Windowless rooms. Claustrophobic space. High charges. No closet storage. No place to put luggage. Breakfast consisting of a sausage and rice. Certainly not "five star". As in my previous review, this hotel is fine for people with academic business in the Katipunan area which is unfortunately devoid of hotels. There have been some changes in the building itself, some restaurants it shared frontage space with were replaced with new ones, but not much change in the rooms or the not-quite-worth-waking-up-to breakfast. That said, other options within the various universities in Katipunan are now becoming available for visiting academics. I suggest visitors do a lot of research before booking.

This is a hotel in which a 'superior' room, does not have a window, air conditioning from the 1970s, plugs and light switches in inconvenient places, a stingy breakfast, and, although not filthy, not exactly sparkling clean either. For the price they charge, you would at the very least expect complimentary water, but that is only provided on check in. The night before staying here I stayed at Mircrotel by Wyndham, down the road, and for 1000 pesos more had a decent size room, with modern airconditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a window, a decent breakfast and great service. The staff at Oracle are very sweet and helpful, but unfortunately that does not make up for poor and over priced facilities.

Stayed at the Oracle Hotel and Residences for two nights this week. It's a small hotel which I found to be clean, well-maintained and very accessible to public transport as it is along Katipunan Road infront of Miriam College and Ateneo University. All the staff I saw (from the front desk, the porters, the waiters, the utility people) were in proper uniform, all the proper signs were there, phones in hallways, and my room had HD cable TV, telephone and a firm bed, which to me, indicates that the hotel is kept to international standards. Best of all, the hotel food was not the usual "hotel fare," but tasty Filipino homecooking. The only drawback that I can mention is that it has no parking lot, save for the sidewalk fronting it facing Katipunan Road. Though it is accessible to

I stayed at this hotel for a month and half. All of the staffs were kind and smiley. Although the room was noisy because the front of the hotel was a main road, I would like to stay at this hotel again in the future!

Everything was good except that our room was facing the road so it was noisy. I could hear all the cars and trucks passing by. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. Breakfast was good! There are a lot of good restaurants nearby.. One request though, pls put a full length mirror in the rooms. Thank you!

I stayed here last 7/27/15- 7/30/15 at Room 712 and I left my mug in my room upon check out. A gift from my girlfriend. I was so lucky that hotel staffs are very honest and returned my mug days after my checkout. They ask for my number and texted me when I do pick it up. Employees are setting good example. Housekeeping and Frontdesk are very accommodating. now my GF will not bother asking for the mug :) Aside from this upon check in I requested a room with window coz they assigned me in room without window. Again, they find ways and look for available room. Now its perfect! View is not good but with window is definitely better. Oh! before I forgot "Calamansi" juice was even served when i arrived. Refreshing! Keep it up guys.
