I like the hotel since it's just a half km. away from the office. The beds are good and we had a very restful. sleep daily. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. Our rooms were cleaned as well as per request in a timely manner. Food was okey but could be improved with another variety of menu like other types of fruits and desserts. What we appreciate is I have a Muslim colleague and since she doesn't eat pork they gave her chicken tocino and corned beef instead. That is a very admirable gesture from them

This is my first time to stay at this hotel and by far, I'd say that it exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. I loved the welcome treats as well, which for the record, never experienced from other Microtel Branches. The hotel manager (Ms. Lhars) made sure that my stay is memorable by sending a welcome note - what an add value to a great hotel stay experience. The hotel is clean, food was great and the ambiance is so homey and relaxing. A home away from home. Thanks Ms Larren and your entire team. See you guys again next time.

It is our last day in this hotel venue. I highly appreciate the service of the people who works here. Especially Ms. Kristel, MJ,Shy,Kenneth, and Jason and all staff for accommodating us. The food is good here, love the over flowing coffee as well ❤️❤️❤️. Even to the last minute of our stay they did not disappoint us. Would highly recommend this place. Surely, we will go back next time. :)

Special thank you for the receptionists of this Hotel(including Mr. Paul and Ms. Ina). Especially to Ms. Lorein. I was so grateful to be checked in viewing front side upon on spot request. For 7days not allowed to step out from my door...u cant imagine how grateful i am and so touched how Ms Lorein understood my situation. Not a day... i did not feel alone in d room because of her and to Mr Paul. It was scary but i was assured even just listening to their voice.

The 2 1/2 months stay here during the ECQ, will be one of the memories I'll treasure. The managers, housekeeping, staff, guards and lovely front desk especially Maam Loraine 😍 became my family during my stay. Rooms and hallways are regularly cleaned and disinfected by the housekeeping (Hi Sir Luicito, JM, Allen and the rest) . Foods cooked by Chef Andrew and the crew are healthy and delicious (omy! corned beef 💯) while Maam Yhet and Jason are assigned to the serve the food ensured everything is available. Guards are courteous and friendly. Gonna miss this fam ♥

I stayed at the hotel sometime in October 2019 for a consultancy meeting at nearby IBM. The hotel's amenities and service were great. I was impressed by the cordial assistance of Loraine at the front desk. Food was also great. I'll stay there again when I next visit clients at Eastwood.

This is the first time we tried Microtel in Libis. We’ve been to Microtel Technohub several times and we liked it. So we thought the experience would be the same...or even better since it’s located right across Eastwood City. Here’s what I got to say: LIKE: 1. Location - it’s across Eastwood City. There are a lot of restaurants than you can go to just by walking. It’s near Padre Pio Chapel and All Day Supermaket / Home. 2. Bed - They have two Queen-sized beds. Both of them are comfortable. 3. Water - They have water dispenser outside the room that you can use. They provided pitcher and glasses. 4. Aircon - it’s cold 5. TV - LED with cable DISLIKE: 1. Check-in - It was past 3 in the afternoon and we were just 2 customers. The first customer what looked like a Middle Eastern. After 15 minutes, his concern wasn’t resolved yet. It took the Front Desk 15 minutes to realize that I need assistance as well so she called a colleague. My check in didn’t even reach 5 minutes because it was pre-booked and prepaid. 2. Room - We paid ₱3,600 ++ without breakfast for a room that is smelly. It smelled it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. It smelled wet wood that got dried. Bed sheets were worn out and also the towels. 3. Bathroom - It looked clean but it smells also. Soap/shampoo and toothbrush weren’t available. We needed to call the front desk for them. No robe available. Bedroom slippers were provided but after we call the front desk again. I’m so disappointed. It felt a waste of money. If they want to charge us this much, at least maintain your rooms and necessities. Don’t just rely on the location. This is a rip-off.

This hotel provides the most basic of accommodations. It has no pretensions of elegance or extra comfort. There are no paintings adorning the wall, no carpet, no slippers, no robe, no cups, saucers or teaspoons, no microwave, no tea kettle, no coffee sachets or tea bags, no rubber matting in the shower to protect you from the slippery floor, no lotion. Their towels are old, and the toilet paper is 1- ply. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, and TV, though. Food is pricey and menu is limited. However, just across the street is the Intrepid Plaza and Eastwood Mall; you may go there if you want to look for cheaper dining alternatives and greater food variety.
