We stayed here for 3 days, a family of 8 plus our dogs of 7. They are the best pet friendly hotel in QC. Location is in the heart of Cubao accessible to anywhere.
If you have pets this is the place to stay.

Value for money! As of our 12-24-14 stay, the facilities, furnitures, and overall look are all well maintained and modern. Air-conditioning was excellent. Design and layout was well planned and presented. Space was maximized in highly good taste. If there would be a downside (if one would consider such factors as unfavorable), it could be the following: no swimming pool, no coffee maker, stove has to be rented, 9 year olds are with pay, breakfast is plated and not filling, just for four ( if room capacity is 6-8) and just for two(if room capacity is 2-4), no regular sized ref, just a real mini bar/cooler.
Microwave is provided., walking distance from convenience stores, malls, and commute transpo.
Will definitely visit again!

I live in Cubao and everytime my fiance (at that time, now my husband) was in town, we would check in for a week at iSuites. The staff were friendly and alert. They would ask if you would like Housekeeping to clean your room. Amenities were ok. Good, clean bedsheets and towels and fluffy pillows. The bed was comfy and the AC is quiet. Coffee and bottled waters are on the dresser. Room is clean. Ask for the Kimono Rooms 4th floor and up where you can get a view of the north side of Quezon City (City Hall, etc). The hotel is located on a busy street and sometimes you would hear horns and the neighborhood dog barking in the morning but it's tolerable. It's quiet at night :-)
The breakfast food was okay. Front desk would ring you up in your room and ask you would like breakfast and bring it to your room. If you miss it, you can go downstairs and go to their Japanese restaurant and eat your breakfast there.
Location is good. I have recommended iSuites to family and friends. The hotel is safe and so is the parking. I have learned that they don't allow "short-time" check-ins because they want to maintain a clean and family friendly hotel.
Over-all iSuites for me is highly recommended. Even my husband was impressed. When iSuites was still being constructed, we made the mistake of checking in at a hotel very near Araneta Coliseum and we vowed NOT to return there again. The place was disgusting.
I hope iSuites would maintain the cleanliness and hospitality that they are showing their guests. I promise to come back and stay there again when I return to the Philippines. Keep up the good work !!

The Good:
1. It's a dog-friendly hotel. Staff are pleasant and polite to both me and Macchi, my dog.
2. The room is adequately spaced and generally cleaned.
3. For a 4-storey hotel and since my room was booked at the 4th floor, I am glad that they have a lift facility.
4. Due to Bad#1, they allow food from outside to be brought in. They also allow food deliveries.
5. The bathroom is clean and well proportioned.
6. The coffee shop, Press, is a nice cozy place. Well proportioned and the interior is well placed. It's like a modern country dining area.
The Bad:
1. The menu of their coffee shop, Press, has so little offerings. I was even advised that some of them are even out-of-stock.
2. The room is not acoustically well made. Sounds/noise from the streets are audible. The sounds of the hallway can also be heard from the front door.
3. Housekeeping never visited or inquired if I want the room to be cleaned. I even have to request it.
4. As they accommodate room service, I had some meals in my room. One thing.I found odd is that the room does not have a chair for me to have my meal on the dresser. I also had to request it.
5. Though the room has a veranda, it does not offer much view outside in fact you can see nearby houses which again the view is not pleasant.
6. Getting an outside line from the room can be taxing because it has to go through the operator. So if they misdialed and you get the wrong number, you have to do it all over again.
7. Despite that they allow dogs in the hotel, they don't have much facilities or areas for dogs to walk around. It's only the parking area or the street in front of the hotel.
8. The bathroom lacked a towel rack to hold wet towels to dry. I had to use the shower curtain rod as an alternative.
The Ugly:
- The hotel does not seem to have any facility for ice. Yes... Ice!!!

The good thing about this hotel is the location if you're going to go to an event at the Araneta Coliseum. We attended the Christina Perri concert on a Thursday so we stayed for two nights (Thursday and Friday). It is within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the venue as well as the Gateway Mall and surrounding shopping areas.
The hotel itself isn't that impressive, to be honest. We stayed in a Kimono room, which is very small. The room was dingy looking, including the towels, which really could use replacing or at least a thorough bleaching. Friday we were out of the room all day (from 9 until 4) and when we returned, the room hasn't been cleaned still...in fact, nobody came to clean the room at all during our stay. There's no doorknob sign to indicate you wish to have your room cleaned either.
As far as the restaurant goes...where was the Japanese restaurant advertised? Instead it was only a small cafe with a limited menu and nothing resembling Japanese food. Breakfast servings were very small and not at all filling.
Overall, our experience was underwhelming. It wasn't bad but it's wasn't great either.

The location of the hotel is kind of far from the main street of Aurora Boulevard. It's scary too when getting to the hotel because you have to pass by the beer houses, billiard houses and other cheap "hotel/motel". The interiors were actually nice, but for the price they charge their customers their service, food and hotel room is not worth it.
Their rooms are clean but a little small. You can get a bigger room from other hotels at a much cheaper price actually so that's the first disappointing thing. Second, their food is not that good. They offer 4 breakfast items only and no coffee! Their food service is very slow too. We waited for 30 minutes to get our breakfast during our stay there and if you're in a hurry, you'll surely be late because of their food service.
The bathroom is small too and no divider so when you take a bath, every water spills all over the bathroom floor. The soap they give is very small and thin too that you can only use it once because it gets so small you can't use it for a second bath anymore. The channels on their tv are so limited too, it's like 10 clear channels only. And during our stay there, no housekeeping arrived which is also very disappointing.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel because it is pricey for the kind of service that they give. Do not go here, you can look for other hotels that offer better service at the same price or even lower.

Travelling solo, I've stayed for a couple of times. Been comfortable staying with Isuites (first choice to stay in) very accessible to araneta center. Very safe place, 24 hours security, great room service, very helpful staff, the whole accommodation is great. Hopefully they could provide reward program to all repeat guest/s.
