Stayed here for my quarantine till I received my swab test result.

The hotel's not that new but the room is so clean, especially the toilet. The mattress is so good, too, for a budget hotel. Kinda got lucky to have the room on the 2nd floor with a little patio, I enjoyed my sunset sessions.

Was impressed with how they handle the covid-19 situation, too. They even placed small tables outside each room for food deliveries (food is from their restaurant only, grab and food panda are not allowed to avoin contact) and they sealed the food so neatly, I loved it.

This is a well priced comfortable hotel ideally located in Quezon city. It is well appointed and serviced by polite cheerful staff. The only thing that lets it down is the restaurant attached which has polite and helpful staff but the food is below par. I had to return an undercooked chicken meal at one meal and at another, they only had one beer cold. When i asked for a second, it was warm and came with a glass of ice. Sacriledge for an Australian. Also the variety of available dishes was a bit limited. On another occasion i was served undercooked fried eggs for breakfast. There is no variety of eggs for breakfast too.

The hotel's location is good, in-between the city and other business districts, accessible with public and private transport. But when heavy rains come in, it becomes a challenge for cabs and cars to come in because of the traffic and flood (which probably happens to a lot of places too). A grocery and a lot of restaurants are within walking distance.

Room, toilet and bath were clean. Towels were quite dark/yellow already but they smelled clean nevertheless.
Restaurant was good, breakfast was superb. Service was good too.

If the hotel is really aiming to be a good business hotel, then they need to improve on their soundproofing. It is really distracting to hear luggage/service cart wheels rolling along the corridor, people talking (and sometimes shouting) and shutting of doors. Wifi needs an upgrade too. Hotel facilities are considerably good but room amenities could use an upgrade too - it would be good to have an in-room safe, coffee could be a be better than 3in1 and much better if guest slippers would be part of the complimentary items.

They gave us, a family full of kids, an unclean and reeks so much of cigarettes we can't enter the room for another 6 hours. We begged them to just change room but they said its fully occupied and the manager was not present. No amenities that was promised were given and the toilet was clogged.
Holiday is ruined for us. Not going to make the same mistake.

Place is nice but management is not flexible to terms. My foreign visitor stayed for 3 weeks but cut short his stay 3 days prior the last day. Since i already paid in full, I was hoping they would convert the last 2 nights to vouchers instead but they said that I should use up the last 2 nights in a month's time with the same visitor. duh!!!??? I was the one who paid for all the nights so I should have the choice as to who can stay in the room. And even before i was able to haggle for a month's extension, they wanted to forfeit the last 2 nights right at that moment my visitor left for his country.

They're like telling me to give up my 2 night stay because they already have my money and they don't need my business anymore.

I called the hotel to reserve a room for an overnight stay after seeing their promo. The CSR advised me to booked it online to avail the promo. Before I booked it, I only says that I can book it for only 10% but the 10% fee is not refundable. I used my credit card in paying for the fee. The email says that "Charges:
A prepayment of PHP 207.33 has been charged to your credit card. This is nonrefundable and cannot be used as payment for modification, cancellation, or no-show charges. The amount will appear on your credit/debit card statement under the name of our reservation system provider, DirectWithHotels Ltd.

You will pay the remaining balance of PHP 2,280.67 when you arrive at the hotel."

Then modification and cancellation is not allowed. It is very clear that I will pay the remaining balance when I arrived at the hotel. on Jan 17, I received an email saying that I was charge the whole amount as a penalty charge for no show. but I cannot cancel it and there is no advise that I will be charge the whole amount. I call my credit card provider to dispute the charge.
Be careful in transacting with this hotel. Their customer service really sucks! I even have to tell the front liner what to and what is a good customer service orientation. Don't deal with them if you don't want a headache.

Even cheap motels have outside line on phones which you can make local phonecalls. Here none.

Also,When you dial 0 receptionist phones has no record which room number is calling.

No bidet, even dipper so you will have to use toilet paper when doing the #2.

No slippers.
