This is an honest feedback. 1. We arrived at the hotel past 3pm. The check in/out process was a breeze. We didn't have any problem about it. 2. Bathroom towels - there were no bath towels and bath robes upon checking in. This is the basic necessity for a hotel and yet they were not able to provide one on the first night. If there is a shortage of towels, at least the hotel should have the decency to let the guests know so that we can bring/buy our own, rather than letting us use the floor towel because we don't have any option. Take note, there were 2 adults and 1 kid sharing just 1 floor towel for the entire night from swimming activities to night shower. The other floor towel had to be thrown at the floor (obviously) to prevent us from slipping. The receptionist said the towels will be delivered at night, but morning came and I had to be the one to follow up with them. I'm even puzzled because the receptionist found it funny when I asked for it (yes, she laughed on the phone). If there's something to be funny about that, please enlighten me. 3. Again, there we no available towels in the pool area as well. The male attendant in the area said that we cannot enter the elevator because we're wet and the elevator will get broken if we step in. And is it our fault then? No towels! The receptionist should have informed us upon checking in as well that there's a strict guideline and we cannot enter the elevator if our clothes are wet. The guy even threatened us that we will pay for it if it gets broken. I asked him how can we get back to our room since we don't have any towels to dry up. He said just stay there until we're not dripping! Really??? We have a 5 year old freezing in there. Take note: The water spa area is part of the condo facility, and separate from the hotel as per male attendant. Not all the water jets are working despite the beautiful advertisements posted. The water was 27 degrees cold. 4. I hope the hotel can provide more variety options for breakfast. Serving only 3 types of silog meals for breakfast is really disappointing for a hotel. 5. We booked a king room during the promo period, but the 1209 room is not the same as advertised in the website photos. The room is A LOT smaller than advertised, it doesn't have the window couch, no end-of-bed bench like in the photos, there were trash behind the bath tub, no outlet behind the office table, and lastly, there's no view! Looking at the window, all we saw were the unfinished side of the other condo buildings. The space between the bed and the TV wall was just around half meter - doesn't look the same on the website. Is this what you serve for promo bookings? This is so deceiving. Booking a room that doesn't even look the same on the website. Look inside room 1209 and see if it's the same as advertised on your website. I only realized this when we got home, I emailed the hotel but no response from them until now. 6. Attractive website photos but the quality is different when you enter the room. Poor finishing, the cables are sticking out from the wall, ceramic tiles as the office table - that was the first time I've seen one. Expectation vs. reality indeed. 6. The hotel asked for a feedback. I gave an honest one but I haven't heard anything back. The hotel was responsive when we're about to book, but mute after we checked out. I was hoping for a relaxing treat to end the year but we went home disappointed. Because of the reasons above, I will not be recommending the stay to my friends, family and Facebook/travel groups. Thank you! Room 1209 Dec 28-29, 2022…
Saw this on social media and booked a 2-night stay. You know those expectations ve reality memes? Yeah. Booked a king size room with breakfast, 2 nights for around 5k, very affordable. The Good: the room is quite spacious. It’s clean and bright. I especially love the tub as it’s big. Very comfortable if you want to relax. Staff were nice. The Bad: it was a bit chaotic when we checked in. Considering there were only 3 people (including me) who were at the counter. We were also informed that there were no towels available in the rooms as delivery got delayed. Imagine that. A hotel without towels. I’ve stayed in a lot of budget hotels but this is the first time I’ve encountered this. We were told to use the bath robes instead. The robe we got, however, was not clean and had some strands of residual hair from whoever previously used it. We had to ask for a new one - specifically unused. Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of options. Coffee they served was bland. The Ugly: unfinished. There were unfinished and unpolished spots inside the room. The windows were not clean, still had construction marks. Some parts of the wall in our room had paint bubbles. The lobby also had some mosquitoes/insects. This hotel has a lot of potential. I think overtime they’d still be able to improve if they listen to their guest’s feedback.…
A great place to relax , to unwind , i love the ambiance just like las casas ... i forgot the names but i want to commend all of your front desk staffs , bellman housekeeper and the security personnel near the lift for being so helpful and attentive. I also enjoyed your water spa . I will comeback soon .
