra night for nothing for they will not refund it.

I booked a superior room for 12 days on a humid summer. If you're looking for a nice hotel but you want to save and you're willing to endure some inconveniences, this is the place to be.

(1) Location - Terrible
While close to Fisher Mall and several fast food restaurants, the area itself is within a busy metro avenue where cars, buses, motorbikes, and jeepneys share the same lane. There is a footbridge to help you cross the road when you're going to the mall, but the lack of designated walkways and safe pedestrian lanes can make a 5-minute walk such a struggle. Even in areas where there seems to be a safe path to walk, these are usually blocked by parked cars. Top that with the scorching heat of the summer and air pollution with high humidity and you'll wish you just took a taxi cab.

The nearest bank is EastWest bank but I have never had international transactions succeed in their ATMs. The next closest one that I know is a 5-minute walk. It's best to withdraw from Fisher Mall if you're concerned with security.

(2) Entrance - a surprise struggle
It is sometimes a struggle just to get into the hotel lobby. Parked cars outside literally leave you little to no space to get through. I had, on several occasions, have to find a spot where there's enough space just so I could get in (yep, I had to do some maneuvering). This becomes even harder if you're on a wheelchair or you are a person with a disability.

(3) Staff - very friendly and accommodating
If you can endure several uncomfortable and prolonged stares while having breakfast or every time you walk in, the staff is actually very friendly and accommodating. Plus points to the guy managing the breakfast buffet (I forgot to get his name). He handled an issue with my breakfast voucher very professionally. The reception downstairs is also very accessible.

(4) Room
Room is pretty nice. It's got a modern vibe with ample lighting. It's clean and it smells good. There's a smart TV, a phone, a kettle, a blow dryer, a safe. There's no fridge. There's only a chiller so don't use it to store frozen goodies like ice cream. There's also a digital interface outside for you to signal if you want to have your room cleaned or if you want to not be disturbed. Beware though, if you're looking for privacy the acoustics in the rooms allow your conversations (or your TV) to be heard from outside the door.

(5) Toilet
The hotel provides the following toiletries - soap, shampoo, soap, body lotion, shower cap, bath gel, and toothbrush. That's more than what I'm used to getting in other hotels. There's also enough towels for you to use. There's a really nice shower and a wide sink. There's a bidet but there's no toilet scrubber. Didn't find any issues with it during my stay.

(6) Housekeeping
I have nothing but respect for the cleaners. They respect your privacy while keeping your room clean and in good condition. They do their job well and fast.

(7) Breakfast buffet
There's very limited choices, but there's an ample showcase of Filipino food. As someone who loves eggs for breakfast, I ended up loving their scrambled eggs. Melons and oranges are the only fruits you'll find. You'll have to ask for the attendants to serve you coffee, on some days they'll offer to pour you one.

(8) Gym
Gym is very small with very limited facilities so I didn't bother to go.

(9) Transport
Best to use Grab (Uber Philippines was acquired by Grab and there are no other big players in the market yet as of writing) or wait for a taxi outside the hotel. Jeepneys and buses also abound along Quezon Avenue. The lack of designated areas for loading and unloading can be disappointing.

(10) Water
I buy a gallon of water for drinking from the drugstore next to the hotel as the water in the room is not suitable for drinking. The complimentary water bottles provided aren't enough for a day's worth of water supply.

Overall this hotel is very good for a 3-star hotel.

I recently attended a convention held at Brentwood suites, I would honestly say that the food is forgettable and terrible. Service is so so. I asked for some bread from the head waiter, he replied with "no, bread is not included in the menu."

If there is one thing hotels have a lot of, it is bread.

I understand the price is budget price. BUT, i've had budget convention food that tastes so much better than what brentwood has served that day.

Comfortable beds, great housekeeping staff (quick service), good breakfast, the concierge staff is very attentive. We were given Room 9003, not bad for a 3 star hotel it is actually spacious, bathroom is clean as well. I have no complaints, I will recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a good hotel in the area.

When we were looking at hotels for our wedding preparations, a friend suggested looking into Brentwood. As we headed our way there and saw the building, We weren't really sure how it would turn out, because the building from the outside was nondescript.

I was in for a surprise. The lobby was bright, and their chandelier was really pretty. The airconditioning was adequate and really comfortable.

The size and layout of their junior suite rooms are ideal for wedding preps. The bedroom is its own room, and there's a separate receiving area, or living room with a small kitchenette (sink, microwave oven, etc.).

The location was also ideal for us, as the hotel is only 15 minutes away from the wedding ceremony location (without traffic), and it was just across Fisher mall and other food places. There's no fear of going hungry even late at night.

The manager, Adrian, who was on duty then was soft spoken and very accommodating. It was really easy to talk with him.

We made our arrangements and had a few requests (since we were going to have a lot of stuff going on during the preparation), to which they agreed.

The actual day of the wedding and preparation went very smoothly.

There were a few bumps and nicks however:
1. One power outlet was dead in our room, but maintenance got it working after we had asked them to look into it.
2. The day we checked in, the floor of one of the junior suites was wet (as it was raining). I don't normally mind this, and it dried after the rain stopped. However, they do have to look into this, as not all guests will be as accepting of such conditions.
3. Free Wi-Fi is limited to two devices and for a certain time only. And it is not very strong too.

However, overall, I am very satisfied with our stay. The staff were very accommodating and easy to talk with.

I would definitely come back and stay again, as long as they maintain the kind of service they have.

A kind of hotel you want to stay. Nice and clean, foods are above average, quiet location, good wifi signal, staff are very accommodating and typical Filipino with this gesture smile. But, lacking of job experience that needs improving and hoping the management will get this attention. I consciously lost my cell phone on Taxi cab and hoping may recover by having the information from this hotel. Unfortunately, the Bellboy did not bother or never take records of all guests taxi cab's no. (Plate, company, tel. no.). Only 1 CCTV installed outside front hotel. These are priorities for the security of everybody and it's a must do. Also, staff are very accommodating but please don't charge customers if they asked for 3rd cup of coffee. Isn't suppose to be a complimentary even for a 2nd cup of coffee? The message I have is just to improve a better quality of service. Otherwise, I like this hotel and will comeback again the next time I visit.

We stayed at Brentwood suites last August 2019 for our vacation while in the Philippines. The place itself is in a quiet location, yet close to McDonalds, Jollibee, and Fisher Mall. The room is adequate for us 3; the beds are comfortable; room is clean. The breakfast buffet is just ok; nothing fancy. The staff are very courteous. This is a good choice to stay in QC.
