Budget friendly hotel. Accessible to the nearby business areas. Food and room service staff were excellent! Small and clean room. Needs to improve the quality of service for the bellman/concierge specially during the arrival/ departure of the guest.

Vista hotel offers cheap hourly rates and 24-hour luggage storage, which is excellent for travellers. The restaurant serves good quality Filipino food and is the best place to use the free wifi. Check-in can be a bit haphazard if you are saving money on an hourly rate and there is frequent noise either in the corridors from 24-hour turnover or from the constant coaches on EDSA. It is close to Araneta Cubao MRT, lots of coach terminals and the Gateways and SM shopping malls. Vista is not well placed for the airport, but offers a good short-stay option for coach travellers.

Clean room. Small space though. Just below MRT Cubao station. Air condition needs cleaning because it is weak. No wifi signal in my room. It was okay. The area is noisy. Crowded. Good thing the location is close to most places good to visit in Cubao.

An affordable cozy place in the middle of a busy city, where you have many choices of malls & restaurant, a place where you don't need to tire your self just to get to another place ( Transportation friendly ). Clean & comfortable place. Friendly & feel safe staff.

we were walk in clients, my sister and I. we booked for a night. while the amenities looked decent enough, the lobby was just unfriendly and dark. But since this is typically of small hotels/inn we didn't mind.

the horror started at around 12mn when we were already sleeping. our door bell rang. starled at first, we were both unable to move. mu sister stood up and stood by the door to ask who it was. no answer came instead the door bell just kept ringing. at that point we locked the second door, made sure it cannot be openned from outside and looked around to find an escape route. THERE WAS NONE! There wasn't even an air vent!

After doorbell rings it stopped. then our land phone rang. i answered. i could hear breathing from the other side but no one talked. i dialed front desk to report the incident and to help us but she merely told me to just open the door and it's probably just the bellboy.

at this point we called our guy friend from our mobiles to come fetch us. thankfully the room had network signal, although it was very weak.

it took an hour before our friend got there to haul us out.

scary! scary! scary!

i dont believe in ghosts so i assume it was a room take over or a hold-up if not rape attempt since bellboys knew there were only girls inside the room.

just recently had checked-in on this hotel(MOTEL setup). Me & my wife promised never to visit again:
1. @3rd floor-no network signal(bad thing in case of emergency)
2. Phone hotline hard to conect@reception.
3. The whole night we stay without television, hundred times i atempted to dial hotline to request for the remote control,no one attending my calls. what i did was, i went down to request and complain why no body's answering d phone, recep told me that due to visitors needed to accomodate, they were not able to answer(weak reasoning).
"without begging for their mistake".
we waited until we got slept..,wokeup and then have checked out without seeing the television open(they did not address my small request at all)
4. slow action, if there is. anyway, we order our brkfast @ drive thru instead..

I was a walk-in after a long bus ride. This area is home to many Cubao bus stations so I've stayed in the area in transit. The neighbourhood is what you would expect in a bus terminal area - a bit dodgy, run down, beggars on the street. There is a close overpass so you don't need to risk your life crossing EDSA. Not far past the overpass is a nice shopping district and the Farmer's Market.
The front desk staff is extremely disorganized and amateurish. I needed a couple of glasses for my room and was willing to bring them up myself but they insisted to send them up. As I feared, I waited more than an hour and phoned the front desk 4 times before they appeared.
My room included breakfast. I ordered coffee but received juice. It took 30 minutes and two phone calls but the coffee finally arrived, but they wanted the juice back (LOL). I just hope they didn't serve the juice to anyone else....
The room itself was okay and I would stay again but bring an extra dose of patience for the staff.

This is the worst economy hotel I've been to. They have been pretty greedy lately on charging clients for their stained linens. Apparently, this is a money-making scheme. Their bedsheets are so subquality and could not withstand baby oil or lotion spills. I've been charged on two occasions and they are very quick on pointing the blame on me. I will consult my lawyer regarding consumer welfare laws to address this scam.

Compared to the other hotels in the Cubao area, the price for Vista Hotel is reasonable and the amenities are just fine. The room is OK but the feel is just so motelish. The TV works fine and the food is a so so. The wifi is slow and the check in is just so informal. Avoid the rooms away from EDSA as these are rather old and have poorer wifi.

The quality of room is decent but the receptionist is so rude. She even escalate things because of her mistake rather than to de-escalate it and fix it. We decided to go there to relax but it got ruined by her.
