The rooms in this hotel is fairly cheap compared to others in the area. We booked their wedding package rooms and also asked all our guests coming out of town and country to book here as well. Easy to access via public transport and also very near Timog. Good and cheap. Breakfast is not buffet.

We booked and stayed at the hotel for our 3-day seminar training held at their conference rooms.

We were booked in a 2-bedroom suite on the 7th floor. It was big, yet minimalist. Not so much wall designs. Though the floors in the sala and CR were a bit sticky. There were 3 airconditioners and 2 TVs, all remote-controlled. The balconies were wet and dirty. The kitchen-sala was a bit empty-- with only a water heater, refrigerator in cabinet, 3 350mL water bottles, and 4-seater dining table. The cabinets were auto-lit. The CR was large enough. Though the toilet had no water spray or bidet. Overall, the room was great.

The receptionists were unorganized. When we were about to check in and get our key cards, we were greeted by a pile of fellow guests waiting to be served by the 2 receptionists. I think they were stunned by so many requests and phone calls. The guy receptionist were kinda lousy, maybe he's new. But, the other staff were helpful and accommodating. When we called for additional stuff like coffee, towels, etc., someone arrived in a minute to assist us. About the housekeeping services, it was also fast. Our room were neat and clean when we arrived from the seminar. But, to my surprise, there were some wrappers under the bed table which were not from us, so maybe it was left out by the previous tenants and the cleaners didn't clean it well.

Since it was a 3-day whole day event, we were provided with 3 lunch, 2 dinner, and 2 breakfast meals. We were enticed on the delicious lunch and dinner meals provided on the 1st day. But on the next days, the meals were meh-- small serving, boneful bangus, small-sized meat. But but but, the waiters were nice and helpful, plus cute. They serve the drinks fast. They readily give what you ask. And they greet their guests. There's this guy (hair colored) who greeted me even in hallways and at the elevator.

The conference rooms looked nice and lovely. The servers readily assist us. The conference rooms are located on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the nearest CR available is on the ground floor, so we had to go down. And there were only 2 cubicles so we had to wait for our turn.

The downside of this hotel is the inability of the guests to visit the other floors via the elevator. The number buttons are restricted and can only be pressed by tapping the keycard on the censor. Thereby all floors are restricted except for the basement levels, ground floor (lobby area), 2nd floor (conference rooms), 3rd floor (gym and pool), and own floor. Visiting friends from other floors can only be done via the fire exit. Aside from that, only 2 out of 3 elevators (including the service elevator) worked well. The only access to the conference rooms is the service elevator.

About the WiFi, it was not readily available. When we asked for a connection,  we were given a small piece of paper containing the username and password. Upon connecting to the open network named labreza, a browser will automatically open: hotelwifi.asia. This is where the username and password must be entered. The internet connection was fast. Unfortunately, the internet expires daily so I had to ask for the username and password again the next day.

Overall, my stay in the hotel was great. Not what I was expecting, but commendable.

I don't want to give this a 'poor' rating, but this is definitely below average.

PROS:
* Staff (not even all of them)
* free breakfast - considering we got the room at "40% OFF", the breakfast that came with it was good. Not a lot of choices but good for a Filipino (Not being racist here guys, just talking about food selections)
I would offer them our coffee products though ;) Having a good cup in the morning is the best way to start one's day.

CONS:
* The room that they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. We had our 5y/o daughter with us. Since it was the first time we ever got a 'smoking' room, I thought the horrid smell would be gone after a few hours. To my dismay, I woke up the next day with that stench still there.
* The pools are adjacent to a multi-level parking of a different property. (about 5ft away)... where, during our swim, there were a group of people who seemed to be having some sort of training/seminar for fire prevention month. Thankfully, most of them were facing away from the pool. At one point though, their instructor demonstrated the use of a fire extinguisher and, unfortunately for us, they directed it to the pool which then had a layer of whatever substance that came from the fire extinguisher.
* Location - it was supposed to be a very convenient location but during our stay, there was a big road construction happening.
* Bathroom - it was very clean and relatively nice but; (1) the water temperature was very hard to adjust. Just when you thought you got it right, it would gradually turn cold or extremely hot; (2) no bidet; (3) the drain in the tub was not working well. (4) the toilet paper dispenser's location. You'd have to be an expert with the Twister game to reach it comfortably. Imagine it :D
* Used-to-be-white towels.
* TV - the Cignal box and remote control seemed to have a little problem working together. We had to call for assistance twice. The second staff who came over somehow implied that we didn't know how to use a remote control when he 'taught' us which buttons to press to change the channel, that is AFTER he rebooted the box and the remote control started working again. The third time it stopped working, we just gave up.
* REALLY dirty carpet in the room - I thought it was just the color of being old and used but as soon as we entered the room, my daughter decided to remove her shoes and walk/run on the carpet. After just about 2minutes, her white socks were already very dirty.
* Parking - They have only Basement 1 parking, which has VERY few slots, for their hotel guests. The rest are "reserved". There was exactly one (1) available slot both times we parked.
* Room service - last call is at 9:45PM. Can't even ask for ice after that.
* "Visiting hours" until 10pm only.

I think this is more of a condo than a hotel based on their parking space. Good thing we got the room at "40% off". I pity those who booked at regular rate.

Booked the hotel for our Wedding Day. Got 3 rooms (1 BR Suite for me - the bride, Studio Deluxe for the groom and another deluxe room for a family member.

Booking them is such a breeze and they respond to my emails promptly. Had to pay for the wedding preparation fee on top of the rooms which is okay since that means that they will not be stricter to us since we have too many people coming in and out of their hotel.

The room is really spacious and we didn't have a problem fitting in a lot of people inside during the wedding day. Got 2 groups of make-up artists which is composed of 3 members each. Got 5 coordinators as well, 10 from the photographers/videographers group and families and friends of course.

Their bed is huge and comfy and we had a real good night sleep before and after our wedding.

Their front desks were really helpful and nice. They will call the room to inform that people are coming in and they will also have someone usher them to our rooms. All our requests (hairdryers, flat irons) were brought to our room right away. They gave us 4 rooms keys each per room without any additional charge and they give 1 complimentary wi-fi access inside the room. Breakfast for 2 is also included per room which is a plus for us since we don't have to walk to the fastfood restaurants nearby. The price is a bit high especially for breakfast meals but since we get it as part of booking a room it was okay. They also have cereals and fruits on top of your breakfast meal choice.

The pool is picturesque and clean. A bit small given that the hotel can accommodate a lot of guest but during our stay not a lot of guests were using it so we don't have problems using it without bumping on each other.

Will definitely be back here on our anniversary to fully enjoy the hotel and it's amenities.

I feel so disgusted with this hotel!! First of all, the guard and receptionist were so impolite in accommodating us. Secondly, my kids and I saw cigarette butts in the kiddie pool!. Thirdly, the elevator is so slow! Fourth, our 2br suite lacks facial tissues. They only have toilet paper.
Fifth, hard to connect to the wifi which is so frustrating! However, the housekeeping staff were good and nice. I regret coming here in this hotel. It's so disappointing!!!

Worst experience in 9 years' travel to the Philippines. More than $700 was stolen from a locked wall safe, and even with the police involved, the hotel could not offer more than a half-assed apology. NEVER AGAIN.

We stayed on this hotel as I have to do some important business around the block.
Buffet Breakfast is terrible actually I don't call it buffet coz' only creals & breads and little fruits was on the buffet. If U need to eat breakfast you have to order in there menu.
Upon checking out this receptionist woman asked me if I took the 'DND' in the room, I asked what is "DND" she said it is the Do Not Disturb" Sign..Imagine that, I was still in pain because of my Surgery andwhen I had the room for the nite I am still on my terrible state beacause of my surgery & all i did is sleep for the nite. Make the story short I just paid P200 pesos for that DND SIGN just not to make fuss about it as I want to go back to my hotel to rest as i need to rest before i go back to USA. Imagine that Ripping Off Money to a Guest what a Ripp Off if I must say.
As a citizen of other country they should treat a guest better...

Stayed at this hotel on the eve of New Year and booked three rooms for our family. First impression: unfriendly staff. They failed to somehow change that during our stay. The morning front desk girl was downright rude and unhelpful, but not the one assigned in the evening. Since we booked three rooms, we requested in advance that our rooms be placed just on the same floor for convenience as planned to celebrate at midnight in just one hotel room. What do you know, the key card only works on your designated room floor, the basement, and the ground floor. My parents and my sisters were on the sixth, we're on the fourth. If ever I would like to go up to their room, I would have to call them to pick me up at the ground floor since my key card only works until the fourth. It was inconvenient. The hotel front desk wouldn't even help add access to our key cards so we wouldn't have to pick someone up at at the ground floor every time we wish to go up.

Other than that, spacious suites, but nothing more spectacular.

Very nice place, big clean room, good filipino and american breakfast, very friendly staff always ready to help, but some are very young and unexperienced. Nice little pool and great Gym. For 51€/night including breakfast there is really nothing to say. Only problem is on some days there is a real bad smell coming from the street; I guess they should add a Anti-return protection between street and hotel used water evacuation. The smell does not get in the rooms, only at reception. Free Wifi only in lobby and bar. not in the rooms!!!! that is one thing they should change.
Very good situation. 5 minutes walk from EDSA and MRT station, Taxi station at the ABC-GMT studios, 10 minutes walk from Tomas Morato street with a huge choice of all kind of restaurants and bars for all budgets and tastes. 5 minutes by taxi from SM North Mall. I will go back there for sure

Stayed overnight in a studio room. Read mixed reviews but I opted to stay for the swimming pool (for my son) and its location.

The room we had overlooked the pool area and was spacious. The studio room had 2 queen beds, a big closet, ref, a desk with chair, an armchair and a 32" tv. The bath has a tub.

I liked our room and found it spacious. Would've given a star more on cleanliness but there were mosquitoes. The bathroom is ok but it doesn't smell clean as it looks. I don't think they're cleaning it well.

My son used the pool and I found the shower room there somewhat reeking and dirty with hairs all over. There should be someone keeping up with the users coming in and out the area, at least fr time to time.

I would love to give more stars but these small kinks spoils what could be a more enjoyable stay.

Pros: large room and beds, amenities, nice pool view, ample parking, friendly staff. Swimming pool and gym.

Cons: mosquitoes in the room, unpleasant vent smell (bathroom), dirty pool shower area, public transport not immediately available.

Tips: Wifi is charged at P90/hr. A refundable "incidental deposit" of P1,500 required upon check in. Breakfast and room service available.
