The hotel is clean, sanitized, safe, close to restaurants and the amenities are complete. The best part is the bed, i had a deep sleep after working for more than 11 hours. The air conditioning is also well maintained because it was cold and quiet while running.
Breakfast was also brought to my room because i cannot go down to take it due to work concerns. The staff were all professional and nice. This is highly recommended for travelers, family and people who just need a place to relax and swim. We will definitely comeback this June.
Highly recommended.

We really had a great time during our 2nd stay here in Luxent Hotel. What really amazed me is that we always received a superior guest experience from the time of checking-in up until the last minutes of our stay. All staff are accommodating, respectful and professional. The room is comfortable for its size with good aircondition. Public area is clean and complete with amenities like shampoo and bath soaps. My friends enjoyed our swimming time because the pool water is clean and refreshing (with minimal chlorine). I also want to commend Nicole from front office because she accommodated us during our time of arrival. She always put smile on her face and she has good work ethics. Also, special thanks to Dave (Housekeeper) because he gave us extra towels and grant our requests. Thank you, Luxent for giving us an amazing stay. We’ll be back soon. God bless you all.

The aircon is really bad, used towels and bed sheets will welcome you. Damaged items inside the room will surely make you pay. Upon checkin in and getting inside the room. The first thing you'll do is check the room for damaged items because in the end, you'll pay for it even if you have proofs that these damaged items already exist before you enter.
You can Only 2 set of plates. Additional plate will cost you 150. That's 150 per plate, per ice bucket, per spoon and fork.
The only hotel with new building and rooms which are damaged. The only 4 star hotel wherein front desk officers, supervisors, officer in charge, guards will disrespect you.

All the staff especially the front desk and housekeeping are accommodating and feel you are not away from your family during quarantine. The rooms and bathroom is superb. The food delivered on time and it taste good. Maintain the good service amidst the pandemic Luxent. Good Job!

We stayed at Luxent for 3 days/2 nights in March. This was our second time staying at this hotel for a family staycation (the first time was a few weeks before the pandemic). Both times, we went just to have a relaxing time, and to just have a change of setting. And both times, we were not disappointed. The kids, especially, loved the swimming pool (although the smaller pool on the 10th floor (?) was closed during our 2nd stay). We also missed the breakfast buffet (plated breakfast was served) but the food was good anyway.
Would just throw in a note on how thoroughly the rooms were cleaned, because there were still items from the previous occupant inside the fridge when we checked in. Other than that, we had a good stay and we'll probably come back when we get the chance.

Excellent service. Philippine Airlines affiliated hotel for quarantine requirements. From booking the 2 night stay, requesting airport pick-up service, checking in and checking out in this hotel is phenomenal. Your customer service is amazing. My worries for my Mom solo travel with this new normal lessens a lot due to the sincerity of service by Ms. Joyce Bahalla-reservation officer. She gave me an assurance that my “not so young Mom” will be taken cared of especially with connecting wifi to her Ipad and printing a copy of certificate of quarantine. My Mom was so grateful to all the hotel staff that were so patient and sincere to her. I’m so thankful even more, though I communicated only by emails, it was a smooth exchange of chats and transactions.For sure will visit this hotel on our next Philippine vacation. Dishonesty of staff. That day ww checked out, the service staff who cleaned our room did not bother to inform us that we left fruits (cherries) in the fridge. It is common knowledge that upon guests’ checking out, hotel staff immediately inspects the room vacated including the fridge to see if guests consumed something. Left packs pf cherries and blueberries in the fridge but staff did not bother to catch us in the lobby. We didnt leave the hotel imnediately so theres an ample time for us to be notified but the staff purposely did not intend to inform us or look for us.. what a shame!

Dear Voyager62446260212, Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize if you forgot the packs of cherries and blueberries in the fridge. All perishable item are automatically discarded. With the new normal and safety protocol in place, procedures for check in and check out have changed. Even the way we check and clean the rooms have also changed. Rooms that were used for quarantine are thoroughly cleaned for 7 days before it gets released for the next guest to ensure that we deliver safe and clean room for all. We also kept in mind the safety and wellness of our housekeeping team. Staff are only allowed to enter vacated room after 2 days of check out then all other cleaning and disinfecting procedures follow. Luxent Hotel is highly regarded in Quezon City as a high end hotel so I have very high expectations when checking in.
The rooms and facilities are of good quality. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom luxurious and the gym and the new roof top pool are good!
What disappointed me was the buffet spread during breakfast. I came in at 9:15AM and the buffet spread is almost empty! The refill was very slow and the FnB staff seemed to be lazy on doing the work. Prolly think that it's almost closing time for breakfast. However, there were more families who came in at 9:30AM.
The bread station is fully stocked but the main courses are a sorry state. Most of the dish containers are empty! Beef tapa is empty. The 2 dimsums have 1 pc of dimsum each. No potato wedges! Empty! There were like 3 small pieces of fish fillet. So many others which have no food too. What a disappointment! Although it is close to 9:30AM, there were still MANY guests hovering around the buffet looking for food!
I complained to the receptionist and this is the only time they started refilling the buffet. The chef manning the egg station came out. The chef cooking the bacon came out! If I didn't complain, I wouldn't know there is am egg and bacon station at all! There were no people there! The staff seemed to be very lazy! And Luxent prides itself in its Garden Cafe!
I asked the chef for 3 pieces of bacon. He said he will bring it over to my table. My table is right beside his station. The bacon never came! When I lòoked for him at the station, he was nowhere to be found! He left his station at 9:45AM without giving me the bacon he promised! It shows how much he doesn't care about the guests!
I checked in at Feb 22-23 and had breakfast on Feb 23, 2020. Luxent management, please check your FnB staff! Live up to your name: LUXENT and to your 4-star hotel rating!
