Stayed in room 701 with my niece's family. There is a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a twin bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and two toilets that double as shower rooms. The shower pressure is weak. Hot water comes from an electric heater. The TV has two remote controls. I never figured out how to use it. There is only an electric kettle in the kitchen. There is parking in the basement. There was a pickup parked there but the parking lot is not very large. There is no smoking area in the building, but smoking is allowed in front of the entrance. There were two cigarettes on the range hood in the room. The range hood is low so be careful. You will bleed from your forehead. There is no restaurant. ALI Mall is across the road and SM is next door, so there are many food options. At night, there are homeless families sleeping near the entrance and the occasional beggar passing by. The building is old and there are many bad points, but it is easy to access, the rooms are spacious, the prices are low and above all the staff are very friendly. Pets are allowed in the room, but this is not allowed on net.

We had a great stay overall! Nag enjoy naman ang family. The room was spacious and clean, with a kettle for hot water, complimentary coffee, and two bottles of water. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. It's conveniently located near a mall and restaurants, so finding food was easy.

However, the pool could use better maintenance. There were some floating debris, and it would be great if it were strained every couple of hours. The pool area itself looks a bit dated, with some mold along the tile edges. The shower room also had a broken faucet, and a renovation would improve the experience. Lastly, it would be nice to have a floor rug available, especially for the bathroom.

Overall, it was a good stay, but a few improvements could make it even better!

We stayed here last christmas and booked 2 - 3 bedrooms. Due to pandemic, many rules have been change, no toiletries provided, no tv at master bedroom, you have to pay if you want your room to be cleaned, so we were a bit dissappointed. My brother who was assigned to another room was not happy on room provided to his family, according to him bathroom was a dirty, it seems it has not clean properly before they check in and in situations right now everything should be cleaned thoroughly and disinfect for safety reasons.
I hope this will be improve next time. Nevertheless all the staffs are friendly and accomodating. Special thanks to Ms Christine for always assisting us in our booking.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed at. The rooms are clean and spacious. If you have a lot of people in your family, it will fit because it is too big. and all the staff are very accommodating. All that requests are given immediately, especially in the swimming pool the kids enjoyed a lot. We will be back for sure.

The price is affordable considering the very good location in Cubao which is very accessible. However, the hotel needs an upgrade of its facilities. The bed and sofa needs to be changed. The T&B should also be upgraded and the water from bidet doesn't smell good.
They have parking space at the basement, however, I was not able to park there as I parked my car in front of the hotel.
The breakfast could have been good if not for the very poor service. There were only 3 crews serving and 2 of them are OJT. I didn't experience this in other hotels considering that it is weekend.

Dirtiest and Filthiest place we’ve even been. Do not be deceived by the pictures on their website. Avoid this place. Took forever to locate my paid booking. Dirty room, dirty rest room, dirty kitchen, everything dirty (mind you we booked 2 suites, and both are nasty).

We got a suite to accommodate the whole family. When we got in the room there was still garbage left at the luggage area (probably left uncleaned). I saw also a housefly hanging around the room. Toiletries and towels were not enough for the number of people booked for the suite. There were no slippers prepared for us. Tried to request but no one was answering from the housekeeping nor the front desk. Overall very disappointed.

Stayed with my family for whole 3 nights on a 3 bedroom suite. The room smells like molds and looks really old. The floor is dirty , couch cover looks really old and doesn't seem to fit at all. Posted a picture of the sink that is totally unacceptable. The light near the dining table isn't working, it was attended to but was not replaced and was told that it needed a major repair (how is that even possible when we are already staying there?) I got the room on a promotional rate as I wanted to plan ahead and paid 10% of the whole amount for deposit. Being a hotelier myself, I would say that the room we were placed in was the last room to sell or should not be occupied at all. And when it rained, the master bedroom ceiling leaked. Very disappointing. I would advice to check the room first before settling. After a long 9 hour flight, had no energy to switch to another room and just settled, believe me, I SHOULD HAVE NOT.

There were 6 of us traveling together on a Mission Team. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. We were provided with one passcode for the WIFI. Only one device could be used at a time, so the 6 of us had to take turns getting on the Internet. Pretty stingy of them, I think. ;-) The "kitchen" consisted of a refrigerator--no stove, microwave or coffee maker, although instant coffee and tea was provided, and there were only 2 coffee cups for the 6 of us. Only 2 bottles of complimentary water was given for the 6 of us. Did I mention these folks are stingy? All of the above mentioned circumstances didn't make us feel like valued customers. I guess we should be glad we were allowed to have one towel a piece. However, if you ask for an additional towel, they charge you for it. *sigh*
The rooms were so-so. Our suite was VERY cramped. There was barely room to walk around the bed. The A/C didn't work good in the living room area and it was very warm in there.
I believe there were only 2 complimentary breakfasts allowed--we had to pay for the other 4. The food was pretty good and there was a nice variety. The staff was very attentive and friendly in the dining room.
Would I stay here again? Probably. It's decently clean and it's not far to the airport--20 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic. It just seems to me if you're renting 3 bedrooms you ought be treated as if you're renting 3 separate rooms.
