The 2 1/2 months stay here during the ECQ, will be one of the memories I'll treasure. The managers, housekeeping, staff, guards and lovely front desk especially Maam Loraine 😍 became my family during my stay. Rooms and hallways are regularly cleaned and disinfected by the housekeeping (Hi Sir Luicito, JM, Allen and the rest) . Foods cooked by Chef Andrew and the crew are healthy and delicious (omy! corned beef 💯) while Maam Yhet and Jason are assigned to the serve the food ensured everything is available. Guards are courteous and friendly. Gonna miss this fam ♥

Special thank you for the receptionists of this Hotel(including Mr. Paul and Ms. Ina). Especially to Ms. Lorein. I was so grateful to be checked in viewing front side upon on spot request. For 7days not allowed to step out from my door...u cant imagine how grateful i am and so touched how Ms Lorein understood my situation. Not a day... i did not feel alone in d room because of her and to Mr Paul. It was scary but i was assured even just listening to their voice.

Most of the time, the food in the breakfast buffet rans out. Breakfast staff are not that friendly. They do not proactively replenish the toilet supplies. Garbage bins are not disposed properly. Room does not smell fresh and clean. The safe/vault are defective. Overall, this Hotel needs an overhaul in both amenities and customer service training.

Stayed 2 and a half months in this hotel because of this pandemic sht happening right now. Little did I know that I would be this attached in such a short amount of time. Great and very friendly staff!! They'd make sure that guests are comfortable and satisfied. Also, they serve the best breakfast in the world 🤤 If given the chance to come back, I'd probably stay.. forever 🤪 everything was perfect!!!!
ps: they also have the prettiest front desk staff, Loraine Catral! ❣ she be servin smiles and all that'll make guests start their day right.

It is our last day in this hotel venue. I highly appreciate the service of the people who works here. Especially Ms. Kristel, MJ,Shy,Kenneth, and Jason and all staff for accommodating us. The food is good here, love the over flowing coffee as well ❤️❤️❤️. Even to the last minute of our stay they did not disappoint us. Would highly recommend this place.

Good place to stay in Manila because it is near Manila temple. The price is affordable and there is a buffet breakfast. The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious with cozy beds. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Microtel is one of the best hotel the I have been. Very recommended staff and the entire location. It's beyond amazing. They really had a proper training of their staff. Food is very delicious. Front desk is well-accommodating.

I stayed at the hotel sometime in October 2019 for a consultancy meeting at nearby IBM. The hotel's amenities and service were great. I was impressed by the cordial assistance of Loraine at the front desk. Food was also great. I'll stay there again when I next visit clients at Eastwood.

We would like to clarify the word "zocalo" we used in our previous reply. A "zocalo" is a term used by local contractors and architects which refers to a barrier installed on the floor to prevent the shower water from spilling out to the rest of the bathroom floor. To clarify further it is simply a threshold or bump to keep the rest of the bathroom floor dry. We regret any confusion we have caused.

Please be assured that we take our guests comfort seriously and that what you experienced was more the exception rather than the rule. Microtel by Wyndham Acropolis is across the street to Eastwood City. We are located along E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, also known as C-5 Road, a major highway in Metro Manila that can be very busy especially during rush hour. Please give at least 30-minutes notice to our Front Desk to hail taxi on these period. Rental car through our transport partner, Avis Cars is also an option... Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao is about 25 minutes ride from the Hotel. It is accessible by public transportation (jeep and taxi).
