Because of the good reviews found on Agoda.com, I booked this hotel and even opted to get their "Executive Suite" because it looked great from the photos... not to mention it is next to the bus station I always catch (Florida Trans).

I was shocked to find how filthy the place is! There was no hot shower and my feet turned black walking from the shower to the bed. There was hair everywhere, dandruff and crap on the couch, hand and foot prints on the walls, squeaky bed, only one towel, no soap, no nothing, no blanket, no nothing!

I complained to the staff and the management the next day. They simply pointed fingers at each other. On the second night stay, it was just as filthy as the previous.

And this was the "Executive Suite!"

Spend your money elsewhere. This place is a dump!

hotel like this should not be recommended by booking sites. the only good thing about this hotel is their friendly and accommodating staff and that's all. when we checked in at this hotel we we're given a room in the 2nd floor...i asked another room and yes the staff gave us the upgraded room a suite room version. when we get in the room, it smell like a cigarette smoke, the dust in the floor is very visible, when we open the cabinet we found used towel, when we open that back door omg its full of trash like empty sachets, and the most disgusting of all a week old unwashed urine in the bathroom floor and in the toilet bowl.

location is just at the back of the florida bus terminal, road is one way, so you have to choose to disembark the nearest road of you'll let your taxi pass thru that squatter's area at the back to drop you off at the hotel gate.

cleanliness is within their control yet very hard for them to do.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and it was horrible. The hotel was in a bad part of QC, at the end of an alley, and with residential apartments lining the sides. Parking means the hotel will call and wake you up if a car in front of you needs to leave, so don't count on sleeping in.

We got the Suite Room, supposedly the creme-de-la-creme of their rooms. After walking 4 floors up (with NO help from the staff), we found out that the room was barely cleaned.

Floors were very dirty (we walked around in barefeet, and our soles turned black), cobwebs everywhere, the couch was dirty and dusty, there were dirt marks on the slanted ceiling, the sink was filthy, the corners of the room still had dirt... the list goes on and on. We took photos, feel free to peruse.

We booked as a couple, but they only gave us one towel. We had to request an extra one. It's apparently a Bring-Your-Own Toilet Paper deal, but they relented after seeing the incredulous looks on our faces. No toothbrush/toothpase. Just two very small pieces of soap. And NO HOT WATER.

Aircon was very cold and relatively quiet (probably the only positive thing), BUT was defeated by their very thin sheets. No way to adjust the AC, so we were freezing during the night.

When we were leaving, NONE of the staff helped with the bags. As the rotted cherry on this horrible cake of a place, again NONE of the staff opened the gate for our car. I had to open AND close the gate myself.

Goes without saying, please find yourself some other place instead of this dump.

Wi-fi is non-existent.

My partner and I stayed here overnight. I made a reservation through phone call. We occupied the suite room which is quite big enough for the two of us. The room was nice but it was filthy, it was not well maintained. I asked for a room service but their attendant was so slow even though he knew that I'm waiting in front of their lobby, he was not paying attention. The place was nice but they need to clean it thoroughly. Overall nice stay, they just need to clean the place. And lasty one good thing their ac is doing well but you can't adjust it.. :)

Located at the back of a bus terminal, expect a LOT of people milling around the entrance going to the hotel, 24/7. Parking is limited and you would have to request for it. The room was quite dusty and dirty and small. If you're a claustrophobic, you don't want to be holed up in the room for long. You would not want to walk on the floor without shoes or slippers on. In terms of price, it is after all a budget hotel and I guess you shouldn't expect much as well in terms of service and quality. But given the wide range of choices nowadays, try to avoid this particular hotel, unless you're really that desperate. They require a PhP 1,000.00 security deposit. The air-conditioning unit was noisy. All in all, it was an experience I would not like to repeat.

It's ok if you just want to stay for the night and sleep. It's a budget hotel so don't raise your expectations.
•No hot shower
•The condition of AC units depend on the rooms where you stay.
•No thick blankets so if you are planning to stay bring your own or else you'll freeze at night.
•There are cockroaches outside your room and maybe a little of them inside
•Don't book if you have a lot of baggage because there are no elevators.
•No parking space outside.

If you want your stay to be very comfortable and you do not mind adding at least 500 pesos in your accommodation budget then I recommend you to book somewhere else.

I was seeking for a hotel near bus terminals in Kamias for I was too early for my bus schedule. This hotel is just behind Florida Bus Terminal so which is really convenient for me 'cause I don't need to rush for my trip. The room was average; no toiletries and slipper were given and pillows were kinda old but it was okay given the affordable price. The location is okay but just be careful at night. So do lower your expectations. This hotel is good for travelers and not for picky ones.
