What more can I say about this little piece of heaven that hasn’t been said? Casa Pura is an absolute gem and will always be the place for me to stay in Metro Manila!

Affordable with breakfast included daily, a great choice, super attentive staff from the security guard to the bell staff to the front desk personnel and Cafe Pura servers, this precious inn just spells HOME. Personal touches like cold and hot water dispensers and microwaves on each floor and mini-fridges in each room are so appreciated, and availability of the hotel van to malls within 3 Kms. of the hotel is a definite plus.

The location is in a real neighborhood, yet so close to great restaurants, clubs with live music and transportation.

Yes! I’ll be staying with them again in 2021!

Special thank you to Adam in management and all the staff at Casa Pura. You made my stay very enjoyable and worry free. Very spacious and very nice classic designed rooms with some nice furnishings to give it a very at home feeling. I would highly recommend this location and would rank this hotel as 4 star not 3. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I will be back again.

We had our honeymoon here. Can't complain about anything: service of EVERYONE is superb; the rooms are very clean and spacious; the area is very strategic to everything (restaurants, church, malls, even hospitals). Rates are very affordable as well. Hope to come back here soon!

Given its price, I can say that we got more than what we paid for.

Why? Casa Pura is a small business B & B. If you take that in mind, and if you frequent other hotels and B &Bs around Quezon City area offering rooms for about the same rate, you sure would say Casa Pura is one of the bests.

We got a standard room for 2 with breakfast, and I can say it's spacious and nice. It also smelled good and squeaky-clean. My first observation was this, really: the rooms are well-maintained. The hotel obviously isn't very new, but I saw how the management put prime importance to the cleanliness and maintenance of building.

The staff were also very friendly and attentive to our needs. They also took action quickly, which is a plus point to me.

Of course, one should not expect much from the bathroom in a B &B. Casa Pura's bathroom contained basic toiletries such as shampoo/hand soap/dental kit. The towel wasn't very nice but atleast it's freshly-laundered and smells nice. :)

The breakfast was decent. Drinking water available at the water dispensers in the quiet corridors.

You may be wondering why I rated Very Good instead of Excellent when I, in fact, sound very satisfied. It's because of this:

- I have been to many hotels around Manila, 5-star hotels down to basic B & Bs, and I can say that 2k as incidental fee is way too much for a small B & B.
- The extension fee is too high as well. We were thinking of checking out late--2pm instead of 12pm, until we learned that the extension fee would be half of the whole day rate.

But overall, I think I still would go back to this place!

Dearest Sunburst12, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Indeed, Casa Pura is a simple, cozy hotel with the warmest of employees and staff who give their best service everyday. We really do pride ourselves with them and the exemplary service that they give our guests. Thank you for appreciating this. We are most happy that you have enjoyed your stay with us. For any inconveniences caused to you by the half of room rate charge (applicable from 12nn to 6pm) for the room extension as well as the Php2,000.00 required incidental fee, we sincerely apologized for it. However, extension rate (applicable from 12nn to 6pm) and incidental fee are part of the hotel policies and standards. Still, thank you for your feed backs. We truly hope you will return to Casa Pura, we definitely are looking forward to it. Warm regards, Elline Mae M. Bastes Casa Pura

We booked two family suites and one bridal suite for our wedding preparation. Staff was very friendly and accommodating enough to show us all the available rooms. I am very particular with bathrooms so I made sure that all are clean, I was not disappointed. Rooms are spacious. Most importantly they don't charge wedding preparation fee.

Location is in a good part of Quezon City and front desk staff friendly. Room wifi good.
I did not like the fact that you are required to hand over Phillipine peso 2000 in cash as deposit incase you use any chargeable amenities? You will get it back when you check out. Towels were old and worn out. Had to call front desk as bathroom did not have any bathroom toiletries, poor housekeeping. Carpets in the room are old and dirty needs to be steam clean or shampooed. Feet were black and dirty after walking barefoot in the room. Noticed this when black marks from feet was left on bathroom floor tiles and bathroom foot towel mat. Breakfast was absolutely terrible and did not eat it. Front desk staff ask for our cooked breakfast order the night before and the time that you want your breakfast. Ordered our breakfast and gave them a time of 9am. In the morning when we arrived at the restaurant at 9am and we were the only customers in the restaurant. Noticed that the breakfast was already cooked and prepared and was left standing by the bar. We could see flies buzzing around the plated food. When it got served on the table it was stone cold and disgusting. Took one bite of the stone hard waffles with bacon and stopped eating. Only had a coffee and a miserly portion of fresh fruit. Cannot understand why they cooked far too early. It is not as if they were busy and they had 3 staff in restaurant sat around looking idle. Glad only stayed for one night and will never return to this hotel. By far this is the worst stay I have had in the Philippines and it was disappointing experience.

The location is great, the hotel is clean and laid out and the rooms are well above average - they are well appointed. Having said all that, what really makes this an exceptional place is the incredible attention to customer service. From the moment you arrive at the airport until the time you drive off the property at the end of your stay, *everything* is taken care of for you. The service here is truly exceptional.

This place is not a 5-star hotel but mind you the room is like an executive room in an international hotel. The ambiance of the room is perfect. The bathroom is a little small but okay. The breakfast is not much for the appetite. The staff are very accommodating and very resourceful as well. I asked for a charger and they give me a universal charger in just minutes. Kudos to the staff. All in all, it met my expectations. I will surely come back to this place.

Casa Pura's easy to find and strategically located in one of the busiest streets in Metro Manila. Checking in was pleasant with efficient and friendly staff. We were highly satisfied with the size of the room, linens were white (which should always be the case) and the T&B nice and clean (which is most important!) We had a good typical Filipino breakfast the next morning but was really surprised with our dinner. We had decided to eat in as it looked like it was going to rain. We had the Caribbean jerk chicken which was flavourful and firm, the duck with adobo sauce was a cool twist to the usual chicken or pork adobo (our national dish). We also tried the pina colada cheesecake which is a must try. The hotel is an easy walk to the busy areas where there are a few good eats. Considering that we paid a relatively inexpensive amount, we were really happy with the stay.
