The rooms in this hotel is fairly cheap compared to others in the area. We booked their wedding package rooms and also asked all our guests coming out of town and country to book here as well. Easy to access via public transport and also very near Timog. Good and cheap. Breakfast is not buffet.

It was a great experience. It was mean for the kids to spend time in the pool. Pool amenity is great wherein they have 3 sets of pools. There is this not so huge pool for adults but enough to let you swim for several yards. There are 2 pools for the kids. There are also several benches available. Good thing about this place is that it has Gym. The gym is enough for you not to miss your morning jog. A couple of treadmill awaits inside and it's equip with machines and set of dumb bells. The room is also clean but that cozy considering that this hotel is not new. There is a tub that lets you relax and if you wanna spend hours in soaking your self up with warm water. Hot and cod water is also available in the washroom. There's also a fridge and water heater provided wherein you could have some drinks chilled and have an afternoon or morning coffee.

La Breza Hotel is a reasonably priced 3-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, reasonably well appointed, and clean, but the fittings are a bit tired and dated. It has a nice clean swimming pool and outdoor area on Level 3. The restraurant is only open for breakfast. Buffet breakfast on weekdays and a la carts on weekends. The staff were very professional, pleasant to deal with, and helpful. The area surrounding the hotel is not particularly nice and I was warned to be careful going out at night on my own. There are several nice restaurants within short walk of the hotel.

This is the first time that we stayed in La Breza Hotel. We stayed there for three (3) nights and four (4) days for our event. For our room and comfort room, it was huge, clean and comfy. I really had a good sleep on my bed. For the food, it was tasteful and lovely. I also enjoyed the gym. I had a chance to use the facility during our stay in the hotel. A really nice place to make good memories with.

la breza lies strategically proximal to EDSA and quezon avenue. the thing is, the food served to us during an event was prepared sloppily. the humba was burnt, the chicken used for the teriyaki dish appeared like it was bought from a market supplying double-dead meat. the coffee jelly was not jelly-ish at all. and worse, they don’t even provide containers if you decide to take out the left-overs. don’t even attempt to go to their comfort rooms. you will be toasted alive. it’s THAT hot inside. our function room at the 2nd floor was not designed with a toilet so one has to either go down the ground floor or up the third floor to relieve himself. how convenient can you get? the trolleys came late. the heavy materials used in our meeting were opted to be hand-carried because the long wait was, well, not worth it. better luck next time for us at la breza.

There is nothing about this hotel that I could recommend. Please if you have any self respect for yourself and family. DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms smell like wet socks. The free breakfast? I wouldn't feed to my dog. Well it's not actually free. Comes with the room. We booked a 2 bedroom suite HAHAHA MY GOD. What a joke. At best this discusting dive would barely make 2 stars. How there ranking became 4 stars? Only the bed bugs and cockroaches know. Trust me on this do yourself. Your family a really big favor. Avoid this dump like the plague.

DONT book here if you intend to have guests. Their 2 br suite only allows 2 guests and your visitors have to login at the reception and leave their ID. Visitors are only allowed till 10PM and will charge a 1,500/person if they stay longer. No adequate parking. No manager on duty beyond 5PM. Their reason: they are a CONDOTEL and not a hotel. Better change your name. This is clearly MISINFORMATION!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT'S CHRISTMAS FOR PETE'S SAKE!! We had our Christmas get together and they limited our visitors to 10pm only. What's up with that?? We asked politely to cut us some slack to no avail.. you don't get treated like this at Marriott or those other big hotels. You're facility is not even that great!!

My daughter and I visited my cousins staying for 2 nights in this hotel. They didn't sleep the second night and opted to go home because the hotel lacks parking space. They woke up guests to move their cars which they adviced to park off street but were getting towed because the city prohibits parking in that area/side. We are hoping there is a parking lot where guests could safely park without worrying of getting towed. On the good side, the rooms are spacious. The pool; there is one for kids, a lap pool and jacuzzi. The pool is fairly shaded from the afternoon sun.

WARNING!!! DON'T BRING YOUR CAR!!!! I checked in with my family Fri night because we wanted to avoid heavy traffic. I had to attend an event at Sequoia the next day. I chose this hotel because it was located on the same street and had swimming pool. I checked thw photos and the rooms looked fine given the price. But i was disappointed. In fact it was a nightmare. To be fair, the manager and the staff all tried to be nice. But, at the end of the day, it's the overall experience that matters. Worst nightmare: "first com, first serve" limited psrking slots. The guards would suggest that you park along Mother Ignacia. Without warning that it's a No Parking street. They suggested it in the first place! The next day, I get a call at 8am just to be told that the cars are being towed! I was crying and panicking. Who would want to wake up to that? They paid for the penalty of p200. The mmda did not get my hisband's license. The other cars were towed. I overheard other guests complain as well and the hotel had to pay the penalty too. The bad thing is that after the 1st day's nightmare, thrl wanted us to park again n the same street. 😱 Food: Better order delivery or takeout. They have food available but don't expect to have a nice meal. Rooms are spacious. 2 queen beds. Reasonably priced given the location. But I booked online that's why it was 40%off. With bath tub. Towels looked like they were soaked in mud. They did not fix the bed, no new towels and did not refill our water bottles and toiletries on the 2nd day. Swimming pool- the only thing positive about this place. Not too cold and jacuzzi was available. They have kiddie pool and lap pool (4ft deep). Lockers, lounge and restroom. No towels readily available. We had to leave and checkout at 11pm the 2nd day (Sat) instead of waiting for 12nn checkout on Sun just because we didn't want to experience the towing nightmare again. They gave me a half day refund. It's walking distance away from abs cbn and other restaurants. If you are a tourist on a budget or a commuter by choice, this may be a good placw for you. Just throw all expectations outside the window and you just might survive the night.
