I have met arrogant and untrained staff that refused the use of a bathroom at the start of the check-in procedure, which takes about 5 to 10 minutes; far too long for a traveler who urgently needs to see a restroom. The staff didn't care at all about medical issues being triggered by such refusal. Total disappointment from the start. Where is the importance of an " Arrival Experience" that other hotels value so much and appreciate?
Staying at Red Planet Hotel for our Hotel Quarantine was a very comfortable and calming experience. When we first arrived we were treated very nicely by the staff and checked-in our rooms in under 5 minutes. The food they they delivered was delicious, the beds and air-con quality in our room was very relaxing, and there was not even a tiny bit of dirt in our room. I really recommend this hotel to the people that want to take a moment from the noise in the city and calm their minds in Red Planet Hotel. Amazing Experience!
just be honest and ready with your necessary documents to avoid hassle in checking in, this is to avoid unnecessary hiccups and must observe curfew hours. i always keep on coming back to this hotel due to the proximity of the place to where i meet some of my friends.
very good, very clean rooms, bed, bath and toilet, fast check in and out. fast internet at the lobby but very slow in room. accessible friendly staff, first come first serve parking space, near convenience stores and restaurant
Thank you to these very kind people for replying to my queries via email even before I booked a room: Thea Santos & Debbie Chua-Basada. Thea was also the one who assisted me when I needed to stay for another night, she was efficient & was done with my request in just a few minutes. All of them, even the security personnel, were all very welcoming and accommodating. I'm posting this to let them know I appreciate their service, especially during this time. I wasn't even sure I would be able to book a room for that important trip, since the majority of hotels in Metro Manila only accept bookings for quarantine purposes. I had to process my visa ASAP as I am set to leave the country in a few weeks, and I have been turned down by other establishments a few days before booking with Red Planet. So I'm really glad everything went smoothly with them. This isn't my first time staying at your hotels, I was just skeptical about the distance from the property to the embassy, which was the reason why I didn't consider Timog branch right away. But I'm glad I ended up booking with them just the same. Again, thank you. Your hard work & the risk you take every single day to provide people with what they need in the midst of this pandemic should never go unnoticed. :)…
