For someone who needs a base to explore Quezon City whether alone or with a travel companion, Red Planet Hotel in Quezon Timog offers a budget-friendly and safe accomodation. While the cheapest rates do not include food services, there are a lot of diners, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. There are also a bunch of convenience stores around ready to serve you. Getting booked-in was very simple just taking a few minutes. Unfortunately, the internet signal was not good enough to conduct zoom meetings, and a maintenance of the hot water system occurred during my stay. But overall, the relaxation and comfort, combined with the security, cleanliness and general quiet provided, made the stay a top-class experience.

1. Flickering lights along the hallway. Seems like you're in a horror movie. 2. Flush has very noisy, screeching, unpleasing sound while replenishing water in its tank. 3. Shower suddenly turns to hot or cold even without touching the switch/knob. 4. Pillows are too soft and thin. Very uncomfortable to use even if you put one on top of each. 5. WIFI connection was slow and was lost after an hour or so. I needed to use my mobile internet instead. 6. Only one key card provided. Should be 2 since the room is good for 2 persons. 7. No freebies. Slippers or bottled water could've been provided.

Staff are polite and responsive, room is clean, location is fairly ok, has a convenient store and restaurant nearby, the air condition is a bit noisy and water pressure is poor. Internet is very poor though, signal goes on and off.

I feel safe at red planet timog compares to other branch ive been to different branches and i compare how friendly the staff are they made it sure that im safe if i have unexpected visitor they wont let the visitor come to my room so i feel safe

Great stay. Only concern is I could not bring more than one friend to my room at a time. I had a business meeting and had to beg to have them visit me for an hour. Maybe we could be a little more free on visitors.
