I’ve been in this hotel before a few times several years back and I believe it was one of the decent ones until today. Here are my thoughts: 1. Reception Area - When we entered the hotel, we were welcomed with an awful smell. It was like a wet carpet that didn’t dry. 2. Everything was really old and unkempt from the lobby, elevator, hallway and the room. 3. Carpet in the hallway was dirty, lots of stains. 4. We had a room key…literally. And we had to surrender it to the receptionist when we go out of the hotel. I mean what if our stuff gone missing? Will they be reliable for it? Locks were flimsy. It didn’t feel safe at all. 5. Room - We paid 3k ++ and was really disappointed when we opened the door. Everything is dirty. All the furniture have chipped paints. Carpet looked dirty. Bedsheet looked unwashed. The window was dusty that you couldn’t see a thing. Anything that has steel has rust all over. I think the good thing about the room are the aircon and bed. Overall, this is something I would never pay for 3,000php. 6. Food - Going back to the price, we expected to have at least a buffet breakfast but instead, we had a set breakfast. Although, they gave us an option to upgrade our breakfast to buffet by adding 250php and so I availed it. To be fair with, their food was good. Though it had minimal choices but it was pretty decent. 7. Staff - They were actually nice and friendly but they are quite loud. At the dining area, they kept talking in loud voices. During our check-out, staff continued chatting loudly. Overall, I’m not going to recommend this hotel because it’s pricey (not worth your money), dirty, and it smells.…
WiFi doesn't work in the rooms, everything is dated and quite old/dark. Good TV channel selections and good breakfast. I prepaid for 3 nights but only needed 1 night/2 days. I asked to refund or provide a future credit for the 3rd night but they wouldn't budge (non-refundable rate) even though I told them they would lose future reservations but management didn't care. "Couldn't see the forest for the trees" ... if they provided 1 night future room credit, it would have paid off for them in many more room nights ... instead, they lost a lot more in future revenue. With the current world situation, you would think they might have some compassion for their guests and provide good customer relations as an investment. Do not stay at this property, especially with WiFi not working in the rooms as promised.…
I was really disappointed with the room, the hallway going to the room really smell old and carpet smell bad. Room was spacious but needs upgrade. Lights are too dim and very few but at least they have cable tv 😏. Bed is ok and not bad. No amenities at all so don’t expect anything from here and just stay in your bed. What just really relieved me was the very good breakfast selections and it was all delicious. Makes me forget my disappointment when it comes to the room.
Amazing service Room is good, paintings are quite scary. Limited space for parking However, it was a good stay, I was welcomed with a great smile by the front liner, Jen. She was so helpful and exceeded my expectation
A quiet and peaceful place to stay it for a vacation. I really enjoy my stay here, The staff was friendly and easy to approach them. The foods was good, they serve it on time. The rooms was clean and the temperature was okay. I find so relaxing in their room. I highly recommend Hotel Rembrant in Tomas morota, Quezon city.
Hotel Rembrandt has a great value and quality. And their breakfast buffet was nice, the rooms are old but still nice and clean. Their staffs are friendly, good bed soft pillows the blanket is good. Over all is great!
I stayed at this hotel for five days. Upon check in, I got a room upgrade from standard to deluxe. I also received coupons for free buffet breakfast, complimentary drink, and 30-minutes massage. The breakfast is almost the same every day. Hot chocolate is available upon request. And the dinner, for me, was a little dry though it taste okay. The room was large and the air conditioner worked well. They provide free bottled water and coffee everyday. The TV has cable channels and they provided wifi upon request and you have to ask for password every two days. Lobby Wifi is different from the room Wifi. Slippers were provided as well. The bathroom was spacious enough but there was no bathtub nor bidet. No swimming pool, but they have a spa located at the top floor. Like I said, you get a free 30-minute massage (I guess its part of promotion) and you have to try it. It was very good and relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The place is near ABS-CBN (TV station) and right beside the hotel is TGIF restaurant. It was an old hotel, but was removed and improved. Overall, I recommend this hotel. Hopefully, they would improve the variety of breakfast choices and include soup and juice in their dinner set.…
The food was okay- but the waiters and service crew were talking a lot during the conference. The hotel room was spacious but old. The bathroom needs to be renovated for a better look. The carpet needs to be changed.
While the hotel is a bit old already, the facilities still work and the property is well maintained. Its forte is its location, right in the middle of Quezon City where transportation is not an issue. Restaurants and convenience stores are just a stone throw away. The free breakfast is a buffet, there’s an egg station and the spread includes your usual morning comfort food.
A great hotel for its price. It’s conveniently located in Tomas Morato, where you can find several dining options. And if you’re into partying, there are tons of party place you can go to. It’s very homy and relaxing. For its price you can’t complain because you’ll enjoy the breakfast buffet. I commend the friendly staff as well. I think it’s my 7th time visiting this hotel. It’s my go to place if I just want to relax. For the price, I’d definitely recommend this to all my friends.
