We have to come to the Manila area occasionally and always choose the Cocoon if our business is even reasonably close. We have been coming since 2014 and enjoyed another night recently. My wife and I asked each other why we enjoy the hotel so much even after being away for a few years? We decided that it doesn't feel like we are in a hotel, the atmosphere, the decor, the people working there make it feel like home. Super comfortable bed with lovely tasteful decor. Staff treats you like extended family members. There are more expensive hotels in the Manila area, I have stayed in a few. But there are none better than Cocoon in my not so humble opinion.

As we arrived at the front desk. The staff's (kyle) voice was very calm and polite. Even with his mask on. You can tell they're smilling with their eyes (thumbs up for that to start a good impression or set a good mood). The aesthetics for me were good. Woody, plants, old furnitures and paintings. You'll get that feel like your in Tagaytay/Baguio hotels in the city. The room size was just right, not too big nor too small and partnered with a good working AC, large comfy bed and nice bathroom. (Sabe ko nga sa partner ko ayos dito ah! Parang katulad nung isang sikat din na hotel na napagstay-an naten pero iba lang ng wall designs.) Plus may good complimentary breakfast and pool din sa roof deck. Oh diba! 10 pop points talaga. At may plus pa ulet! kung gusto mo kumaen sa mga restaurants, bar, or magkaraoke? Napakarameng malapet!

The hotel had a nice location. Lots of food options around the area as well since their complimentary breakfast wasn't as great as the amount we paid for. Airconditioning was good as the room was big so no issues there. Front desk staff were really nice. Now, there was a leak from the ceiling which was near the outlet for the kettle. But since the outlet wasnt even working in the first place, i guess that solved the problem. The toilet flush was really weak and the drain on the tub wasnt working properly. The tiles on the shower wall had lots of mildew but it was an old hotel so i wasnt really that surprised

This is our first time in Quezon City and we were here in occasion for marriage so we needed a very nice place for photoshoot, good relaxation with very nice ambiance and cleanliness place to stay in. Cocoon Botique Hotel gave us the very satisfaction of providing all the things we wanted in one place. We would highly recommend this place to stay in and would come back again if we ever need a place in Quezon city to stay. Thank you as well to all the staff who are super friendly specially to Kyle who was very accomodating in all aspects of our concerns. Thank you so much we enjoyed our stay with you.

This was my second month staying in Cocoon Hotel. We had our last three (3) weeks of over-night stay in the hotel. The same, the experience is fantastic. Thanks to the wonderful crew. Even though pandemic, they continue to serve well.
