Although this is not a 4 star hotel, Oracle, through its major effort to provide a clean and comfortable room and its extremely helpful and hospitable staff performs above its level. This affordable hotel was perfect for us because of its proximity to Ateneo de Manila and the good eating and shopping available in the Katipunan/Loyola Heights area. One thing though, there is no window in the room.
Whatever problem we encountered e.g. water not draining in the shower room, the staff solve it right away. Great Staff!
We will be going back in May 2016 and will stay for 3 nights. I will share photos after our stay in May.

I stayed here during my first days in the Philippines before finding a condo. What I can say is that the prices are a little expensive for the service quality... There is no window in most of the rooms, and the breakfast isn't included in the price, most of the time. The room itself was comfortable and okay, and the wifi was well working. It is in the middle of Katipunan Avenue so quite convenient and surrounded by anything you can need there.

This hotel is just ok. I stayed one night only in their basic room for a work event. We were advised there are no windows in most rooms but I was still surprised at hoe claustrophobic the room was. Hot water goes on and off, aircon was also quite dirty. Room isn't dirty, but it also isn't the cleanest. Thankful i had the room to myself, would have been quite cramped with 2 people since there is no bedside table, only a table at the foot of the bed.

This is a hotel in which a 'superior' room, does not have a window, air conditioning from the 1970s, plugs and light switches in inconvenient places, a stingy breakfast, and, although not filthy, not exactly sparkling clean either. For the price they charge, you would at the very least expect complimentary water, but that is only provided on check in. The night before staying here I stayed at Mircrotel by Wyndham, down the road, and for 1000 pesos more had a decent size room, with modern airconditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a window, a decent breakfast and great service. The staff at Oracle are very sweet and helpful, but unfortunately that does not make up for poor and over priced facilities.

Stayed at the Oracle Hotel and Residences for two nights this week. It's a small hotel which I found to be clean, well-maintained and very accessible to public transport as it is along Katipunan Road infront of Miriam College and Ateneo University. All the staff I saw (from the front desk, the porters, the waiters, the utility people) were in proper uniform, all the proper signs were there, phones in hallways, and my room had HD cable TV, telephone and a firm bed, which to me, indicates that the hotel is kept to international standards. Best of all, the hotel food was not the usual "hotel fare," but tasty Filipino homecooking. The only drawback that I can mention is that it has no parking lot, save for the sidewalk fronting it facing Katipunan Road. Though it is accessible to public transport and in the midst of many, good restaurants including fastfoods.

I stayed at this hotel for a month and half. All of the staffs were kind and smiley. Although the room was noisy because the front of the hotel was a main road, I would like to stay at this hotel again in the future!

Everything was good except that our room was facing the road so it was noisy. I could hear all the cars and trucks passing by. The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. Breakfast was good! There are a lot of good restaurants nearby.. One request though, pls put a full length mirror in the rooms. Thank you!

Lovely hotel and residence with WiFi. Fantastic dishes. Wonderful high ceilings in the banquet hall with elegant place settings.

Suite had clean chairs and a table. In it is a kitchen with cupboards and a microwave. Wow!
