Stayed here to attend an event. Good location but average hotel. Small room, took a while for the air-conditioning to cool the room , hall was a bit smelly. No hot shower, bath soap needed a refill (smelled like rust probably because of the container). They’re using local cable - no shows after 1am. Rooftop bar was nice. Had a good view. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We got the standard room for Php1,800+ because of discounts. Normal price was around Php2,300+.
It was our second time in this hotel as it is near to our supposed itinerary. Location: >The best. Just near Trinoma, SM North, MRT station, etc. > Strategic and accessible wherever you want to go in the metro. It's near EDSA and Quezon Avenue. Value for Money: > Worth every penny given its location and ambience Staff: > Welcoming and accommodating Other: >Restaurant offers variety of chinese dishes as well as breakfast menu > Ample parking space > Do accept baggage check-in upon checkout if your flight is still in the afternoon
well mannered staff and very accommodating. The room is very nice and automated. My brother and I booked it online. There's a bath tub, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, Free coffee and electric kettle for you to use, and mineral water, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, tooth brush, toothpaste etc. . Very excellent :) . We even requested the guard to take us photos with the front desk employee for review. Lots of laughter :) .AJA!. don't forget to visit them.
The room is enough to sleep a few hours during business trips as it is tidy and clean. While the room space is small, the coziness of the room makes up for that tiny limitation. What is good is that the room is equipped with cable tv, toiletries, hot shower and good smelling linens. You can also have a drink up at the roof top with an awesome view of (the traffic in) Quezon City.
Do not stay at this hotel if you expect to have a nice warm shower. Ironically there are signs in the bathroom to conserve water. However you need to keep the shower running (effectively wasting water) for up to 10 minutes just to get a Luke warm temperature in the morning. It's not much better in the evening either. Breakfast is extremely basic and hardly worth paying extra for (served at Lin's Kitchen). Rooms are nice and clean but small. Staff were generally courteous and helpful but one in particular on front reception was rude to my partner on check in. The most impressive part of the stay was the roof top bar which was quite nice. I probably wouldn't stay at the hotel again though.
My girlfriend and I love the value we got for our money here. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is very clean and the air con is strong and keeps the room freezing! Free parking for checked in guests so that was a plus too!
Booked 3 rooms for our stay, 1 travellers (for our driver), standard twin (for me and my sister) and Premier (for nanay and her friends). All rooms were clean and modern design. Bed and linens were top of the line, goodnight sleep is guaranteed. I was impressed with their valet parking 😁 (not sure what their parking is called). Also, Lin's kitchen serves delicious food without breaking the bank. I will book again 😄

Very kind staff. They follow standard check in procedures. Lobby is cool, comfortable while waiting. Room is little small but enough for 2. They have personal fridge, water heater and very coooool aircon. Very quiet place, near hiway and hi-top supermarket. Its near mrt station too. Their bed is great. Bathroom is good. But water heater takes time to hot (not so hot). But its okay. Thank you Reddoorz for this room. One of the best. Hallways are carpeted, feels like its really premium hotel. Love it😍😍
The price was reasonable and the rooms are at least clean. The don't have a heater for the bath. Reason was that it was broken or whatever. 1 Access card for each room saying they are fully booked that is why they can't provide additional access cards for 4 people staying at 1 room. That's not the worse, since you need access card to use the elevator and we specifically booked a connecting room so since we booked 4 rooms because of our family. And guess what!!! They book us on separate floors on separate rooms which is so perfect we had to come down and ask the reception to assist us in order to see our family on a different floor. It's prime when asking money. Tried to charge us extra for 1 missing towel which they cannot prove that is missing. Definitely a prime when trying to ask for more money. The booking was made under my wife Janet so feel free to disprove this rating. I dare you!…
