We stayed here last christmas and booked 2 - 3 bedrooms. Due to pandemic, many rules have been change, no toiletries provided, no tv at master bedroom, you have to pay if you want your room to be cleaned, so we were a bit dissappointed. My brother who was assigned to another room was not happy on room provided to his family, according to him bathroom was a dirty, it seems it has not clean properly before they check in and in situations right now everything should be cleaned thoroughly and disinfect for safety reasons.
I hope this will be improve next time. Nevertheless all the staffs are friendly and accomodating. Special thanks to Ms Christine for always assisting us in our booking.

The price is affordable considering the very good location in Cubao which is very accessible. However, the hotel needs an upgrade of its facilities. The bed and sofa needs to be changed. The T&B should also be upgraded and the water from bidet doesn't smell good.
They have parking space at the basement, however, I was not able to park there as I parked my car in front of the hotel.
The breakfast could have been good if not for the very poor service. There were only 3 crews serving and 2 of them are OJT. I didn't experience this in other hotels considering that it is weekend.

Stayed with my family for whole 3 nights on a 3 bedroom suite. The room smells like molds and looks really old. The floor is dirty , couch cover looks really old and doesn't seem to fit at all. Posted a picture of the sink that is totally unacceptable. The light near the dining table isn't working, it was attended to but was not replaced and was told that it needed a major repair (how is that even possible when we are already staying there?) I got the room on a promotional rate as I wanted to plan ahead and paid 10% of the whole amount for deposit. Being a hotelier myself, I would say that the room we were placed in was the last room to sell or should not be occupied at all. And when it rained, the master bedroom ceiling leaked. Very disappointing. I would advice to check the room first before settling. After a long 9 hour flight, had no energy to switch to another room and just settled, believe me, I SHOULD HAVE NOT.

Dirtiest and Filthiest place we’ve even been. Do not be deceived by the pictures on their website. Avoid this place. Took forever to locate my paid booking. Dirty room, dirty rest room, dirty kitchen, everything dirty (mind you we booked 2 suites, and both are nasty).

We got a suite to accommodate the whole family. When we got in the room there was still garbage left at the luggage area (probably left uncleaned). I saw also a housefly hanging around the room. Toiletries and towels were not enough for the number of people booked for the suite. There were no slippers prepared for us. Tried to request but no one was answering from the housekeeping nor the front desk. Overall very disappointed.

There were 6 of us traveling together on a Mission Team. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite. We were provided with one passcode for the WIFI. Only one device could be used at a time, so the 6 of us had to take turns getting on the Internet. Pretty stingy of them, I think. ;-) The "kitchen" consisted of a refrigerator--no stove, microwave or coffee maker, although instant coffee and tea was provided, and there were only 2 coffee cups for the 6 of us. Only 2 bottles of complimentary water was given for the 6 of us. Did I mention these folks are stingy? All of the above mentioned circumstances didn't make us feel like valued customers. I guess we should be glad we were allowed to have one towel a piece. However, if you ask for an additional towel, they charge you for it. *sigh*
The rooms were so-so. Our suite was VERY cramped. There was barely room to walk around the bed. The A/C didn't work good in the living room area and it was very warm in there.
I believe there were only 2 complimentary breakfasts allowed--we had to pay for the other 4. The food was pretty good and there was a nice variety. The staff was very attentive and friendly in the dining room.
Would I stay here again? Probably. It's decently clean and it's not far to the airport--20 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic. It just seems to me if you're renting 3 bedrooms you ought be treated as if you're renting 3 separate rooms.

I stayed in this doss house for a whole week based on the recommendation of a friend, and i know one thing for sure, i won;t be listening to that person again !
For the price per night that i paid, it was woeful.
Checking in, door staff, and reception staff were fine, but the room was terrible.
There was an a/c in the lounge area and also the bedroom.
Both a/c's were basically stuck into a hole in the wall, were filthy dirty, and looked like they had never had maintenance.
They were also loud and because of the heat, they needed to stay on overnight, so woke me up most nights.
The "view" from the room was of filth, degradation, and poverty, and there were 100's of cigarette butts outside the sliding loungeroom window.
I came back to my room one morning to see one of the cleaners sitting on the bench in the kitchen area of the room.
The sofa in the loungeroom was a hundred years old, and had the metal springs popping up thru the seats.
There was only 2 good things about this place.
(1) The restaurant staff (where you have breakfast)
(2) Leaving this filthy hole

For the same sort of money, or a touch more, i will get a much nicer hotel in a much nicer area next time !
I certainly will NEVER be back !!!!

My friends and I were looking for a place to stay overnight to do some brainstorming. We have previously stayed at Regalia Suites for several times but over the years, their service seems to have gone down while the price increased. So we decided to try out Fernandina which was within the same area. We (a total of 5 people plus 1 child) stayed in a 2 bedroom suite (Room 702) booked through Agoda for around 90 USD.

LOCATION: Perfect for our needs. Everything is within walking distance - malls, jeepney/bus stops, restaurants, MRT/LRT, etc. Older reviews mentioned that it can be quite noisy as the hotel is in a major intersection but we didn't hear much noise during our stay.

VALUE/ROOMS: Great value at 90 USD for a 2 bedroom for five people (we didn't get an extra bed anymore) with buffet breakfast for 2. Buffet breakfast for additional people was USD 6/person. The first bedroom has a queen-size (or was it a king-size) bed and have its own toilet/shower and a wall mounted LCD TV. The second bedroom has twin beds (no toilet) but there's a second toilet/shower just outside the door. Both rooms have cabinets, dressing/make up table and mirrors. The kitchen has its own gas burner oven and water heater but no microwave. Lots of cabinets, basic cooking and eating utensils. Requested for extra utensils and glasses. There's a four-feet refrigerator in good working condition. The living room has a wall mounted LCD TV, couch and 2 chairs. "Dining area' is between the living room and kitchen which is basically a small round table for four.

Outside the room, in addition to the restaurant located at the top floor, there's a small open air swimming pool on the rooftop (be careful when taking the stairs from the restaurant floor to the rooftop) with its own loungers, shower area and toilet. The buffet breakfast was good enough, worth the additional 6 USD per person. (see photos for their food offering)

SLEEP QUALITY: First bedroom was used by two adults and a child, second bedroom was used by 3 adults. No need to get an extra bed (that would have been placed inside the first bedroom) unless there's more people or 3 people do not want to sleep on the twin beds that we placed side by side. Sheets were clean, mattress and pillows were firm enough for my needs. Each room has its own A/C unit in addition to the A/C unit for the living room. Each room has windows with a 'view'. First room has a view of the nearby houses and establishment behind the hotel, second room has a view of the street and mall across (traffic noise was negligible).

CLEANLINESS: The building looks a bit old (or maybe that's the design but I think it's really old) but well maintained. (Regalia seems to be newer but not as well maintained). I think the hotel's building is actually a converted condominium, so unit owners from the other floors actually own their place. Fernandina manages some of the rooms and they are well maintained. The building has 2 elevators. There was no old or musty smell inside the room or the corridors like in other old buildings. Some furnishings seem a bit old but look well maintained (or just refurbished). Toilet and bathroom is clean. Tiles are not cracked or yellowing.

SERVICE: The staff were polite enough and worked hard and prompt to address any of our concerns. Just remember to ask nicely instead of demanding, remember this is a 3-star, not a 5-star hotel.

Would I recommend this? For basic accommodation needs, definitely yes.

Was recommended by a driver doing a tour, highly recommended if you want a little luxury for a great price. Beautiful room with amazing service. Located near Ali Mall, great shopping and near restaurants. Felt safe in an unknown city with great staff. Worth staying two days and benefiting from the free massage. Highly recommend.
